Bardzo miła Pani gospodarz, pomimo braku znajomości angielskiego udało nam się porozumieć. Kontakt z obiektem online odbywa się jednak po ang.

Der Sohn war über Whatsapp auch immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen Das einzige war - für uns war es ein bisschen zu kalt. Das kann auch an den Temperaturen draußen gelegen haben, aber das ist wirklich meckern auf sehr sehr hohem Niveau. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage (die ist wahrscheinlich eher für die Sommermonate gedacht)

• Maria (9/5): - Sehr sauber Tolle und ruhige Lage Host war erreichbar und sehr lieb - etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem Englisch sprechen, aber wir haben uns dennoch verstanden :-) Das Frühstück war super lecker und wurde pünktlich gebracht Ich hatte einen Tag, an dem es etwas geregnet hat und da bekam ich einen Regenschirm :-) total lieb! Brauchte den dann zum Glück nicht mehr, weil das Wetter besser wurde Mit dem Parkplatz hat es funktioniert - ein Campingplatz, auf dem man kostenlos stehen darf (die Kommunikation war anfangs schwierig mit dem Parkwächter, aber hat dann doch geklappt) - Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert - Wasserdruck war sehr gut - ein ganzkörperspiegel wäre noch cool gewesen - ansonsten alles super

• Louise (10/5): Séjour parfait à Berat dans ce super petit appartement ! - C’était notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement, le premier remontant à quelques années et nous avons été ravis de voir que l’accueil était toujours aussi chaleureux ! L’appartement est quant à lui très propre, bien placé et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est copié et fait maison !

• Inken (10/5): Super Apartment, tolle Gastgeber in Mitten von Berat! - Die Gastgeber waren wirklich super freundlich und haben uns unser Frühstück zur gewünschten Uhrzeit ans Apartment gebracht. Es gab frisches Obst, auf Wunsch Rührei oder gekochtes Ei, einen Saft etwas Gemüse, Brot, sehr sehr leckere Marmelade, Kaffee und Milchreis. Als wir einen Abend etwas länger auf unserer Treppe vor unserem Apartment saßen, hat uns die Gastgeberin noch einmal einen Teller mit frischen Feigen vorbei gebracht. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich super lieb und nett. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist sauber, hat alles was man braucht und ist super zentral gelegen in Berat. Parken kann man kostenlos auf einem in der Nähe gelegenen Parkplatz. Das sind ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Die Unterkunft würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

• Violine (10/5): Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour, de la gentillesse, du sourire de notre hôte. - L'hôte est absolument adorable. Durant les 3 jours, elle nous a servi un petit déjeuner toujours différent et adapté à nos goûts. C'est dans cet hébergement que nous avons dégusté le meilleur petit déjeuner durant nos 15 jours en Albanie. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu un petit souci avec le parking qui devait nous accueillir. L'hôte a su régler rapidement le problème. Le logement est parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Berat qui est une ville magnifique, même si touristique. Et logement calme.

• Krystal (10/5): A perfectly welcoming stay for a few nights in Berat! - The property owner greeted us on arrival, she kindly helped us carry bags to our room. She showed us around the small but immaculately clean apartment. It was in a wonderful location just up from the supermarket and not far to walk at all up the street (cars can't go up it but it's really only a few meters before you get to the gate). Breakfast each day on the terrace was so lovely. Wonderful hosts and quiet and well located apartment. 10/10! I can't think of anything that could have been better!

Le petit déjeuner à la terrasse est succulent et un vrai plus à ce tarif. Le logement est d'une grande propreté. Le parking est situé à 500m mais il est surveillé. Bref, que du positif La distance au parking mais le parking en Albanie est un problème récurrent.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The FREE parking is a bit of a walk (10 minutes) from the apartment. But it would be near impossible to park close to the apartment, so understandable.

The only dislike was parking as it is a bit further away and unloading luggage makes problem as there are no space next to apartment even for few minutes

They made us feel so very welcome in their home. The apartment is right in the centre of town, perfect location for exploring Berat. Berat is a historic city, so parking is a far way away in an open air car park. But it is included which is a bonus.

She also cooked a wonderful breakfast just for us. We appreciated very much. - Perfect Location in the Center of Berat We were a group of 5 people and 2 of us had to sleep in the sofa who wasn’t very comfortable but for 1 night was OK.

• Kay-anne (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Loved how welcoming the host was. The place was super clean. And one of the few places that wasn't a wet room, and had a curtain around the shower. The location was amazing, very central to the main strip. No Netflix on the TV. The TV was pretty.

Very nice owners. Perfect location, few minutes from historical downtown. Apartment is perfectly equipped, especially kitchen - any small detail you might need, you’ll find there. It was the most equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen. Amazing beds, very comfortable. Apartment looks nice and cozy, very clean. Enough space. Very quiet, nothing disturbed me. Delicious and nourishing breakfast is provided by the owner For longer stay washing machine would be useful) Would be nice if owner heated the apartment before guest’s arrival. It was extremely cold, and a/c couldn’t heat it up because of issue mentioned above.

The instructions before arrival are absolutely clear. Breakfast was delicious with bread, eggs, fruits, vegetables, juice and coffee. We were a group of 4 and it was perfect for a night. We'd stay there every time again.

• Patricia (9/5): Superb - This a really nice place to stay in Berat. The house owner is a lovely woman, she was very sweet with us and also with our 2.5 years old kid. Location is perfect, price is very reasonable and breakfast was AMAZING, best breakfast that we had in Albania in the week we were there traveling around. The apartment is very quiet despite the being very centrally located. At the same time, if you travel with a small kid that might cry at night, you can rest assured that you will not bother anyone, place is well isolated. If you travel by car, take into count that there is free parking in the city but might not be very close to the apartment.

• Jéssica (10/5): Nice place to stay, good location. - Nice little place, we stayed for 1 day only. The lady didn't speak English but was so lovely it didn't matter. Her son spoke some English and we were able to communicate. She made a delicious breakfast and accommodated our need to leave quite early in the morning. A bit hard to find the location using Google maps. The room doesn't have windows, just a big skylight that allows lots of sunlight to get in.

• Hannah (8/5): great location in a beautiful town well worth visiting - the location is perfect and the included breakfast is very delicious. although the owner doesn’t speak English, the managing company was quick to respond and very efficient. the apartment is downstairs and is really dark during the day. The shower needs glass or a curtain as it sprays water over the entire bathroom.

Mr Sony, the Manager speaks English very well, he is very friendly and very helpful, he even helped us with our luggage. The apartment is very cleanly kept, but it is not spacious.
