• Anja (10/5): Neue, moderne Unterkunft abseits des Trubels - Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert: Das Apartment ist neu, super sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Uns wurde ein frühzeitiger Check-In ermöglicht. Positiv fanden wir auch die kostenlosen Privatparkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Alles war prima!
• Azizah (10/5): Clean apartment in quiet location five minutes by car from the beach - Could not fault the apartment , it was clean and had everything we needed. Washing machine was available. Parking was secure . We only wished we stayed more nights. Nothing major but I think it would help to have a booklet in the room to detail how often rooms will be cleaned , when towels will be replaced, how to dispose of rubbish etc . We were extremely satisfied otherwise with our stay.

• Bernadette (10/5): - Es war alles sehr sauber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben für alles eine Lösung wenn man etwas braucht(wir haben einen riesen Aufwand gemacht mit unseren Elektrorollern, sie haben uns die Waschmaschine weggeschoben)!! Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm am Abend einfach zum Entspannen! Strand war super aber nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen!!

However, there were a few downsides that affected our stay: the electricity and the shower were monitored by the hosts themselves, there wasn’t much hot water, and the air conditioner and refrigerator didn’t cool sufficiently.
• Federico (9/5): Superb - The Owners were waiting for us to give their welcome and they kept supporting us during the time we spent there; the room was very clean, modern, quiet and there was a big parking lot available for free with a gate. Highly recommended!

We booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids with the balcony and sea view. That was written in the room description and on photos on Booking. Actually, the sea view and the balcony was the reason why we booked it. When we arrived we got a room with no balcony (a very tiny terrace) and a garden view. The windows were in the same direction as the sea - you just don’t see a sea:( when we asked the staff they started to explain that they have 2 rooms like this and another is with a balcony - but it is occupied. When we started to say that they should have 2 options available on booking and different prices - they were making us idiots like we ask about something strange. To us it is not honest business. We were very disappointed. As the price was not the lowers. It is our third time in Albania, and we are aware about prices.

Shocked it only has a 2 star, so please don’t go by that (to me, it deserves a 4****). So pleased we picked here to stay for our holiday. Quiet location but short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Gloria is on hand & helpful.

We relied on the public transport to get there and back from Sarande and then used the lovely local taxi man. He was brilliant. The lady at the Villa was lovely and hospitable. A very peaceful stay.

Borsh also has only two (not well rated) restaurants and to get anywhere including the beach you need a car.

• Yanicab (10/5): Your must stay when in Sarande! - Location is great, getting there may be a tiny bit tricky because Google Maps doesn't know the last bit of the way but locals did help. Lovely host, very clean place, great value for money. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment was complete with everything I could have possibly needed. Definable recommend staying here when in Sarande. Nothing!
