• Azalia (6/5): Comfortable but check-in process could be better - We wanted to be close to the airport, so the location was great for this purpose. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, but had a strong fragrance spray which was very irritable for sensitive people. The check-in/checkout process was not smooth. For check-in, the wait was outside the building, just waiting for the person with the key. We had an early morning checkout the next day and asked what the checkout process was, they said that someone will be here to pickup the key, or we can text the number on the apartment sheet. The person was a couple mins late the next day and there was no reply from the number, so we left the key in the apartment. It wasn't a problem, but the whole process wasn't entirely seamless. The apartment also had a strong house fragrance spray, which smelled clean, but it was too strong for sensitive people and also gives a feeling of masking something else.

• FABIAN ANDRE (6/5): It is ok for a short time - It was clean and the staff were friendly. Upon arrival, I noticed that no shampoo or towels were provided, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the sink was not working properly. I had to contact the staff to have it fixed, and although they eventually resolved the problem, it took quite some time before I received a response and the issue was repaired. Also you can't use the swimming pool. I believe these details could be improved to ensure a smoother experience for future guests, as the accommodation itself has good potential.

• Yomna (8/5): Comfortable and very close to airport - The friendly staff, specially Reyad who welcomed us on arrival and escorted us to the apartment and explained the facilities and all amenities and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after On check out Ahmed also arrived in time as we had to give keys early to catch our flight and he was there on time to help with luggage and all along with Abdo The beds made cracking sound in the double bedroom and that woke the baby up multiple times each time someone moved. Also, although apartment was very clean but I could still smell smoke that was probably lingering to curtains and bed headrest so clothes needs deeper cleaning if a smoker was in the property, otherwise very clean bedding and bathroom and kitchen

• Rafiu (10/5): Exceptional, great, modern, beautifully designed and great customer service - I recommend this property enough… it’s a wow wow wow for myself and my family, so spacious, modern, beautifully designed with multiple rooms, toilets and 2 living rooms space, dinning and lounge, massive balcony space. Young Abdul was exceptional with great customer service, supportive and held great communications with us making us feel welcome and at home. Thank you for the service Abdul We can’t ask for more. It’s value for every cents we paid.

• Mario (10/5): Genial para familias - Muy contentos de la atención y lo limpio que estaba el sitio. El personal excelente, tanto la señora Kholoud, que nos trató fenomenal y se aseguro que no faltase de nada, como Mario y Abdelrahman que hicieron que la estancia fuese agradable.
• ندى (9/5): الشقة جميلة..لكن المسبح برسوم..في مول صغير قريب وسوبرماركت ..الموظفين رائعين ..اشكرك عبدالرحمن ودحمي - الصور مطابقة للواقع.. والواي فاي مجاني.. كان في شخص اسمه دحوم هو اللي استقبلنا وكان جداً مؤدب وخدوم.. المسبح كل شخص يدفع ٥٠٠ جنيه يومياً حتى لو كان طفل إذا رغب بالسباحة.. كذلك النادي الرياضي برسوم.. وتنظيف الشقة برسوم..

• Nikhil (10/5): Restful and enjoyable - Spacious clean and good facilities It was bit difficult to find even with google maps, need to get the street number right . While it is advertised as sheraton ocean blue 202 on Google it is ocean blue heliotrpus. The taxi guy had to call up to find it

• Laila (6/5): It was ok. - We liked the size of the room. We liked it had a washing machine and a balcony. Communication could have been better. The cost of the swimming pool could’ve been cheaper. It’s cheaper to swim at home in the UK. A shower curtain would be good instead of the floor getting soaking wet. More plates that aren’t broken, more cutlery. Quicker response times from management when asking for towels. A large bed as promised would’ve been good instead of 4 singles. A pool view would have been nice as stated on the booking website. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

• Magdoline (8/5): Good and comfortable stay - The apartments is well equipped Beds very comfortable Extra pillows and blanket provided Plenty of lighting Shower has good supply of hot and cold water Kitchen well equipped and sitting area sufficient with dinning table There is a 2nd toilet which was great as family of 4 Everything was clean and practical There was a swimming pool, pool area was lovely and clean We didn’t use the pool as we travelled in February weather was cold and pool not heated Overall good stay and comfortable Wifi was good and worked majority of the time in different parts of the apartment Area is good but Cairo is massive so it depends where you want to be in Cairo ! Pool not heated No balcony - although the description says balcony you pay more for that You pay extra for cleaning and fresh towels Only 4 towels provided at checking anymore you pay extra

• Rosemarie (3/5): Most disappointing would not recommend this 202 - Very little Needs a good clean , cutlery/plates chipped No wine glasses. Some tea/coffee/ sugar & milk would have been helpful. No washing up liquid. Not enough toilet paper. Plug lights stayed on all the time ?? Kitchen pots and pans old and well used. Flat smells

• Seong (8/5): very satisfied - It's a very nice apartment, but the kitchen utensils are relatively incomplete. There is only one fork in the four-person apartment, and the cooking pot is too old. It is a good leisure stay if there is enough tableware for four people. If I go to Egypt next time, I will consider renting this apartment again.
