Zamalek is the best part to stay if you want to live in an somewhat green and quiet location close to downtown. Kitchen had very few utilities. Building poorly maintained. Old and pretty dirty. Thankfully there's cats. Inside the apartments it was really clean and nice tho.

We really enjoyed our stay in this vibrant neighbourhood, and the apartment felt comfortable and convenient. Great beds and shower. We enjoyed the excellent size tv and family sofa and roomy living area. The staff were outstanding in assisting us and welcoming us. We would highly recommend this property. A toaster and drying rack for dishes would be a great addition.

Comfortable larger bed with clean linen and it was nice to have an apartment. Nice bathroom with separate shower. And hot water. The heat or air conditioning worked really well. The staff was very helpful and kind. The building is old and outdated. The elevator was quite old we didn’t like taking it. Please supply tea towels to dry the dishes. We had to request towels. Only had one. The tv didn’t work the whole time we were there. Only a few channels. A book or someone to explain how to use the light system would be great. Price is a bit high for Cairo. Especially because of the state of the building.

The sheets weren't great quality, felt like they were used. Not enough towels (had to request more). No cleaning supplies, had to request them but they sent a cleaner which was great. The lighting system was very confusing - it's all touch but its not clear on how it works. The WiFi was a bit unstable.

• Nasser (9/5): Clean and Comfortable Apartment - The apartment has been remodeled and renovated. Its spacious, quiet, and very clean. I was very impressed by the interior design and comfort. The location is near shops and cafes and there is a security person at most of the times, making the place safe. The elevators were a bit outdated and there was some noise from the ongoing remodeling and renovations of other units in the same floor.

• Ahmed (8/5): Furnished apartment not a hotel, great location - Great Location and staff, spacious and cozy Ms. Hana the guest point of contact is the only person that eased the stay Finishing of the apartment is not high, the quality of apartment and furniture is not luxurious but acceptable if u r only for the sleep time and location it is a good choice they need to make people aware of location and access. need to provide water at least and 2 keys for the guests rather than one also better alignment with hotel reception staff would be needed so the guest doesn’t feel alienated when asking for additional toiletries or duvet.

• Adil (8/5): ok for cairo everywhere else was expensive. - good sized room with great night views of the location. The are felt safe too. There is work going on in the apartments on the same floor so was loud and dusty outside the room.
• Wael (8/5): Very good - Nice clean room, good location, few minutes walking from Zamalek main street under the bridge. Everything was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, it was a good stay. The pool was located in Um Koulthoum hotel so you have to go all the way down and to the building next door and go to the roof to use the pool, it was clean itself but the area around it was dusty and felt abandoned. the lights in the bathroom were very dim, you need good strong lights in the bathroom to fix your looks before going out so that was inconvenient.

• Javier (5/5): Great apartment but poor management - The location and the friendliness of the owner We booked for 3 people and when we arrived the apartment had only one double bed and a couch. The second bed that was in the pics had disappeared. Apparently, bringing the extra bed was not possible, so the owner offered us to move to a 2 bedroom room in a hotel nearby (Om Kolthoom). This room was ok but too dirty and the facilities were old and dirty as well. The price was the same and no compensation was offered.
