A 10 minuti a piedi diversi ristoranti/ chioschi per mangiare. Lo consiglio, a chi come noi, ha bisogno di un alloggio vicino all'aeroporto. Niente
• Severine (8/5): Appartement confortable et spacieux - Communication fluide et efficace avec l'hôte, malgré notre arrivée tardive à 23h en raison du retard de notre vol. Grand appartement confortable pour 6 personnes. Proche de l'aéroport. Il manquait des serviettes de toilettes (pas suffisamment pour 6 personnes) et environnement assez désert, loin de de tout, pas de commerces ni restaurants à proximité.

• Carol (10/5): Exceptional - The place was huge, a fully equipped condo, you could stay for weeks or months. We only needed it overnight, having arrived in Cairo at suppertime and leaving the next morning. We took an uber from the airport, only 7 minutes. It was lovely, nothing not to like.
• Josephine (5/5): Passable - The apartment was close to the airport. The building and apartment is very modern and nicely furnished. The staff on site were kind and friendly. On the first visit here, one of the staff on site kindly assisted us with finding a taxi to the airport which was much appreciated. We stayed here twice within 10 days (on arrival and departure to be near the airport). In both cases we didn't have any towels. The first time it was very late and we weren't able to get towels to have a shower, the second time we asked the staff on site, who provided towels. However, the pillows and bedding had been washed in an incredibly strong smelling chemical detergent. We were unable to use the pillows and had to remove them, but the bed still smelt very strong, making it difficult to sleep. On the the second occasion we sought support regarding booking a taxi to the airport, and were referred to the manager, who sent one word messages and was unable to provide any assistance.

• Alma (10/5): A luxurious and affordable stay with great service and a prime location—definitely a place we’d return to! - A beautifully luxurious apartment at an affordable price. Excellent location with attentive staff. It's near to supermarkets, restaurants and Airport. We’d love to stay here again when we return to Cairo! Nothing. Everything is perfect.
• Maria (10/5): Great spot - Great and modern condo very close to the airport. The pool closes at 6pm so we didn’t use it. We would stay again.
• Husam (9/5): Superb - It is large , clean, and well equipped. The location is very good, with easy access to Uber. Outdoor pool between compounds adds to the veiw. The staff are very helpful. The owner is also helpful and can be easily accessed. Net service, whether 4G or Wifi, sometimes becomes weak with interruptions.

• Armando (9/5): Very large and nice apartment near aiport - Very large apartment. Close to airport. Modern. Although not used, it has a very nice pool. It has very limited amenities like soap, towels and paper.

• Ali (10/5): Ocean Blue Studio an Excellent Vacation Home - The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious and beautiful. The owner is reachable and helpful. Communication was hard because almost everyone I met didn't understand English. However, thanks to Google Translate, we were able to find a workaround.

• Isabell (7/5): Apart from the lack of WiFi, the apartment was a good choice as an overnight base near the airport. - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We did have a problem connecting our devices. We could not get 4G at all in the apartment nor did the Wifi work. This was a bit of a problem, as we could not download our travel documents. We had to do this outside, where we were eventually able to get 4G on our phones. I would highly recommend to sort this issue out, as other travelers might find this a challenge. For those who want to use the swimming pool, be aware, that this comes at an additional cos5.

The apartment was wonderfully furnished with plenty of space in the rooms and for communal gathering. Close proximity to the airport and perfect for our one night stay upon arrival in Cairo before travelling onward through Egypt.

Second, upon arrival the kind gesture and politeness and kind smile and very professional attitude of Mrs Kholoud ,She did the extra mile to prepare our early check in to our unit as we’re having very long flight and she navigated with me through everything which made my stay very comfortable and she was always ready to help with extreme politeness and kind smile The other teams members from security to bag handlers were very helpful especially Mohamed and Marco The property is very very clean and very spacious and the location is amazing near to everything and the compound is elegant with quiet beautiful views of the swimming pool from the spacious balcony Honestly I didn’t encounter anything that will make suggest that there is anything that bothered me.

The highlight is really the balcony, its huge! Ahmed was a very kind person and helped us thru everything. Couldnt imagine my stay better
• Gaelle242 (9/5): Great beautiful find!! Close to airport and huge+++ - HUGEEEEE apartment and beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Wwwooowww was so impressed! Not far from the airport. Hard to find the hotel. They need better identification. It took us 40 minutes to find it! Also the cleaning is 8/10. A few things left on the floor in one of the rooms and the wall on one of the bedroom had a small noticeable stain.

Location is perfect and quiet There was some screeching noise in the wall of the bathrooms ever minute in a half or so all night. We were only there on a quick layover before flying out so it wasn't resolved but if they got that taken care of this would have been the best stay!

• Natalie (4/5): Very dirty would not use again. - The staff were very helpful. They contacted me on WhatsApp as we had a very late Check in due to flight times. They had a phone in the room and numbers of local restaurants if you needed to order food. Very close to the airport - 5 mins in an Uber. The apartment was very dirty. There was lots of hair in the shower drain. There was used masks and food wrappers in the bedroom drawers, the kitchen had drinks in the cupboards and was dirty. There was no shower curtain. The compound could have been lovely but has not been maintained and looks run down now.

I would highly recommend and would b - We were met by Kholod upon our arrival, she was very pleasant and helpful in getting us checked into the unit and answering all our questions. The unit was spacious, super clean and well furnished. The balcony was also huge and had a nice view of the community swimming pool and garden. Overall a great experience. Everything was great except for an noise that you’d hear anytime the water in that part of the building (ie. other units) was turned on.

Amazing, kitchen fully equipped, huge balcony, it was very clean and beautiful, I was welcomed by Ahmed who was so nice and warm, walked me up and made sure I had everything I need, they also gave me the phone numbers of all the neighbouring shop if I needed anything The WiFi was bad, and that was the only thing that was bad. Everything else was honestly beyond expectation, especially for the little price I paid! I totally recommend it

• Karim (10/5): You will enjoy your stay in this property 506 - The property was clean and it was big and so nice for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids we felt like home. the hosts Khoulod , Ahmed and Samar are so kind and they was supporting and advising for anything we ask and they were always available. also the location of the property its near to a big supermarket called negmet Helioplis and a pharmacy and also 6 mins drive to city centre almaza mall and 20 mins to 5th settlement if you want to have a good meal and coffe there. Gas cylinder if its finished you need to wait next day to get it changed so always check it ahead.

There was no hot water so we couldn’t take a shower, we were 4 people and we had only 3 towels. No toilet paper.

He responds immediately to all requests. The apartments are clean, and the design space is perfect. the beds are comfortable and you can't beat the location. I liked everything. The service is exceptional! Ahmed is one of those rare individuals who wants to do anything and everything to make you stay more comfortable.
