The apartment is spotless, well equipped with everything you need (including a washing machine), and very comfortable. I usually arrive late due to my flights, but there is always someone available to assist you 24/7!! support makes such a difference. Me and my son truly enjoyed our stay every time.

I felt very safe with the gated entrance, which was important to me. I had a procedure done and needed a quiet place to recover, and this was the perfect place. I was also working from my room during my entire stay, and the WiFi was super fast and reliable with no issues at all. The WiFi was faster than the internet speed at my house. Ms. Enaiyat is wonderful. Very communicative and always quick to respond to my messages. Ahmad, who works the night shift, is amazing as well. Every time he saw me, he would ask if I needed anything and was always ready to help. The rooms are very clean, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. Honestly, I slept better than I do at home. I will only stay at The Stay next time I come to Cairo. Overall, The Stay far exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed.

• Patwant (9/5): - The room is clean and there's attention to details. However, the electric stove is very slow to heat up. Took me 30 minutes to make a simple omelete. The lady offered to change the stove but I told her it was okay as I was almost done by that time.

She even allowed me to check out late as I had a late flight. The place is so nice and super clean. I’ll definitely stay here again. Everything was generally fine, but the lighting in the room was a bit dim for reading or working in the evening. Also, a small improvement in the room’s air circulation would make the stay even more comfortable.

The people there were incredibly welcoming and helpful and felt like I was welcomed as family. Enayat was managing the stay with best service and honestly I can't thank her enough for the memorable visit I had. Rihab gave the ultimate service for housekeeping. Mr Ahmed I believe is the owner the place who had taken real care of all and very attentive to the details. Not once did he even leave a chance for anything to become faulty or disorganised. The area was quiet and nice and nearby the airport. Uber was easily accessible and will take you anywhere you'd like to go. Also we were given a pdf of all services around us including delivery. It was available in both English and Arabic. All the staff were heeding to all guests needs and were incredibly welcoming. I would highly recommend. Nothing comes to mind
