• Pauline (10/5): Parfait - Appartement calme et spacieux, idéal pour un séjour en famille. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants de 5 et 6 ans et avons découvert un grand appartement très agréable et paisible. Un vrai plus : le supermarché situé en bas de l’immeuble, accessible sans même sortir dehors, très pratique pour aller chercher à manger. Il y a également plusieurs restaurants à proximité. L’hôte a été très gentil, attentionné et réactif. Il a pris de nos nouvelles et nous a très bien conseillés pour le choix de nos visites. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement !

• Joshua (10/5): A Home Away From Home in Cairo - The stay was perfect. We had a very late arrival and were delayed even further than expected. Hossam (the owner) had no issue with this and was extremely welcoming despite the early morning arrival at 4am. He gave us a warm welcome to the apartment, including a tour covering everything we needed to know. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. There was also a large supermarket a few minutes away, which was very convenient. All in all, it was an exceptional stay and one of the best we've had in recent memory. Nothing...everything was perfect!

• Samuel Baker (10/5): - Due to bad previous experiences, I usually avoid staying in apartments/AirBnb type properties. However, this property was definitely a gem. Hossam(the host) was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible. This included assisting us with finding a driver and tour guide for the duration of our stay. Upon arrival to the property, he gave us a tour of the property and attached mall. Although parts of Park Mall was still being built/ renovated, there were still very useful and shops that were open and operational, such as a Lulu Hypermarket, barbershop, pharmacy, and restaurants within walking distance of the property. There was even a playground/ small football pitch for kids to play. This will definitely be our go-to place the next time we visit Cairo.

In the apartment you have all facilities, towels, blankets etc. The apartment is located above a shopping centre and there is a supermarket in the ground flower, very convenient. The host was very kind and showed us everything around in the compound by our arrival. There were plenty of fruits, water and soft drinks when we arrived. The host was very friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions that we may had. If we come back to Cairo we will definitely stay there again! I was in the apartment by 8.30am. I truly appreciate this kindness. The was plenty fruits water and chocolates left in the apartment. The apartment was clean all kitchen utensils was of good Quality. The bedrooms bedding towels everything was perfect. Can't find a fault. It is a safe. Supermarket and loads shop within the compound. The cleaning product was good stuff. I will definitely choose the same accommodation for all my future st - A duplex-style apartment that is exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped. Bright and ideally located in an outstanding area with easy access to everything you need. The compound is also well designed, featuring numerous shops, several swimming pools, and a gym. A large supermarket is conveniently located right in the basement of the buildings, easily accessible via the elevators. In short, everything is in place for a truly perfect stay! The apartment is filled with natural light, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned by the owner. Mr. Houssam welcomed me with great care and remained attentive throughout my stay, regularly checking in to ensure I had everything I needed and was fully enjoying my time. The place is remarkably quiet, perfect for anyone seeking true relaxation and genuine comfort. The internet connection is excellent, with two routers available on site, one on each floor!

• Khaled (10/5): - Clean, tidy, great location and has everything like you have at home. It is very well thought out. You face inside the property, not the roads and the property is very quiet. Lots of malls and food establishments close or within a 0.5-1 mile walk. Hossam is very welcoming and will help with anything you need help with. Nothing, it was a great property.
• Timothy (10/5): - Our host, Hossan, made us feel very welcome and was very generous, including fruits, water, and beverages The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and with lots of towels etc The location is about an hour from the sites of Cairo, but New Cairo is a nicer place to stay, and taxis to the city are easy to get and very inexpensive. Within the complex, there is a good supermarket to get any groceries you need. Outside there is a shopping centre which plays the same 2 bars of a tune again and again for 14 hours a day. Irritating until you get used to it.

He came to greet us and also to say goodbye, explained everything in detail and was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He even stocked the fridge for us with snacks and drinks. I have never experienced such attentiveness before. The apartment was lovely, exactly like on pictures, we had everything we needed. Surprisingly, it was very quick to get around from the place as there is a highway - it would take us just around 20 minutes to get to the center as opposed to when we stayed in Nasr before (we would get stuck in traffic for 80 minutes even!) It was very convenient that there was a mall just a few steps away as well as 2 pools we could use and tennis court. I hope I get to come stay again soon :) Everything was amazing, no notes!

Mr. Hossam was warm, welcoming and offered great hospitality and service. He went above and beyond by providing stocked beverages in the fridge, a fruit bowl, and some snacks upon arrival. He even had an outlet adapter available for customers to borrow. Apartment was clean and spacious. None

• Alexandra (10/5): Perfect for Female solo traveller, couples, family with kids!!! You will enjoy it a lot!!! - Mr Hossam is a very respectful person. From arrival until departure he guided me. The apartment was far better than the pictures. I also appreciated the strong WiFi connection because I work remotely. During my 2 weeks stay I felt 100% safe , especially as a female solo traveller it's important to find a location you feel comfortable in and safe at all times. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, as well as a big Supermarket called Lulu. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, from hair dryer, towels, washing products, even shampoo and plenty of bottled water and spices, microwave, toaster, cooking stove , big fridge, lovely balcony. You can easily reach Cairo city center via Uber which is also convenient. Also there is 24h security guards outside the compound. You can find seafood, KFC and plenty other restaurants right next to the building. On the day of checking out Mr Hossam gave me a papyrus present with my name on it . Also he put plenty of fruits and sweets in the apartment which was great after a long trip. I will definitely come back to this accomodation!!!

• Kwaann (9/5): Luxury apartment indeed. Good to stay - Very fancy and luxurious apartment I've ever stayed in with a low to mid-range price. The apartment was nice, there's a living room on the 1st floor and 2nd floor for the bedroom. There's also swimming pool provided. Facilities wise, is very good. The securities and staffs were nice and friendly, as well as the owner, Hossam, giving us a very warm and friendly welcoming gesture. For sure 100% will recommend people to stay in this place. Although the location from the apartment is quite far from the city of Cairo, it's still worth to try for a night or 2.

He replied to my emails quickly and was always ready to help. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment so we knew how things worked and where things were. It is very conveniently located right above a supermarket, ATM, and a good coffee shop. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! It really felt like coming home after our long days of touring. I would definitely stay here again - I am so glad we skipped the hotels. Mr Hossam was so thoughtful - we had a bowl of fresh fruit, and chocolate! waiting for us, and plenty of bottled water. Having a washing machine and drying rack was fantastic too. The security was great, and it was easy to be picked up out the front every morning. It was very quiet inside and very secure. My friend and I felt safe at all times. The apartment itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Beds comfy, water hot, and towels soft. We had lots of space in our separate rooms to unpack and have some privacy without feeling cramped. The swimming pools looked nice, however it was too cold to go for a dip given the time of year. Thank you Mr Hossam, you made these two Aussies feel very welcome!

• Khaled (10/5): Perfect vacation in perfect place. - Actually the flat was very clean and comfortable, the owner insist to wait for us to hand over the keys and to let us familiar with all the facilities and places around the flat. The location of flat is amazing it's above one of the biggest hyper market so it's 2 minutes to get all your glossary, multiple of restaurants around you and coffee shops. One of the most nice things in this apartment is the security we were feeling very save . The apartment is perfect from all ways. I can't find any thing I didn't like during my stay in this apartment.
