Bo Burgwal (1/5): Skip this hotel, it is nothing like advertized. - We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. We weren’t expecting much since we were only staying one night. That said, it was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, has a lot of good reviews and the pictures looked somewhat nice. While honestly, the lobby looks nice, but after that, it’s terrible. The rooms are old and dirty. Sticky cabinets, flickering lights, noisy appliances, barking dogs in other rooms and loud people in the hallway at night. I was moved to another room at 3:00 AM at my request because dogs in a neighboring apartment were barking, keeping me awake. However, this other room was a smoking room—it was just terrible and filthy. Breakfast is a menu instead of buffet, and the coffee is terrible as well. Even in the coffeeshop where coffee is sold, it is bad. Oh, and it seems half of the 'hotel' is actually resisdential.

The two-room setup was perfect and very comfortable for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), giving us plenty of space to relax. The studio was immaculately cleaned every day, which we really appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, with nearby convenience stores and just a short drive from the airport. This makes it especially ideal for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. Communication was excellent as well, we were informed about all the documentation requirements well in advance, so we had everything ready for a smooth and hassle-free check-in.

I am from Vienna and stayed at the hotel for 10 days. I would like to sincerely thank the hotel manager as well as all the staff members for their kindness and professionalism. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Mikel for his incredibly warm welcome and kindness he made us feel at home right from the beginning and ensured that our stay started in the best possible way. and also to Mr. Karim at the reception for his excellent service. I especially appreciated that, even in the middle of Cairo, the hotel offers a private pool area, a gym and a lovely café by the pool. The atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to the airport only about 10 minutes by car. The area feels very safe and there is security at the hotel entrance, which adds an extra sense of comfort. Ordering food or anything else is also very easy and accessible. Regarding cleanliness, the hotel is truly outstanding. The room service was perfect our room was cleaned daily and always maintained to a very high standard. I also really appreciated that whenever we ran out of drinking water, new bottles were provided almost every day in our room. I am already planning to return to Cairo in October, this time for almost a month and I will definitely book this hotel again next time choosing a larger apartment. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

BACH (6/5): - Very close to the airport, and close to ring roads so easy to navigate. Staffs understand English well and did not ask for tips. Facilities are quite old and not clean. There were some flies in the room
