- Warren (10/5): - The apartment was very roomy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, air-con was efficient and the patio was an added bonus. Location was fabulous being in the heart of Old Town, but the street it was on wasn't accessible to cars so it made it less busy. The main ensuite shower over bath always dribbled across the bathroom floor which could make it slippery.

- Linu (9/5): Superb stay at Wecozy service apartment - The apartment is spacious with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a very large living room, having a dining table, a kitchenette and even a washing machine with a cloth stand. It is neatly maintained. Though it is close to the railway line, and is in a hustling area of the old quarters, you don't feel any outside noise when the windows are closed. The washing machine (they provide detergent too) was a blessing, as we got a lot of wet and soiled clothes when we visited HaLong, Ninh Binh, beaches etc, which we could wash daily. Overall our 3 night stay from 7-10th May 2026 at Wecozy Hanoi was awesome. Since it is located in a hustling narrow street, the cab will come only till the corner of the street (Babetta cafe) which is about 25 meters from the Wecozy entrance. As our luggage had wheels, it was not too difficult to walk that much, but the first impression was not great. Once we got inside Wecozy, and at the reception area, we felt assured.

You just need to come down from your apartment and you will be in the middle of a food street. The train street is right behind.Money exchange shops are a 5 min walk away. Some of the staff are very nice and friendly but some may be a little too stiff.

- Virginia (10/5): Great location, spacious and very comfortable apartment. - Location fantastic, lots of great food options just outside the door. Our 3-bedroom apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. The large balcony overlooks the life filled street below. Staff really helpful. An all-round great experience and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Het appartement was ruim, brandschoon en de 2 slaapkamers waren ideaal tijdens het reizen met onze dochter van 1,5 jaar. Er was gratis drinkwater beschikbaar en het personeel van de accommodatie stond voor ons klaar om bijv. vervoer te regelen als we dat nodig hadden. We hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het gebouw staat direct naast de Train street, dus je hoort meerdere keren per dag (ook 's avonds laat) de trein voorbijkomen met een hoop bombarie.

- CHIEH (9/5): 簡單來說我覺得如果是沒有想要很高級、噓寒問暖的飯店員工跟超級豪華的住宿設施，只想要一個大、乾淨又好睡的地方，這間住宿很適合～ - 在這裡住了三天！住到了302號房～ 1.房間真的很大，因為家人打呼聲嚴重所以特意訂了這種兩個房間的房型，雖然地點在火車街附近的街道，但房子隔音很好，只要關窗就完全不會聽到外面的嘈雜聲，同理也完全不會聽到另一間房家人的打呼聲，這點超讚～ 2.浴室很大間，洗澡的水溫跟水量也很穩定。 3.室內乾淨無異味，然後床非常好睡！是偏硬一點有支撐力的床鋪，枕頭也是比較有彈力的，身為容易因為換床而不好睡的人來說，這間的床跟枕頭好睡到我很驚訝（平常我住飯店大概要躺一個小時才能睡著，在這裡十幾分鐘就睡著了） 先前提一下我這次是住302號房，不太確定其他房型是否也有一樣的問題！ 1. 第一天剛入住冰飲料時，冰箱就發出了非常大的聲音，因此跑到了櫃檯請櫃檯人員協助，萬幸是櫃台人員調整了一下冰箱後就處理好了，後來冰箱都沒有再發出怪音，以及衛生紙用完後去跟櫃台人員說，他們也馬上就拿新的給我們，處理速度很快！ 2.浴室沒有乾濕分離，雖然有浴簾，但水還是很容易潑到地板上。 3.客廳沒有冷氣，只有電風扇，所以有時候逛街回來超熱要馬上衝進房間開冷氣，不過冷氣的霉味有點重，開久了容易會聞到味道，感覺冷氣好像濾網沒什麼在清洗。 4.備品很少，雖然是雙人房但吹風機只有一台而且風量很小。

It’s in the middle of the cozy food streets, you literally walk out of the door in the middle of all the good cafes. Because it’s a walking street, there’s no cars and loud noises and that’s REALLY unique in Hanoi. Nothing, it was all really good

Rooms are spacious and clean. Good housekeeping. Will definitely recommend. Fresh fruits and excellent bakery right at the corner. Card machine was broken and had to get cash from nearby ATM. Loud Announcements from a public speaker early in the morning but this is a Hanoi / countrywide issue.

Because you were in such a perfect location, you could hear some noise in the rooms. When we picked up our luggage in the evening, we were still allowed to take a shower. We did have to pay for the towels.

- Ylze (9/5): Kijk niet verder voor een verblijf in Hanoi, WeCozy is de plek! - De locatie! Éen van de weinige plekken in Hanoi Old Quarter waar je uit je verblijf in de rust stapt. Een gezellige food-street waar geen auto’s rijden met allerlei fijne cafes en restaurants op loop afstand. Gezellige gemeenschappelijke ruimte in de lobby en personeel wat je overal mee helpt. Schoon en veilig. We misten alleen wat extra plankjes/ruimte in de badkamer om toilettassen neer te zetten.

- Clarissa (10/5): Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Old Quarter area - Good location, huge apartment for an affordable price, and loved that kitchen had all sorts of tools and equipment we would need during our stay. It was only a few minutes away from the famous train in Old quarter and the apartment is at the center of so many restos and cafes so everything was convenient. None. We had a wonderful stay.

- Kathleen (10/5): - Zeer centrale ligging, vlakbij de Treinstraat, maar toch vrij rustig. Alle hotspots op wandelafstand. Ruim appartement, super douche. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Een aanrader! Niets.
- Παπαδόπουλος (9/5): - Ήταν ένα πολύ άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης !!! Απλώς η πολιτική τους είναι να καθαρίζουν τα δωμάτια μετά από κάθε δεύτερη νύχτα. Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση γιατί η πόρτα του ήταν παλιά ξύλινη και έκλεινε με δυσκολία. Επίσης, στην ντουζιέρα όταν έκανες μπάνιο, δεν έφευγαν τα νερά από το σιφόνι με αποτέλεσμα να πλημμυρίζει. Επίσης, το air condition δεν μπορούσες να το βάλεις σε πιο δροσερή θερμοκρασία παρά μόνο μέχρι 25 βαθμούς Κελσίου!

- Shabinna (8/5): - 住宿地點非常方便，附近很多吃的，隔壁就是火車街，去哪裡都算是步行距離 我們當天是從Sapa搭臥鋪列車早上五點半到河內後先去按摩，大約八點時抵達住宿，雖然不能提前check-in，但大廳公共空間有沙發區可以休息，而且有一定的隱密性，還算舒服不會很打擾! 因為就在咖啡廳、酒吧的街上，晚上難免還是有點聲音，但可以接受 其中一間房間冷氣有問題運轉很大聲，無法開著睡覺

- Shih Wei (8/5): Comfortable stay in Hanoi - Good location, close to train station and short walk to Old Quarters and Hoan Kiem Lake. Apartment is clean and spacious. Only 1 bathroom is provided. While there’s a water dispenser in the general area on the 1st floor, we have to refill the bottles ourselves everyday. The lift is painfully slow, it’s quicker to take the stairs.

- dmabres (9/5): Whant to see the train? come to WECOZY Hanoi - Location, you can see the train passing by your window (depending on the apartment selected), Amazing hosts, always available, in person or by phone, big space! Full of restaurants and close to everything evething was fine!
- Sarah (9/5): Très bon logement à côté de la train steet - Sûrement le meilleur logement qu'on ait eu pendant notre séjour au Vietnam. C'est propre, c'est spatieux. C'est très organisé (SMS réguliers) et le personnel est très sympathique. L'appartement comprenait même un lave linge ce qui a été très pratique pour nous. Même si l'emplacement est très central, notre chambre donnait sur la train street. Donc très bruyant quand on sait que le train klaxonne des qu'il passe, notamment la nuit.

- Hoàng (10/5): Tolle Lage-günstiger Preis - Die Lage ist echt super. Der Preis ist günstig. Das Homestay befindet sich in der Straße, in der täglich viel los und viele Reisende unterwegs sind. In dieser Straße gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafes und andere Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung. Das Essen in Vietnam ist auch sehr billig, eine Mahlzeit kostet 2-4€. Deswegen braucht man keine Pension. Das Personal und die Sauberkeit sind top! Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Es gibt nichts zu beschweren.

- ANGELICA BELLE (10/5): EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS - Our stay at WeCozy Hanoi was wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay and it honestly felt more like staying in a hotel than an apartment but with bigger rooms and a very affordable price. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a studio with a balcony on the top floor which made our stay even more special. The room was very clean spacious and comfortable with basic kitchen amenities including a microwave and fridge. The beds were extremely comfy and we loved the balcony view where we could even see Train Street. Despite being next to Train Street it was surprisingly quiet and any noise never really bothered us. There was also free laundry on the ground floor with detergent provided and housekeeping was done every two to three days which was perfect for our five day stay. The location was great and only about a ten-minute walk to the Old Quarter. We enjoyed the walk as it gave us time to explore nearby streets and discover restaurants. Every time we returned to our room it truly felt like coming home. Overall, an amazing stay and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.
- Olga (10/5): Steps away from Railway Street! - Oh my gosh this place was great. This little studio was so cute and comfortable and we had a great balcony overlooking the Old Quarter in Hanoi. If you like staying in the middle of the action, this place has your name written all over it! The minute you step out the door, you are in a busy street packed with restaurants, coffee shops and all the buzz your heart desires. The best part is you are around the corner from the famous Railway Street!

The rooms were absolutely clean and the location was near everything. They had an elevator! Which is rare for most properties in Old Quarter. Would definitely come back here if I bring a big group to Hanoi. So much value for money. Nothing!

In camera sono disponibili i tappi per le orecchie ma una doppia finestra sarebbe più efficace.
