• Malwina (1/5): Najgorszy apartament, w którem kiedykolwiek byłem - Lolalizacja Apartament nie był wogle tym, który widniał na zdjęciu. Po przyjeździe do mieszkania, osoba z personelu przekazała nam klucze do apartamentu, po czym od razu zniknęła z przekazanymi jej pieniędzmi. Po wejściu do środka zastaliśmy, brudne, wogle nie posprzątane mieszkanie. Na podłodze leżały niedopałki papierosów, w łazience garście włosów, na balkonie szczotka do toalety z oplecionymi na niej włosami i mnóstwo niedopałkow papierosów (więcej niż w popielniczkach w przydrożnym wiejskim barze). Ogólnie w mieszkaniu było tak brudno, że brzydziliśmy sie nawt usiąść na kanapie w salonie, nie mówiąc już o tym żeby skorzystać z toalety, w lodówce pleśń. Dodam że byliśmy po 7 godzinnej podróży z małym dzieckiem, a była już godzina 20. Właścicielka mieszkania nagle przestała odpisywać na nasze wiadomości, a wczesniej przed wynajęciem kontakt z nią był wręcz błyskawiczny. Po kilkunastu telefon i wielu wiadomościach, w których wysyłaliśmy zdjęcia i video pokazujące stan mieszkania, wkońcu łaskawie odpisała, że wyśle kogoś z personelu, żeby oddał nam pieniądze. Niestety na tą osobę musieliśmy czekać kolejne 1,5h. Stanowczo nie polecam!!!

Der er en lille lædersofa som en voksen har svært ved at sove på. Jeg skrev til udlejeren og spurte om hvor den 5. person skulle sove, men der kom aldrig et svar retur.

Tôi được biết đến như một phòng tập thể dục trong nhà và một hồ bơi. Không có phòng tập nào cả. Căn hộ rất bẩn khi tôi đến nơi. Tôi phải dọn dẹp nhà bếp và phòng khách. Bồn cầu bị hỏng, đèn trong phòng tắm không sáng, bếp có vụn thức ăn khắp nơi và đầy kiến. Rất bẩn thỉu.
• Anderson (1/5): Terrible check-in, not delivering the room I booked, not very clean - Not much, the air con worked fine which was good. Couch was new and nice. Bad experience here. Check in Check in was shocking. Check in they send you to a pharmacy with some young girls that don’t speak any English. Never met the actual host, was just told to message on whatsapp. We were given 1 key card. It’s a very large complex with high rise apartment towers, it is nothing like a hotel just be aware of that. We walked a long way with our luggage to our building opened our room and the previous guests were still in there! So had to drag our luggage back to pharmacy. Wait 3 hours for room to be ready. Drag luggage back to tower and realise it’s a single room when I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Was made to pay an extra 500,000 VND to get a 2 bedroom apartment even though I showed them I had already booked. I paid it because I was too tired to argue any more as hadn’t slept in 36 hours due to flights. Drag luggage to different tower to 2 bedroom room. Room Not very clean room. Shower glass very dirty, kitchen bench tops stained with dirty marks. Multiple towels had dirty marks on them. Mattresses were both very thin and hard, about 15cm thick. No sheets just mattress covers and thin doonas. Empty water bottles from previous guests still in room. You had to shoulder charge the bathroom door to close it. Facilities Pools were not open at this time of year even though ad says we have access to pool. There did seem to be a fair few sporting facilities around but not very easy to book/get access to Location You are 30-40 min grab car to Hanoi Old Quarter

I tried to contact the owner with pictures but she never replied to this specific topic. Also, We couldn't use the swimming pools in the area cause we were not residents.
• Iaroslav (1/5): It’s Vietnam, so never expect photos in Facebook/Booking to be the same as in advertisement - Lobby on the first floor It was one of the most disgusting nights of my life. Dirty apartment with an incredible number of large cockroaches everywhere (counted around 20). They crawled all over the toilet, sink, kitchen, all over the floor and on the bed. Everywhere! We had to sleep with the lights on to prevent them from crawling on us in our sleep. Also, when we arrived by taxi with 3 suitcases (90kg in total), it turned out that the address in the booking was incorrect. And we had to walk 15-20 minutes to another house. In the lobby, we were told that the apartment had changed. And they settled into a completely different room than in the photos. Also, because of the dirt and dust, I developed allergies (which usually doesn’t happen! So it seems to be lots of dust or problems with AC there) Thank you for a disgusting vacation for our money!
• Chinetha (3/5): False advertisement - The Vinhomes is a nice area however it is far from the city center. If you are visiting Hanoi for a quick trip this wouldn't be the best area. I did not receive the apartment that i originally book. The host did not inform me that he was changing my reservation from a one bed room apartment to a studio. The apartment was not cleaned well. There was hair in the sheets and on the floor. There were small roaches in the room upon arrival. The bed is on a wooden plalette. There's no fitness center as advertised only an outdoor gym next to the playground. It's false advertisement. Luckily I was allow to receive my money back with the assistance of booking.com.

We loved staying in Ocean Park as it was a lot more chilled than Hanoi’s main areas but not too far to get anywhere. We loved having access to the numerous parks and swimming pools and the mall too!

From lobby to pharmacy in other building, then back ans still waiting. No english speakers. So if you dont have internet or translation programme its impossible to check in * Everything was very dirty. There are sand on sheets, dust everywhere, dirty doors, fridge, cuttlery. There is some plates but no forks or spoons, no chopsticks. Only spoon we saw was in sink. Dirty spoon in dirty sink. Dirty clothes in washing machine... * Each room has AC. In two rooms you can switch on AC but they automatically switches off. Third one working but not giving any cold... * As you can see in pictures, this apartment needs cleaning. Also dirty and used bedsheets should be kept somwhere else not just thrown in shelfs or washing machine.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Second time staying at this owner's apartment. Comfortable and even cozy, the owner speaks decent English and is always willing to help. Not enough kitchen utensils (had to buy a knife), and kitchen cupboards have no shelves. But that's about it.
• Roman (8/5): Very good - I stayed at a different place than shown in the pictures (which I guess is standard practice here), but the owner was kind enough to let me know in advance and even send me the pictures of the new apartment. The owner was always easily reachable and waited for me to check in at about 11pm. The place itself was nice, a good stay for several nights. Even though there were several drawbacks, overall it's a good find and I'm considering staying here again in the future. I wish the cleaning would have been done a little more thoroughly. Also, the hot water was not really that hot (but I didn't mind, so I didn't even call the owner).
• Yenpm (9/5): Nice decor apt. - Very nicely decorated and spacious flat.Very comfy bed and bed sheets. Host is responsive to our requests. There are a restaurant and convenience stores next to building entrance so it was quite convenient to buy water/fruits. Check in a bit complicated for us as first timers in the area. We had to go to a pharmacy in a different building to get the key. Owner has a few properties in the area so make sure you are given the right one that you booked. There are signs damages in the flat from previous guests in the kitchen but we didnt need to cook so it was not a big deal.

• Tom (3/5): From disappointments to disappointments... - Price and only the price ! The picture and description of the location is not very honest. We did not get the appartment on the picture but the host gave us another appartment. There are pictures of the fake beach but this is not accessible for free. You need to know that you will not stay in cute houses close to the beach but you will be staying in residence full of hudge buildings. Also we were tired of our night plane and wanted to rest in the appartment. We were supposed to have the appartment at 11:30 and we could not have it until 5pm because the former clients were still there. When we finally got the appartment it was not clean because the former host came back again in the afternoon after the cleaning of the staff in our appartment and used our clean towels to have a shower and left their spoiled food in the rice cooker and airfryer and the floor was unclean. How is it acceptable that the older host can use the appartment again after their departure. We got our appartment at the end of the day and on top of that we had to sleep in a unclean appartement for one night. The only compensation we had is half of the price of one night because we could not get the appartment half of the day. This is normal and we had to ask for it and they came back the second day to clean again. Also the matress is very very very hard. So don't take this appartment if you want a relaxing stay in comfortable beds.... Finally the host never answered us back about spa and fitness center. In conclusion the picture are showing a dream place. It was far from what we got!
• Levitin (10/5): Exceptional - For the price of an average hotel room you get a fully equipped two-bedroom apartment. Washing machine, induction plate for cooking, some cutlery (not much, but enough for 1-2 people). Bright, cheerful lighting - useful for digital nomads with a habit to work past midnight. The place could use more kitchen utensils, at least one spoon (stirring tea with chopsticks was fun though).

• Quang (10/5): A wonderful day off with loved ones - After 1 day in Capsule Vinhomes Ocean Park, I found this place to be a very worthwhile place to stay and stay. The environment is cool, clean, the people are very polite. Rooms at Capsule Vinhomes Ocean Park are very beautiful, nicely designed and the services are of 5 star standard. Capsule Vinhomes Ocean Park is the perfect place for vacations and family fun. If I have time, I will come back often to rest after tiring working days. Nothing to criticize, everything is worth it. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is well worth it to find a relaxing place like this.
