• Frank (10/5): Porte bien son nom de paradis. - Une petite maisonnette où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Il y a tout se qu'il faut pour le séjour. Le cadre est magnifique et le quartier bien placé. Il est facile de rejoindre les points d'intérêt de Miami en transports en commun. Jérôme nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Dommage que le stationnement se fasse dans la rue mais pas de problème pour trouver une place. Il faudrait juste que la description sur Booking soit mise à jour. Cela n'a pas gène notre séjour.

• Cecile (9/5): I would stay there again - Such a beautiful property! Many thoughtful touches, and an extremely friendly kitty. Well behaved too, didn’t go in the guest accommodation. Door facing the pool did not open. A/C was not up to the job, so the room was stuffy. Suggest a screened door on the pool side for ventilation

• 1SunshineWay (8/5): Excellent Stay Very Close to Little Havana! - The Little Havana Hosts were fantastic! Great communication via the Booking.com app, let us leave our luggage onsite before checking in since we arrived early off a cruise ship. Communicated to us when the room was ready so that we could go relax and change clothes. Location very close to Little Havana main street where there are several restaurants, cigar lounges and shops! Better lighting in the main room/kitchen.

• RENÉ (5/5): Pour une nuit c'est possible (sauf pour les personnes allergiques à la poussière), au-delà tres diff - Pas de petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement Beaucoup de poussière partout. Le ménage n'avait probablement pas été fait depuis longtemps. Très peu de lumière, chambre très sombre à la nuit tombée. Aucune plaque électrique pour faire cuire une omelette par exemple. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Aucune armoire pour ranger ses vêtements.

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti da Little havana e area tranquilla, con possibilità di parcheggio. Casetta ben arredata e intima. Pochi spazi per appoggiare/appendere sia in cucina sia in bagno. Assenza di fornello in cucina. Scarse pressione acqua nella doccia. Spazio un po’ angusto.

Confortable Tv ne fonctionnerait pas mais pas important pour nous, piscine non nettoyée, le ménage était très moyen dans tout le studio ( toile d’araignée, poussières) et même un cafard mort, odeur forte d’humidité Passage d’avion très très proche Pas trop de contact avec les propriétaires
• Scott (10/5): Nice relaxing place - Nice private guest house, comfortable bed, good amount of space, nice outdoor area to sit in afternoon shade. Guest house close to Little Havana restaurants, we walked to dinner every night. Short drive to South Beach, Vizcaya, Key Biscayne and other sites. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Parking was on the street but we were always able to park very close. Not that important to us but pool was not heated. Likely refreshing to use in hot months but in November was a little too cold to swim.
• Mari (4/5): - bathroom was clean, modern with good light. In the morning I was delighted of pets visit ( a cat and a shy dog ). I always appreciate a well illuminated room, but here it was poor due to burnt out light bulbs; despite of this I could see spider net and dust. I didn't like the 2 pantries where were personal belongings of owners like a messy place .... one is next to the bed after a curtain; Being with my son it was uncomfortable because I couldn't pull the door at the bathroom; it was blocked inside the wall.

• Marcia (9/5): - Schönes gemütliches Appartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise dort nach der Ankunft am Flughafen. Dafür ist es super. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen ist der Flugverkehr deutlich zu hören. Das Bett war sehr weich, was in Amerika aber üblich zu sein scheint.

• Julia (6/5): - Miły Właściciel i dobra lokalizacja. Niestety nie było czysto. Na kwiatach był kurz z przed kilku miesięcy, przy łóżku stoją wiklinowe stoły, które również były strasznie zakurzone. To samo w łazience - wiklinowe pojemniki aż siwe od kurzu.

• Carmen (9/5): Gorgeous and convenient stay - Great location and very comfy space, loved the pool after a long day of travel and watching the lizards and geckos in the garden. Perfect walking distance into Little Havana and great communication from hosts. The bathroom door was broken at the time of our stay - I'm sure they're in the process of fixing it but it was a bit annoying to try to close it for privacy.

• John (9/5): Superb - Beautiful guest bungalow in the heart of Little Havana - the perfect location and very accommodating hosts. A minor annoyance, the room was so large the AC had to work hard to keep it cool enough. Not a big deal though.

The apartment is spacious and perfect for some days in Miami. Uber to Miami beach was about 20 USD. The pool is great, just keep in mind, that mosquitos can be challenging after a rainy day. The kitchen is good enough as long as you don´t want to start cooking with more than a microwave. Next food store is 15min to walk, there is also a self-service laundry within a 5min walk. Car can be parked just in front of the house with no additional costs. We did not have any visual contact with the hosts, but that was no problem at all because everything went fine via WhatsApp. Also, we were in Miami during holiday season, therefore absence was fair enough.

• Christine (8/5): I would rent again! - Great location, would be great to stay a few days. Very close to a fun area for dining and salsa! Loved the keypad lock. I have only given an 8 rating which surprises ME! We just had a little issue getting in in the dark. This sounds so anal but the sensor lights didn't come on (I assume there were sensor lights) as we were trying to get around the side of the house.

• Oliver (10/5): Perfect stay in Little Havana - Really cute little place, has everything you need for a short stay and in a really good location in Little Havana just a few minutes walk from the property. Huge outside space and pool available if you need it, although we didn’t use it much. The owners were really responsive when we had a question, and would definitely stay again next time I’m in town

There ist also a laundry machine shop within 10min walk and the next food Story is about 15min walk. Check in was easy, we never saw the hosts due to holidays season. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Car could be parked for free on the street right in front of the house. Due to heavy rain there were a lot of mosquitos in the garden und the roof above the kitchen was leaking a bit.

• Jon'nea (8/5): Very good - The property with all the beautiful plants was wonderful! I would absolutely stay again. The worst was communication. I asked to be able to store luggage prior-to check-in and this was okayed by owner. What was a surprise to me was I was expected to leave my belongings outside in plain sight of the current occupants. Not only did the occupants have access now to my belongings, I interrupted them entering the property to then leave my belongings. I was given the option of waiting them out and then leaving my belongings in the property but was informed that the code would remain the same that previous occupants used. So if you arrive early and want to store your luggage just know it probably means to store it outdoors (I just wish I would have known this before arriving). My other complaint is the bed is terribly hard!!

Husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner at Old Havana. One of the best meals on the trip. Close to cruise port and airport. East to get to by taxi. The plug in the bathroom sink was stuck but not big deal. Also must have misunderstood how to check out because we received phone call at 130 pm asking for us to vacate the property even though we had been gone since 9 am.

In a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes to the airport, and less than a five minute walk to the main area of Little Havana. Our host was coincidentally at home when we arrived; she was lovely, with great suggestions of where to and not to go for dinner (Old's Havana - great happy hour and food!) Very nice bathroom. The bed was comfy, and we easily parked the car on the street. Honestly, the app gives this as a score of 8, but I'd definitely say it was 8.5. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee (luckily I had some). The closet doors wouldn't quite close.
