You pay a fraction of the regular hotel rates but have nearly full service/amenities. Add ons on such as cleaning, towels, etc are easily provided and cost effective given the savings. Also the free valet parking saved us a lot.

There is construction all around so you constantly heard pounding noises even when you’re laying down by the pool? Also whenever we tried to call the hotel for any questions. The line is always busy no matter which button you press whether it’s concierge, valet , front desk they constantly gave you a busy signal.

Our daughters who are ages 3 and 6 could not get out of the pool the entire stay. They loved it. Especially the kiddie pool area. Staff were very accommodating and super sweet. Very relaxing and rejuvenating birthday stay. We will 100% return and recommend this hotel even for families with small children. A beautiful vacation was had.

It was our first time visiting Miami, and staying in this apartment at the Four Seasons truly made it unforgettable. The apartment itself, along with full access to all the fantastic on-site facilities, exceeded our expectations and made our experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Miami. There was nothing we didn’t like. Kudos to the owners for maintaining the apartment so beautifully, it’s clear a lot of care has gone into its upkeep and look forward to book our next stay at the same apartment.

Great location, fabulous breakfast buffet, beautiful pool and fun pool dining. Close to good restaurants. Beautiful downtown view with partial bay view. It wasn't made clear that the valet parking was included un til AFTER we had arranged parking for pay elsewhere. Our room service cart did not get picked despite leaving watts app message and calling room service. There was no hand/ body soap in the room.

THE WASHING MACHINE IN THE APARTMENT WASN'T WORKING AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT WITHOUT THE OWNER APPROVAL. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE THE MACHINE.

I did not like arriving and finding that my room was “double-booked” and wasn’t available even the fare was fully paid in advance.
