• Elizabeth (10/5): Stay here! - Great location and an even better price! Clean and convenient to all things South Florida.The host is amazing! She worked with us and communicated to make certain we were comfortable and taken care of. The only complaint is the bathroom steps. Nothing major just a couple steps out of the bathroom.

• Hania (4/5): I would look for something else. - Location was good, free parking, well equipped Unfortunately the property doesn’t look like on the photos. Shower floor was collapsing, walls need repainting, A/C was very loud. The biggest problem was a huge cockroach that I found inside my shoe.

• Fiona (10/5): A sweet, welcoming studio with every need contemplated, 10/10!! - Every detail, from the cozy extra comforter to the pan, oil, and seasonings made it feel like our every need was contemplated! There was nothing not to like, everything was perfect and I’m very grateful to have found this lovely studio!!

• Juliane (4/5): Good location and facilities, questionable building status - Location is good, close to the airport. The hosts tried to do their best to make it comfortable. However, the house has an obvious mold problem, which is not acceptable for guest accommodation.
• Lisa (8/5): Great stay! Clean, friendly and helpful hosts! Close to transportation - This is a great find. Close to the #11 bus- we were able to get to little Havana and Bayside market easily. Plus once downtown there is access to the monorail and trolleys (all free). The unit is small but perfect for our needs. One item that was not an issue for us but could be is the toilet and shower are up 3 steps from the rest of the unit. It wouldn’t work for people with mobility issues

• Matuskova (1/5): Do not stay in this property. It is not safe and worth the money. - the location Do not stay in this property! It is unsafe. The electrical outlets are unsafe and can short circuit anytime because multiple extensions are overloaded with appliances and devices. The electrical outlet protector in the bathroom was not attached properly, exposing cables - a fire hazard due to humidity. The room smells like mold even if you max the AC and air filter. There is a wall with humidity stain and in one place the wood is so soak that it is soft and it is also covered with black mold. Since the property owner did not take any responsibility, we are reporting them to the City of Miami. The description on the booking.com website misrepresents the property. It is being rented as a one bedroom apartment with extra sitting and dining area, but although it has a private entrance, it is really just a room with a bathroom, and no sink in the bathroom, which makes it a studio or room with own bathroom but not a one bedroom apartment. The description says there is a fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector but there is neither. By the way, there is no terrace even though the description says it has one. The blinds are broken and impossible to open or close. There is no sitting or dining area just a very small desk with plastic chairs.

• Alescichy (6/5): Once was enough - Close to the airport, quiet area, hot water was running. It was the cheapest accommodation option – a private room with a private bathroom. It might be okay for very undemanding travelers, but I expected more based on the reviews. The room was dark, small, uninviting, and poorly furnished, with everything looking like it was put together by a DIY enthusiast. The worst part was having to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink because there wasn’t one in the bathroom. The mirror was only suitable for people under 130 cm tall. I would never stay here again – even the bed was terrible. Luckily, I was alone; if I had been with my wife, it would have been a real problem. I urge the owner to renovate the “room” – it’s a real disaster. Oh, and the towels smelled bad. They weren’t exactly dirty, but they should be washed in hot water and with fabric softener.

• Bethany (10/5): Great Property- Just pack appropriately and you'll love it! - The studio was beautiful, clean, well cared for, and ready with all needed comforts, including silverware, cooking utensils, bath towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and even a fresh bottle of water ready and waiting for me in The fridge. It is clear the owner takes pride in this property, and is on top of caring for and maintaining it. They were also EXTREMELY hospitable, and when I forgot to checkout on time were able to provide the option to purchase an extra night stay, which was beyond kind and accommodating, and which I took them up on without hesitation!❤️ The power outlets are all in one side of the unit, which is not near the bed. Although, they do have an extension cord that comes to the side of the bed, my phone charger required a 3 prong female port, and the extension cord was 2 prong only. I would guess a 15 foot cord would do the trick if you want to run it along the wall as opposed to where it could be a trip hazard (the one they provide is against the wall, because they thought of everything!) As long as you know ahead of time, I feel like you can prepare for that and be just fine!

The space is small but very comfy, simple chic vibes. Bathroom wasn’t luxurious but considering the price, I have no complaints. The bathroom could use a little work, as well as for some reason the bathroom has a slight odor that just lingers in there. I wish it had its own sink too.
