• Arslan (7/5): Можно но если есть лучше возьмите что-то другое - Был балкон и хороший wifi , можно было увидеть залив и все ! Бесплатная парковка ! Владелец на what’s up отвечает очень быстро и корректно ! Во-первых сложность заезда ! На стойке регистрации сидел Господь бог который был не доволен что я приехал ! Дверь в номер может сломать подросток очень хлипкая , кондиционер пришлось выключить так как такого шума я не мог представить , парковка находить на 12 этаже и заезжать туда занимает в среднем 8-9 минут так ка проезды разделены стенкой и проехать между довольно сложно если у вас большая машина ! Ремонт очень не приятный постельное белье отвратительное и самое главное вход в здание брелком но номер находиться на 20 этаже а парковочное место на 12 спуститься на 12 можно только нажав брелком на датчик в лифте мол еду на 12 но! Владелец просит оставить ключ-брелок в номере когда уезжаешь возникает вопрос как мне спуститься на 12 оставив брелок в номере ? 🤦‍♂️ нужно спуститься вниз найти этого Бога на стойке регистрации встать на колени перед ним чтоб он нажал кнопку лифта опять на 12 этаж на парковку

• Bernardo (1/5): - buena zona el apartamento esta sin limpiar, el baño esta totalmente sucio, la bañera llena de pelos el desagüe, el bote donde poner los cepillos de dientes totalmente antihigiénico al esta lleno de pasta de dientes de otros huéspedes y suciedad varias, el suelo al caminar estaba pegajoso y si caminabas descalzo los calcetines eran para tirar.

Tudo de cama, banho e cozinha a nossa disposição. Apartamento completo. Além de várias instruções deixadas pelo anfitrião. A vista é maravilhosa! O condomínio é lindo e tem muitos atrativos, como piscina e academia. A acomodação é perfeita. No entanto, o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção do condomínio é péssimo. Não servem para atender pessoas, são extremamente mal educados e despreparados.

The receptionist was very unprofessional and unfriendly! They weren’t happy to help me with the check in process. They even ignored me at some point, started talking, gagging each other while am standing begging for help. Terrible experience.

• Eva (9/5): Beds for all! Great location! - No keys required... host opened the door upon arrival and the keys were inside. Super convenient and effective! This property was perfect for my cousin, 2 nieces and me. We were four girls and the trundle beds worked sooooo well; we all had our own comfy bed with extra blankets and pillows. The balcony was also a plus and the location is excellent. A walk by the water and lunch at one of the food trucks is a perfect way to spend an afternoon.
• Jeanni (10/5): A Home Away from Home - Our experience exceeded every expectation! The owners were incredibly communicative, making our trip feel special even before we arrived. Walking into such a spotless, beautifully designed space was the perfect welcome for our family. We loved all the thoughtful touches, from the makeup wipes and faith-inspired pillows to the helpful info book and the fantastic location, which added so much to our stay. The building staff was also exceptionally kind and helpful. We felt very secure, as the building required a fob for access beyond the lobby. My family has already decided that when we return to Miami, we’ll absolutely stay here again. And just a block or two away, you can catch breathtaking sunrises like the one in the picture—perfect! It would have been helpful to have an extra key and fob for our family. There were times we went out at different times, to different places, and that meant we had to coordinate return times etc, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Had to drive up 24 ramps to a high floor in a multistorey car park. Access to apartment was difficult. No clear guidance. Had to call host who let me in electronically. Photographs misrepresented the apartment. Inital cost presented did not represent the final cost - beware of appalling additional add on fees, like cleaning, applied before booking, so check before you click. I am a seasoned traveller. I have stayed in more than one hundred hotels and apartments.

• Ivy (7/5): Great location, view, and facilities but uncomfortable beds. - The location, free parking, view from the patio, and staff were great. The host was very responsive and accommodating. People complained of the parking but it's FREE!. You just have to drive up and down 12 floors. Again... free parking in Miami!!!! Or pay for Valet. There were two full beds and two twin beds. The full-size beds were so loud and squeaky every time someone moved. They were also very uncomfortable. You could literally feel the springs. We left in the middle of our second night because we just could not get comfortable enough to sleep. Also, the shower tiles were pretty dirty, but the host stated that it would be taken care of ASAP.

The parking area. every day we had to drive up 12 floors to park in our spot. However, they did have the option of valet, which I wish was added as an option in the booking price.

• Parisa (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway staying in Brickell - The apartment is conveniently located near many attractions where you can walk or bike to. Uber/lyft is available and cheap. All the restaurants and supermarkets are close. The host is exceptional and quick to reply to any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

The owners clearly value their guests and - A fantastic studio that has loads of lovely nice touches in a pleasant building in a good location. Unfortunately, one of the pools was being redone so that made the other pool quite busy. Nothing the owner could do about it but just to flag.

We loved the rooftop pools and the kids play room was a bonus as we traveled with a toddler. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including coffee and filters. Thank you for providing ample bath and beach towels! We would definitely stay here again. The beds were a little bit noisy and you can hear when the other person moves around.

The parking spot is spacious but the drive up to it is consistent with the parking amenities in a downtown urban Captain’s bed was a little high for my mother. However it was comfortable and clean.
