• Smiltė (6/5): Great location, but a lot of problems with the facilities and cleanness of the apartment. - It had a great location, near Metro and a nice balcony. Our biggest problem was that the whole 4 night stay we didn’t have hot water, that was very unpleasant experience. Also apartament was not cleaned at all, dirt on the floor, even some dirty dishes.

• Toth-Kulcsar (7/5): Affordable, close to the center, easy to access by public transport. - The terrace was nice in the afternoons (too hot in the mornings). Lots of lovely cats in the building. Very basic equipment in the apartment, but it's just enough for a short stay. It was easy to get to Bergamo airport from this location. Accessing the apartment with the app was a learning process.

• Yu Yan (5/5): - Very near to the metro station and right next to carrefour, spacious room, good security system For the price we paid, we expected a lot better. The shower room was very small and they only offered soap bars and small bottles of shower gel. The water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold and cannot stay at the intended temperature. The “blanket” given was just a thin layer, it was barely a blanket, making it uncomfortable to sleep with.

• Ghazal (3/5): Poor - The place looked cute and was just a few minutes from the subway, which I liked. As soon as I saw the cockroaches, I no longer felt comfortable. I couldn’t sleep the second night because of it. With a name like "Clean BnB," I didn’t expect to worry about something like that—disappointing.

• Mateusz (6/5): Pleasant - +++ good location (7th floor we a view of starting planes and Alps), 200 m from M1 metro line, a lot of grocery stores etc, large terrace, working AC +++ quite comfortable beds, relatively well equipped kitchen ++ working waskich machine --- cleaniness only acceptable, dirty floor (don't look under the beds), fungus in the shower --- a little bit stressful check in (the code to the main door did not worked) but the personal was helpful

• Sern (8/5): Very good - Good location in, for me, a very interesting neighborhood- a lively immigrant quarter full of Peruvian and Filipino influences. Not your typical Italian holiday experience but a true slice of life. Apartment however was far away enough from the street that it felt quiet and safe. Fully remote style of apartment management therefore: The systems of opening the various gates and locks into the building and apartment requires the use of a separate website that grants you remote access and therefore constantly needs an internet connection and smartphone. Took a while to figure out. Also need to to keep checking the Booking.com messages section, as the passport checks and city tax payment process needs to be done online 3 days prior to entry into the building, and it is facilitated through the messages section. Instructions on how to leave the building are unclear (the external gate is opened by a button that is very far from the gate itself).

• Victoria (10/5): Great place - The property has an amazing location. Has a carrefour right in front of the building, it’s like 5 minutes away from the subway that will take you to city centre in 12 mins, and 20 minute walk away from the train station. no coffee machine 🥲

• Ivan (8/5): Good value of money in general - In general the location is pretty close to the metro station, and also 15-20 minute walk to the central train station. The terrace in the apartment is awesome, air conditioner working fine, the wifi is great. The way from the metro to the apartment goes through a lot of homeless people, a lot of drank people that lies on the floor, dirty area, kinda like a local ghetto. The shower pressure is really low, need to replace it.
• Charisse (9/5): Superb - Location is near the metro. The Studio was clean and organised. The owner was also responsive to our queries. We only had hard time on how to open the main doors down the apartment but our overall experience with this property was excellent!
• Anonymous (6/5): gate opens only with internet access, location is close to the metro but the area is very unpleasant. Appartment was lov - the terrace was very nice, very lovelly place the fact that the gate and entrance doors are opening only with the calling of the number you need to call through the web portal, travellers with no access to internet connection can't get in through the gate. It should be cleared this issue before paying for the appartment.
• Martin (7/5): would recommed it with few (significant) fixes - the apartment is very spacious with a big terrace and relatively modern and well decorated. location is great since the metro stop is very close by. staff was quickly responsive via whatsapp messaging. the presence of the washing machine is very beneficial if you are on a long trip like we were. few but significant things made us grading the accommodation this low: 1 noise. there was a continuous noise coming from the toilette (it sounded like it was continuously loading water) that did not let us sleep at night. we informed the staff but they could not do anything for it. 2 cleaningness. the aprtment was not left very clean overall, and there were leftovers from the previous guests (bottles of wine, tomatoe sauce in the fridge, etc). 3 shower. the pressure at the shower head was very low, leading to little water flow and difficulty to shower properly. 4 the toilet brush was broken.

Bring your bed from home .. seriously…
