• Dominika (10/5): - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, mieliśmy problem z otwarciem drzwi, po napisaniu do właściciela odpowiedź była dosłownie po sekundzie (filmik jak je otworzyć, oczywiście zadziałało :D). Czysto, wszystko co potrzeba było zapewnione, aneks kuchenny, bardzo wygodne łóżko, świetny widok z balkonu. Apartament 10 min od Milano Centrale na nogach, a 5 min od linii metra, która dowiezie nas wszędzie. Obok również viralowe miejscówki z jedzeniem, ale też sporo sklepów jak spożywczy, Kiko Milano, sklepy z ubraniami czy pamiątkami. Nie mogliśmy lepiej trafić na prawdę, wszystko na plus i zero minusów. Dobre wygłuszenie i faktycznie może raz usłyszałam metro, ale na tyle delikatnie, że nie stanowiło to przeszkody żeby usnąć haha. Jeśli szukacie miejsca do zakwaterowania na czas pobytu w Mediolanie, w dobrej cenie uważam, że nic lepszego nie znajdziecie. Szczerze polecam! Podobało mi się wszystko jak i mojemu narzeczonemu.

• Janet (8/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable - The apartment was clean and not far from the station. The bed was comfortable, and it was helpful to have a washing machine. It would have been a nice touch to provide a couple of washing detergent pods. It would also have been good to have a microwave. The front door is tricky to open, you might want to tell guests to pull it slightly towards them to actually open it. Also the shower drain needs to be regularly cleaned as the water doesn't flow away easily.

• Rosemary (7/5): Probably best for someone who is planning a short stay. - Location was good, a 10-12 minute walk to Milano Centrale. A couple blocks away there is a deli-style establishment called Rosticceria Palazzi with restaurant grade food that you can take back to the apartment, which I did for the entire stay. There is an ice cream shop across the street and plenty of stores, two Metro stops each a couple blocks away from the apartment. The apartment was VERY secure, though the lock was difficult to work for my weak hands. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. It was on the street side and so got a bit noisy about 0630. The utensils were barely adequate -- all the pans were teflon coated except one. No fry pan. Worst was no microwave. There are no surfaces on which to put things -- especially in bathroom, so I dragged one of the bedroom end tables into the bathroom. The wash sponge was old, there was barely enough dishwashing detergent, the floor hadn't been cleaned for what seemed like a long time. I think with a little care the apartment could have been a lot more accommodating. Of course, I stayed for a two full weeks as I used it as a base from which to visit four surrounding cities, so my needs were probably more than the average guest.

Вкусный кофе и булки в кафе на завтраке. Все очень старое!! Постельное белье неприятное, поломанные ножи на кухне, неудобный шкаф для хранения вещей, у которого постоянно падет перекладина при его закрытии. Одно маленькое зеркало в ванной. Ужасный напор воды, невозможно было промыть нормально голову. И еще долго можно перечислять недостатки, увы. Ооочень шумно, окна вообще не изолируют звук, еще и метро под тобой стучит.

• Caitlin (6/5): - The location was good, on a very lively road. The kitchen was well facilitated and the apartment was a good size. The apartment is on the top floor so is quiet and has a nice view. We didnt have hot water for two nights, and then on the second night the boiler tripped the electrics and we had no power at all. We fixed the electrics and the owner was very quick to come out the next morning and fix the boiler so we cant fault him there. The bin in the kitchen had a horrible smell from check in, which continued to get worse for the stay. The washing machine was mouldy and damp smelling so was unusable. There were also small bugs on the bathroom floor, which we saw more frequently throughout our stay. There were unknown alarm sounds throughout the first night.

High security entrance with two elevators. Although the perfect place near the centrale and the commercial street, there was noise from the public transportation.

The breakfast provided consisted of only one coffee, one small croissant, and juice from a single orange. This cannot reasonably be considered a proper breakfast. The inclusion of breakfast was a key factor in my decision to book this apartment, as I was traveling for business and did not have the time to search for breakfast elsewhere. I kindly ask that you do not advertise this accommodation as including breakfast, as it is misleading and does not reflect the actual service provided. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary corrections.

• María Luisa (8/5): - Es una muy buena opción de alojamiento, limpio y cama cómoda. Junto al metro Lima directo al Duomo en 4 paradas. Con comercios y restauración próximos. Más lejos de la Estación Central de lo que parecía, a casi 15 minutos a pie aunque no deja de ser una ubicación cercana a la estación para los desplazamientos al aeropuerto si es lo que se busca. Se oyen mucho los ruidos interiores (no los de la calle) si bien no había mucho movimiento pues era temporada baja.

Warm apartment We received a room at the top of the building (I don't know if the owner has other apartments in the building) but it was quite small. The kitchen is hidden in a closet and this is uncomfortable if I stay more days and want to cook anything. The leak from the shower cabin was stifled. Rooms need more light, there is too dark in there. The bed mattress is slipping off the bed frame.

Locatia este excelenta, pe strada principala, foarte aproape de 2 statii de merrou si la 8-10 minute de Gara Centrala. Pe jos pana la Duomo am facut in jur de 25-30 minute Zgomotul metroului si tramvaiului, parea ca se zguduie tot blocul, in rest totul a fost perfect!

• Popescu (5/5): Non lo consiglio - Zona molto rumorosa. Dalle 6 del mattino non si riusciva a dormire, tra i lavori in corso in zona e i camion della spazzatura era il caos. I vetri avevano un odore strano, la cabina doccia è piccola, il sedile del water è rotto e incollato, il che non va bene. Non ci sono ametiste, solo ciò che ogni ospite lascia, se si è fortunati a trovarne una. Il cuscino è pessimo, le lenzuola sono piccole e si staccano dal letto.Non lo consiglio.
