• Ana (7/5): Si para ti el descanso es primordial, sufrirás bastante en este alojamiento - El apartamento estaba limpio, tenías cápsulas para la lavadora y para el lavavajillas. La ubicación está bien, pero tampoco es gran cosa, se tarda unos 15/20 min andando al Duomo. Lo primero y principal (que no se informa en la reserva y al ir con dos niños y embarazada sufrió mucho) hay una discoteca justo abajo y el apartamento es un primero, con lo cual se oye TODO hasta altas horas. La ducha es enana, no tienen microondas, tenían secador pero no entraba en ningún enchufe y tampoco en los adaptadores que te dejan. La basura de la cocina es una bolsa muy pequeña y siendo apartamento no cabe gran cosa.
• Blair (9/5): Convenient place to stay in Brera. - Location was wonderful, the convenience of collecting keys was easy, and it felt quite safe in this district as well. The bed was exceptionally noisy; turning over would wake my wife up, and vice versa. Otherwise, loved everything and found it was a great place to stay.
• Anne (9/5): An excellent and convenient location with access to the best restaurants. - The location and the property had everything that we needed for our 4 nights. It was very noisy being right in the middle of restaurants and bars. Our first night we were unable to operate the aircon so we had to open the 1 accessible window which opened into the rubbish area for the restaurant next door. So we had a sleepless evening with the constant dumping of bottles into the bins.

Zwei Fenster gehen in einen am Abend und in der Nacht sehr lauten Innenhof der mit Musik aus einem Lokal und der Abfallensorgung von Glasflaschen mitten in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen (6.00 Uhr) regelmäßig beschallt wird. Das Bett sollte unbedingt in Ordnung gebracht werden, quietscht fürchterlich. Hätte mir eine bessere Ausstattung erwartet.

• Anna (1/5): This was by far one of the worst Airbnb experiences I have ever had, - This was by far one of the worst Airbnb experiences I have ever had, and I feel it is important to warn others.The apartment has almost no proper ventilation. There are only two windows: one very high in the living room that is hard to be opened, and another below the bed. The major issue is that both windows face directly onto the garbage area of a restaurant next door. This means constant bad smells from waste, and honestly, a real concern that rodents from that area could enter in.The space feels like a bunker with no fresh air.The air conditioning was clearly not maintained. The filters seem like they have never been cleaned, and the air quality inside was extremely poor. After the first night, my face was swollen. After the second night, I developed a sore throat. By the third night, my nose was completely blocked and I lost my voice. I had no choice but to leave early, book a hotel for the last night, and face additional unexpected expenses just to recover ( able to proof )Cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The living room sofa was very dirty, full of stains and dust, to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable even placing my luggage on it, let alone sitting. The carpet on the stairs leading from the living room to the bathroom/bedroom area was filthy and clearly not cleaned for a long time.The bedroom is extremely poorly designed. Because there is no proper storage space, there are built-in drawers under the bed, making the bed unusually high, almost one meter off the ground. When lying down, you are very close to the ceiling, which feels extremely uncomfortable and claustrophobic. The bed is accessible from only one side, so if there is another person, they have to climb over you to get in or out.The bathroom is extremely small and narrow. Moving between the shower and toilet is difficult, and I ended up with multiple bruises due to the lack of space.The main entrance door is made of glass, so terrible noise from 7am cleaning restaurants rubbish Everything

• LUISA (7/5): BIEN, PERO PODRÍA HABER ESTADO MEJOR - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro y otros lugares de interés. La parada del metro que conecta con Milano Centrale está muy cerca, así como el tranvía. También hay supermercados y muchos restaurantes. La atención por parte de Relstay también muy buena. Las instrucciones para entrar estaban claras y todo funcionó muy bien. Tuvimos un par de dudas y nos atendieron rápidamente y con mucha amabilidad, tanto por teléfono como por mensaje. Algunas instalaciones no estaban en buenas condiciones. En la cocina, 3 de los 5 fogones no funcionaban y, en el baño, el desagüe de la ducha iba muy lento. Si te descuidabas el agua podía rebosar y salirse de la ducha. Resultaba difícil regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha, porque el calentador tardaba mucho en responder, con lo cual, cuando el agua alcanzaba la temperatura deseada, estaba ya a mitad de la altura de la ducha o más y tenías que ducharte a toda velocidad para que no se saliera. Teniendo en cuenta que es bastante pequeña, resultaba bastante incómodo ducharse. Con respecto al sofá cama, el colchón era muy incómodo. No se podía descansar bien. La limpieza bastante regular. A simple vista el interior estaba limpio, pero debajo de la cama había una gruesa capa de polvo y muchas pelusas. Igual con el sofá cama: hacía bastante tiempo que no lo plegaban y tampoco limpiaban por debajo. Otro tema son las ventanas. Tienen un alféizar y contraventanas de madera en el exterior y estaban muy sucias con excrementos y plumas de paloma. Es cierto que la presencia de las palomas no es culpa del apartamento, pero sí la limpieza y/o poner medios para que las palomas no se posen. La verdad es que daba bastante asco abrir la ventana para ventilar. Como las puertas interiores de las ventanas son oscilobatientes, nos conformamos con abrir un por arriba y durante poco tiempo. Creo que falta supervisión después de cada estancia. En relación a la limpieza y las palomas, no soy la primera en reseñarlo, pero no se ha solucionado. Ignoro si las otras cuestiones (los fogones de la cocina o el desagüe lento de la ducha) fueron comunicadas por los inquilinos anteriores, pero cuando estás de vacaciones, y por un tiempo limitado, no apetece nada gestionar este tipo de incidentes y tener que estar pendiente de si lo arreglan o no. Nos apañamos con lo había, pero pagamos para que todo estuviera bien y no lo estaba.

• Juan (8/5): Cómoda, muy buena ubicación. - La ubicación es muy buena cerca del Duomo, del castillo, de todo. Es fácil llegar desde la estación central y cuenta con varias estaciones de metro muy cerca. De igual manera tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor y el barrio es animado y con mucha gente, sin embargo no hay bullicio de la vida exterior dentro del apartamento. El apartamento está equipado con todo para pasar varios días ya que cuenta con cocina completa, lavadora y cómodo. El ingreso fue muy fácil, de forma virtual y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente al hacerlo. Lo único es que en el apartamento se escucha mucho el ruido de las tuberías de desagüe de las otras viviendas. Si los vecinos usan el baño de sus casas se escucha cuando tiran de la llave. El apartamento hace parte de la zona trasera de algún restaurante, o eso nos pareció, ya que en la noche no tenían problema de sacar todas las botellas o vidrios para apilarlos haciendo todo el ruido que ello conlleva.

The AC wasn’t great, if we were there in warmer months I think it would be very warm in the property and therefore hard to sleep. There is also a window right beside the bed with no curtain so it is bright all night due to the lights outside. The place is a little bit warn and torn, the sofa has lots of marks on it probably needs replacing

• Rick (9/5): - De locatie was perfect. Midden in Brera, een mooie wijk vol met restaurants, bars en winkels. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien; wasmachine, koffie apparaat, genoeg keukengerei, strijkbout, etc. Als je lang bent is de douche aan de kleine kant.

• FRANCESCO (9/5): Confort nel cuore di Brera - Posizione nel cuore di Brera, appartamento ampio e ben attrezzato, molto pulito e confortevole. Dotazioni utili e funzionali. Letti confortevoli, immobile dotato di ascensore con buone dotazioni di sicurezza. Di sera la strada è molto rumorosa e talvolta i rumori delle voci e la musica ad alto volume si protraggono sino a notte fonda.

Comfortable bed, excellent facilities in the apartment including good kitchen amenities. Cons: my rented apartment is next to a restaurant’s storage area and a shared water utility, so there’s a lot of garbage and deliveries. There’s also very loud noise in the morning when delivery workers bring items into the storage. He open and close the doors loudly, which has made my sleep quality really bad.

• 1 (5/5): - Ottima posizione e sistema di ingresso automatico comodo Appartamento sotto terra molto piccolo e soprattutto con puzza di umidità. Si sentiva proprio l’umidità addosso nel letto. Bagno senza bidet e minuscolo. Luce scarsissima. Dopo il check-out una ragazza mi ha scritto e chiamato con urgenza dicendo che avevamo lasciato delle “valige” nella camera. Non sapeva nemmeno di cosa stesse parlando, dato che non avevamo nessuna valigia con noi. Ovviamente non era rimasto niente in camera e ci ha solo fatto prendere un colpo. Tutto questo con grande antipatia.
• Letizia (9/5): Milano sempre affascinante - Posizione eccellente Letto cigolante Lenzuola di scarso tessuto, rigide e corte non adatte al tipo di letto come il copri materasso Bagno senza bidet e nessun gancio da poter posizionare gli asciugamani. Copriletto consumato Poltrona sporca e di certo la coperta appoggiata sopra non poteva coprire le macchie perché anch’essa Lisa e di scarsa qualità!
