• sandresca (9/5): Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille - Nous avons beaucoup apprécie l'appartement spacieux et confortable (les lits et les oreillers sont très confortables), sa situation géographique et le calme du quartier. Le service client est personnel et toujours disponible (rare! cars de nos jours tout se passe avec des codes et des services clients fantômes). L'agencement de la douche d'une des salles de bains pourriez être différent car l'espace est petit. Mais rien d'important, cela n'impacte pas le séjour.
• Cristina (7/5): Estancia que habría sido de 10 si no fuera por el ruido en una de las habitaciones. - ubicación y amplitud, casa de techos altos en el epicentro de Milan, zona muy bonita, y casa bien cuidada. El ruido, es una casa antigua, renovada en cuanto a las camas etc..pero la ventana de una de las habitaciones daba a la calle y se oye muchísimo el tranvía y los camiones de la basura, al estar en un primer piso. No había ruido de gente o barullo. Se lo comenté al propietario porque es una pena que una casa como esta baje su puntuación por algo que tiene remedio, que es poner una ventana con doble cristal. Había tapones para los oídos de cortesía, pero hasta con tapones te despertaba el ruido. La otra habitación da a patio y no tenia ruido. Los baños no están renovados pero están bien. La casa es confortable , la única pega es el ruido.

Habían productos de limpieza, café, azúcar y galletas Que no pudiera dejar las maletas en el mismo alojamiento hasta que nos dieron la habitación, hubiera preferido que tuvieran un cuarto o recepción en el mismo alojamiento

• ANA (10/5): Uma jóia no melhor bairro( Brera) e localização de Milão! - Localização excelente, a 10 minutos a pé do Teatro Alla Scala( esplêndidas montagens do Ring Circle). Funcionários muito gentis e competentes. Respondem qualquer solicitação em segundos. Destaco Paola e David. Apartamento com decoração elegante, muito bem equipado. Duas suítes, localizadas em lados opostos do apartamento conferem mais privacidade. Lençóis, edredom e toalhas ótimos, e trocados com frequência. Todos os pontos turísticos relevantes de milão podem ser visitados em caminhadas de,no máximo, 30 minutos. As camas precisam de novos colchões.

He was very pleasant and reassuring. The flat is very spacious and comfortable, with excellent mattresses. It was extremely clean, cosy, and conveniently located close to all shops and attractions. An amazing host — I would highly recommend this accommodation in Milan. Heating is not working at night so you might get cold.

• Febby (10/5): Amazing stay with lovely hospitality from the team - Everything! The location was amazing, we were very close to a lot of tourist attractions and good food. The place was very comfortable and clean for us to stay, and the Managers who were taking care of us during our stay were amazing!!! Luca greeted us when we got there and managed to let us do early check in after letting them know that my mom has mobility issues. They were all amazing, always checking on us to see if we need anything, and they were very helpful throughout our stay! I truly appreciate how helpful they were, especially that it was our first time in Milan! Also, I must say that the elevator was very cute!!! It was like the one in the Lizzie Mcguire movie 🥹 I miss it already! Will definitely come back and stay with this team! Nothing!!!
• Gisela (9/5): Das war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Haben und sehr wohl gefühlt - Lage, ruhig und schönes Design. Check-in war super, Personal sehr nett. Betten etwas kurz für Menschen, die über 1,80 m sind. Licht im Badezimmer könnte besser (heller) sein. Ansonsten alles top!

The apartment had kitchen fully equipped with cute complimentary coffee, tea, and water; 2 rooms with bathrooms; one living room with sofa bed, dining table and TV. We had great time thank you The sofa bed was not really comfortable

The staff is extremely kind and responsive, they helped us with everything we asked of them. I recommend without a doubt. My stay was too short.

• Kasandra (10/5): Awesome. Will be using Heart Milan Apartments for future stays. - I definitely like the Heart Milan Apartment portfolio. The stay was excellent. The staff was very attentive to our needs checking on us constantly to see if we needed anything, with very detailed documentation on everything, down to how to operate the washing/dryer combo and how to close/open the blinds. The location was very secure with three different lock points before entering the property. My husband went for a run, left the keys, and couldn't get back in. It was funny because he was calling me for 10 min before I realized he was downstais. I really liked the Italian charm of the unit with the original hard wood floors. The layout was nice with the master suite on one side and 2nd suite on the other side. My daughter like the second full bathroom because she said it felt like a secret room. The appliances were all new and modern. There is luggage check in, if you arrive early, which we didn't use, but I wished we had. They even set up a ride for us to the airport, which was nice because it was one less thing we had to worry about, especially with all the luggage we had. If they end up expanding to other cities in Europe, I would definitely use them first. They was some confusion on which apartment we were renting because I initially didn't know they had so many units in their portfolio. So, I picked the first one on the list, not realizing the address for each unit was listed at checkout. What I liked was that they did not dismiss my concern as a silly American but actually looked to understand why there was confusion and then took the time to explain to me how their units are listed, so I know the next time we book with them.

• Deborah (9/5): Great Location, Great Room - The staff were as helpful and friendly as could be, and the location was convenient to major attractions and transportation (metro, tram, bus lines). When I thought the hair dryer had broken, they replaced it immediately. (It wasn't broken, it was a plug adapter issue). The apartment was large and roomy. The sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable for just sitting on (we didn't use it for sleeping), however, the two loveseats were fine. There was also a nice dining table. We stayed five nights, and we were very pleased! The large cushion on the sleeper sofa was not comfortable for sitting.
