Przemiły Pan Christian czekał na nas , osobiście przekazał nam klucze i pokazał wyposażenie mieszkania. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona, ponadto jest suszarka do włosów, żelazko, deska do prasowania. Il proprietario, persona gentile e disponibile, mi ha consegnato le chiavi al check-in, e mi ha descritto in maniera minuziosa tutte le caratteristiche dell'appartamento. Alloggio pulito, con tutti i servizi essenziali a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personalmente ho effettuato un check-out anticipato, con la restituzione delle chiavi organizzata dal proprietario senza alcun problema.

There is an Aldi 10 minutes by foot, but also a very good Turkish Kebab just near. Host is a 10/10 guy, had everything needed in the apartment.

• Sharpanskykh (10/5): A very pleasant stay at a centrally located apartment with a great host - The apartment is centrally located, just next to the central station; at the same time, it's quite and safe. The communication with the host went very well: very friendly, useful and efficient. The apartment has everything a solo traveller needs. A variety of shops and restaurants is within walking distance. I was satisfied with everything.

Il est aussi très proche du métro, de la gare principale et de ses nombreux cafés ou restaurants. L'accueil du propriétaire Christian a été très chaleureux et il m'a fourni toutes les explications ou informations nécessaires. La décoration et l'équipement sont vieillottes et la clim était en réparation mais ce n'était pas grave.

Washing machine, iron/ironing board and microwave There wasn’t a kettle. The fan in the bathroom needs cleaning. Occasionally, there was quite a pungent smell from the bathroom

• Tony (9/5): Just what I needed for a short work trip - but also easy connections for a leisure trip - Great location, very friendly and helpful host, everything you need for a stay, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, table suitable for working, TV… Christian even allowed me to stay on while the flat was being cleaned ready for the next guest, because I had to finish some urgent work before I left for the airport. Nothing not too like, except that it wasn’t the most comfortable bed in the world.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Very good traditional Italian restaurant not far away , 15 min walk - La Caletta Ristorante di peste - fresh sea food - 50 euros for 2 people-main dish, freshly prepared from the daily catch

The WIFI was reliable and very fast, which was a great convenience. The apartment had a secure double door, providing an added sense of safety. Moreover, the elevator was in working condition, making it easy to access the apartment. The owner of the apartment was extremely helpful and always available. He guided us on where to go and what to see in Milan, and his friendly and flexible attitude made the experience even better. Without a doubt, this apartment is a fantastic spot to stay in Milan. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city Air conditioning was not working due remodeling of the building but a fan was provide which make the job.

• Irada (10/5): The owner of the apartment was brilliant. He met me on time and I could easily enter the apartment. - Location, cleanliness and quietness As the apartment is heated upon your arrival, first night was cold. Just ask the landlord to do it in advance.
