• Stefanie (8/5): Top Lage und geräumige Wohnung, leider wurden meine Schuhe vor der Wohnungstür geklaut. - Gute Lage Geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern Achtung! Das Haus ist nicht sicher, meine Schuhe wurden vor der Tür geklaut!🙈 Leider gab es einigen Schimmel im Badezimmer (Lüftung defekt)

Няма нещо, което да не ми хареса. Бих се върнал отново и то пак в Навили. Отлично разположен спрямо стадио Сан Сиро, така и спрямо центъра и Дуомо.

• Cecile (9/5): Superbe appartement - Emplacement dans le quartier Navigli avec un grand chois xe restaurants, bar et le centre ville a pied. Appartement spacieux , très propre, joli ameublement, 2 SDB on se sent comme a la maison. La mauvaise insonorisation, une des 2 chambre donnant sur la rue c est bruyant mais nous avons tour de même très bien dormis.

• Anastasia (5/5): Unnecessarily tiring and irritating - The procedure to get into the appartment was unnecessarily complicated to say the least. No one was answering the phone when we needed help with getting into the building. Honestly, the onle reason we managed to access the appartment was because we had great help from local neighboors who actually informed us that we were not the first ones to ve locked out of the building, but this is something that happens quite often. Additionally, the worst part was that even when we managed to get into the apartment we noticed that the beds were not made and there were not available clean towels or toilet paper. I considered this unacceptable as I was asked by the host multiple times about our check-in time and I confirmed it every time. Overall very unprofessional behaviour by the host. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to have a relaxing holiday.

• Eleni (10/5): Location perfect. Host thought of everything - Location was amazing with nightlife just around the corner and main streets within easy access. The detailed inclusions were very thoughtful.

• Costache (10/5): O locatie care merita - Locatia este confortabila, are 2 dormitoare si 2 bai, se afla intr-o zona linistita si relativ aproape de centru. Caldura este setata la minim, pornea seara si dimineata.
• Marinel Geana (8/5): - Muy espacioso, cómodo y bien ubicado, perfecto para 5 personas. Las camas estaban muy confortables. De la bañera salía agua e inundaba todo el suelo. En el piso hizo bastante frio, les hemos enviado un correo y nos dijeron que la calefacción estaba encendida y que funcionaba desde las 5 de la mañana hasta las 11 y desde la 17 a las 23, pero tocando los radiadores, en ningún momento entre esas horas estaban calientes y nos dijeron que el AC funcionaba solo sacando frio.

• David (5/5): - L'appartement est grand , parfait pour 5 personnes. Bonne literie. Endroit assé central La femme de ménage n'avait pas finie lorsque nous sommes arrivés, alors qu'il faut specifier son heure d'arrivée pour que celle-ci puisse s'organiser. drap sur le canapé lit sale. 4 verres à eau en tout et pour tout alors que nous étions 5. Pas d'autres types de verres. Verrou de la salle de douche bloqué, impossible de fermer la porte et risque de rester enfermer si on claque la porte coulissante par mégarde. Côté baignoire, porte pour éviter que l'eau ne coule par terre en mode douche plus étanche du tout. Vraiment dommage au vu du standing de l'appartement. Quelques travaux sont nécessaires

• Dan (9/5): Enjoyed the property and our time in Milan. - Good location; easy to find. We were busy in Milan so didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment; so didn’t use the kitchen for cooking. Was nice to have a washing machine to use. Was expecting a Nespresso type coffee maker, but was able to figure out the Italian version.
• Brendan (8/5): We had a very enjoyable stay but a thurd night would have been better for us as there is a lot to see and enjiy in Milan - It was well appointed and the location was excellent being generally walking distance to city central and the canals and access to tram if not wanting to walk too far. The second shower bath did not seal properly. I would have enjoyed being able to read some magazines or books in English. I had trouble with TV reception.

• Stewart (8/5): Comfortable in a good location. - Elegant building, underground secure parking much appreciated. Apartment is comfortable with effective air conditioning. Very fast internet. Entry instructions are a bit complicated with warnings about inadvertently setting off the condominium alarms (!) but we worked everything out. Location is good - walking distance to the Navigli area with lots of bars and restaurants, and the tram to the city centre runs up the adjacent main road (you can do a touchless pay with your credit card on the tram). The apartment could do with a bit of renovation, especially in the shower, but it was still OK.
• Danielle (8/5): Nice location - Location was nice and the property manager responds to issues quickly. The appartment was large which was nice. The electricity goes off easily. We had to go To the basement to find the breaker at night. We were told bc we were using too much electricity although we had the lights off and AC on. The manager did answer late at night so we were able to resolve the issue. The pull out sofa is also not very comfortable if you are using it.

• Sayed (8/5): Very good - The property was clean and the apartment was really cute, the area also had restaurants on the canal close by. We couldn't figure out how to turn the AC on and couldn't get in touch with the company. If you leave your window open, there is a lot of noise, so knowing how to turn AC on in the summer would be helpful.

• Martin (10/5): Excellent stay in Milan with amazing accommodation in the best area to stay in. 10 out of 10 - The property was excellent and very big and roomy and clean as there was four adults for our stay there. The location was brilliant near to the canals in Navigli where all the nightlife and restaurants were for you to eat good food and be entertained in the afternoon and evening. It was also not too far from the Metro into the centre of Milan which was very useful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Milan. Nothing was bad about this property at all.

• Arthur (5/5): Bad communication - Location, size of the apartment The communication is very bad They don't answer after 18:00 If some emergency will happen, you are on your own On the first day, we arrived at 01:00 and stuck outside of the apartment because the check in instructions were very bad 👎 They have proble with the lock of the door. The key is not match perfectly and we thought they didn't leave us the right key No one to talk or call, we searched another hotel just to sleep 1 night the 04:00, we manage to find one This was horrible experience. The manager of the apartment didn't apologise was rude and blame us!! If you don't want to stuck outside at night and have no one to talk to I don't recommend to book this apartment Also the cleaning was bad the rugs were dirty.
