• Bozena (9/5): charming place in perfect location, - only one disturbing fact: a night club opposite, its customers smoking outside were screaming very loud and it was in the night, after midnight, so better take ear plugs:-)
• Jérôme C. (8/5): Bien situé, et très fonctionnel - Situation parfaite, sur une petite place animée à une dizaine de minutes à pied de tous les points d'intérêt de la ville. Espace du logement optimisé, avec une mezzanine et un canapé-lit, et bonne douche. Le système de serrure électronique est vraiment fastidieux et assurément pas la meilleure invention, surtout avec le réseau aléatoire dans l'immeuble. La machine à café marche mal, et il n'y a pas de prise à l'étage.
• Mariana (6/5): Pésima - No entendía las instrucciones ya que venían en inglés y yo soy española al hablar con la persona del apto me dijo que si no lo entendía utilizará un traductor .. contestación inadecuada ya que si me contesta en español también me puede enviar las instrucciones en mi idioma Así k pésima actitud ….respecto al apto la lavadora no funcionaba y al levantarse de la cama pegabas con la cabeza en el techo ya que estaba en un altillo

• Merche (10/5): - Todo muy limpio y muy bien preparado. Tiene mucho espacio de almacenaje para ropa y la cama es muy cómoda a pesar de tener el techo bajo. Debajo del altillo la altura es más o menos de 1.80 metros. Tiene lavadora, lavavajillas, plancha, smart tv con Netflix y la nevera nueva. Todo muy bien pensado en un espacio tan pequeño para que haya de todo. Es un apartamento muy recomendable. Cerca hay un Carrefour Express, por lo que si os falta de algo no hay problema. A 15 minutos del Duomo y a 15 minutos de Navigli en la otra dirección. La estación Milano Centrale queda un poco lejos para ir a pie, pero con el metro se va perfecto. Solo como recomendación añadiría un jabón de manos en el cuarto de baño, pero tampoco hay mucho problema porque hay un Carrefour cerca y nosotros lo compramos. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Finding the apartment on the street and within the building difficult as well. Accessing the apartment’s key code door lock difficult. Also loud outdoor club across the street very loud at night.
• Adrienn (10/5): The apartmant is perfect, clean, modern, well equipped. - The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the flat is perfect for 2 people. It is located 12 minutes from the cathedral and all major attractions are within walking distance. There are metro, bus, tram stops, a pharmacy and smaller shops nearby. Using the smart lock seemed complicated at first, but once we figured it out, opening/closing the door was easy. We chose a great apartment for our stay in Milano, we were satisfied with everything.

• Eunice (6/5): Good but noisy. - Great for family of 4. Clean and functional. Comfortable. WiFi is good. Short walking distance to Duomo. Paid sheltered parking about 30€ a night. Could illegal park at the side of the road if you want but hard to find a park. Cafe next door serves good breakfast. Lift access. Struggled with the digital lock when arrival. Took a while to enter the apt. Videos were useful but can be better. If you are a light sleeper the bar opposite the building can be quite noisy from 12-3am. Water heater good to shower for 2 then will need to wait for another 30mins to heat up.

• Aleksandra (4/5): Disappointing - On the positive side, the layout and location of the apartment are great. It’s functional and convenient for moving around the city. The keyless entry system was a big plus—it made entering and exiting very easy, and the contactless check-in and check-out process was smooth. The company managing the apartment was also well-organized, communicating effectively before, during, and after our stay. On the negative side, the apartment desperately needs a renovation. There was mold behind the washing machine, which was leaking, and some spots in the shower had mold on the tiles. We also saw a few insects. The floors around the baseboards were grimy, the carpets were dirty, and the dishes in the cupboards weren’t properly cleaned. The apartment had poor ventilation—it felt stuffy and humid, making it uncomfortable at times. Overall, we didn’t feel relaxed during our stay due to the cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Belrhazi (8/5): Very good - Very clean, everyhting that you need is there. The furniture is brandnew and stylish. I liked it a lot. Very Cosy and beautiful. The staff helps a lot and is very kind. And the best of all is the LOCATION. In five minutes you are in the heart of the center. You don't need to use the car or public transport. Everything is reachable by feet. The bed of the sofa is not comfortable at all. Our back did hurt afterwards. The air-conditioning was not working perfectly and keeping the windows open by night causes a lot of noise from the streets.

• Ekin (9/5): Great Experience, Nice Stay - Nice loft, well designed. Silent and nice location. Not far from main attractions. Very attentive owner The sheets of the bed. They did not stick. After a day it becomes very uncomfortable. Since you sleep updtairs, it becomes really hot there.

The property is all updated and I liked it! Nothing, we’ve just had a bit problem with the heater because it is like it has a limit on heating.

• Muharremi (10/5): Super location. Super staff. Super stay! I would definitely comeback again! - Everything was amazing! The staff responded quickly to anything we asked ,or when we needed help. When we arrived at the place , the apartment was clean and they also had thought of packing in small bags some coffe,tea and more! There were also two bags in the bathroom with everything we needed such as shampoo, cotton pads, soap etc. I would recommend the apartment to add some one-use slippers to enter the bathroom.

Very well located, a 15 minutes walk from the Duomo, very comfortable, tidy, good lighting, lots of space on closets and cabinets, the shower was perfect, the kitchen was very well equipped, beds were super comfortable and had power outlets close by, Lots of mirrors, AC was working properly and costumer service was excellent! We loved everything about it and without a doubt, if we ever come back to Milan, this is where we’ll be staying!

Got fixed in couple of hours. * The apartment lock/unlock procedure needs getting used to and clunky. * The wifi network and password didn't work as per instructions.
