• Hajnalka (9/5): Jó elhelyezkedés - Kulcsszéfes volt a ki- és bejelentkezés, így nem találkoztunk a szállásadóval. Ez nagyon kényelmes volt. A házból kilépve megpillanthatjuk a dóm hátsó tornyait, mely kb 300 méterre van onnan. Fantasztikus, hogy ilyen közel volt! Az apartman elég tágas volt, és az ágyak is kényelmesek voltak. A konyha elég szegényesen volt berendezve. Se mosogatószer, se konyharuha, alig találtunk elég poharat. A nagyobbik hálószobában a szekrényeket nem lehetett kinyitni és a ruhákat sem lehetett ott felakasztani a magas akasztókra. De pár nap esetén ki lehet bírni.

Nenhum arrependimento Agua quente acaba rápido, o banheiro não estava bem limpo (talvez por termos chegado um pouco antes do previsto e deixado as malas)

• Rita (1/5): Horrible - Nothing… it’s outdated dirty and smelly Apartment is outdated dirty dusty. It has never been cleaned. Beds, bedsheets covers, pillows are stained, dirty and smells awfully bad. Kitchen pans and pots are scratched and dirty. Mugs plates cutlery never been cleaned smellly… stove barely heats. Dust every where on floor top of cabinets sofas beds. We had the worst stay ever

Brak duzych kubków do kawy, musiałam kupić swoj i już został na wyposażeniu w kuchni także smacznej kawusi życzę i miłego dnia wszystim w nim pijącym :) Apartement czysty, nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Kontakt z zarządzającym też był ok. Polecam na krotki wypad

Pour prendre une douche, l’eau chaude était juste temporaire, on pouvait pas prendre notre temps ou une personne ne pouvait pas se doucher après qu’une personne est déjà pris sa douche, fallait attendre à ce que l’eau se réchauffe Aussi, il faisait un peu froid, le chauffage n’était pas fonctionnel

• Juella (5/5): Perfect location with good air conditioning, but the cleanliness and small shower were disappointing. - The location was perfect and the air conditioning worked well, which made the stay more comfortable. However, there were some cleanliness issues — there was mold in the shower, the washer was dirty, and the teacups weren’t clean. The shower was also very small, which made it a bit inconvenient.

• Joana (1/5): Infested with cockroaches, filthy, and completely unsanitary—had to book a hotel, and they refused to refund. Worst stay - Nothing Absolutely the worst stay of my life. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, completely unsanitary, and clearly not properly cleaned. It was impossible to sleep knowing how unhygienic and disgusting the place was. The staff was completely unhelpful and unprofessional, refusing to take responsibility for the awful conditions. I had no choice but to book a hotel because staying there one more night was simply not an option. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a refund despite the unacceptable state of the apartment. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s a health hazard, and the management does nothing to fix the issues. Booking.com should remove this listing immediately!

• Michellerenee (7/5): Good - The location was great. There was a nearby grocery store around the corner. There was no dishwashing liquid. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The kitchen did not even have basic utensils to cook with.
• Elif (4/5): Lacked cleanliness. - The location is good, 5 minutes walk to Milan Cathedral. Check-in was simple, Host communicated quite quickly via whatsapp. The apartment was not clean, we found rubbish from previous guests. The shower had mould, there was dust all over, the curtains had stains all over them, sofa in hallway had stains all over. On our second night there was some sort of beetle on the floor around the apartment in all rooms. The photos on booking.com does not reflect the truth.

• Abigail (10/5): Really really enjoyed our stay. - The property was in such an amazing location and was perfect for the price. Very spacious and all kitchen, bathroom stuff was provided. It was a little hot so we tried to use aircon which wasn’t working and on the last day the hot water stopped working.

• Tong (5/5): not recommended - very central, great location they set all the air conditioning unusable, we tried to turned it on but it keep turning off again and the whole apartment was very warm. texted them and they said the apartment “does not” have air conditioning. do we opened the window for air flowing in, but all the mosquitos coming in, didn’t have good night sleep. Second, the kitchen didn’t have stove, we can even fry an egg, the apartment is for 6 people but they only provide 3 coffee mugs, also they have not enough tea spoons, the stove is old, not electric shove, heat up very slow. The shower is not electric shower, if you have more people staying in the apartment you have to wait at least 30mins to boil the water so you can have hot water for shower.
• Monal (4/5): Disappointed with no AC, no coffee, no bathroom lock, too expensive - The location was great There were ACs installed in the apartment but were not working, which was very disappointing. We were told that the listing did not mention AC so we shouldn’t have expected it to work. It was a small print that we missed before booking. However, it made us think that the flat was way too overpriced for what it offered. There were no special touches to the apartment to welcome us, no coffee either. The bathroom door did not lock which was annoying given we were sharing the flat with friends. The layout was awkward and there were no views at all.
• Shuyong (5/5): Passable - The location is great, very center. The Bed sheet is dirty, the quilt even has big Fleck of blood😫 And the air condition doesn’t work.

• Noemi (5/5): Just OK… - location is very convenient, however the apartment itself is in an inner courtyard and has no views. no air conditioning, not enough bed cushions for the number of guests, bathroom is very small, hot water for shower was not available at arrival, cleaning is to be improved, specially in the kitchen (fridge…), windows are very old and curtains not practical.
