• Mariana (2/5): Una estancia más que mejorable - La ubicación El acceso al apartamento era lamentable, con escaleras muy estrechas y peligrosas. Por otra parte el mobiliario muy viejo, sillas rotas, colchones inaceptables, dos secadores estropeados, grifo del agua de lavabo estropeado, no había geles de baño, y la cocina de gas no se podía encender. También destacar el comportamiento del anfitrión, que en ningún momento nos faciltó el pago de la "city tax", el cual según la página se debe de hacer en persona y este nos obligaba a hacerlo previamente por una transferencia bancaria, y dejándonos fuera del inmueble hasta realizar el pago sabiendo que somos de otro país y que las transacciones no se pueden hacer de un momento para otro en la calle sin ni siquiera tener wifi ya que acabamos de llegar del extranjero.

• Steph (5/5): Ideal location but needs more cooking equipment! - The apartment is a perfect location for a few days in Milan. Unfortunately the shower has very little pressure as it is on the top floor but was always warm. The apartment could do with some more cooking equipment, more glasses, utensils etc. The WiFi was also very poor. Ideal location for milan marathon though!!

• Marcin (3/5): Cold, dirty, very low pressure of hot water under shower - Location Close to Duomo and Metro and quick contact with host ate THE ONLY advantages. Although t was 2 Celsius degrees outside there was no heating and no warm water AT ALL. After contact with host I got instruction how to turn the boiler on, but it took 6 hours until the flat was warm. The water was warm after half an hour, but the pressure of hot water under shower was absolutely disaster. Double bed contains 2 mattresses, so you easily drop into the split between them. Single bed was not screwed fully so it was making noises with every move. Kitchen was furnished with many items, but absolutely basic (no tea or coffee, forget about any “extras”). The main surfaces were clean, although you could easily find lots of old dust at the lamps, and many higher sections of the flat. Also the shower and sink in the bathroom were stuck with old dirt and “stone” from water. The bathroom is very small and the door (although closed) does not give you full privacy. The pictures gives you an image of warm and cosy apartment, while our impression was rather cold and dirty attic.

• Aadam (5/5): Great location and apartment - Maintenance and cleanliness could be better - Property was in a great location in the centre of Milan. It was easy to get to the key attractions. Property was located in an authentic apartment building and had a great view onto the street. Cleanliness was not up to the basic required standard, other than the bathroom which was well cleaned. The rest of the property had thick layers of dust around the property and debris down the side of the bedside tables. The only explanation for this is that it wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our booking and is in urgent need of a deep clean. The bedding was aged and we arrived to one of the beds not being made up.
• Viktória (5/5): Passable - Location was great, easy to get in with instructions It was quite loud at night even with closed windows. There was only duvet for 3 people (4th was only covers) and it was already quite cold at nights. Water pressure was bad (apt. is on the top floor) and the bathroom tap was quite hard to close. The gas stove igniter was not sparking so we could not cook and wifi was not working. Kitchen accessories and bedsheets were clean but could be updated, they look used

• Mohammadrefai (1/5): Horrible apartment - Rooftop and elevator not working , very bad smell, terrible mattresses and cover sheets, risky for kids, lacking kitchenware, weak air conditions, washing machine not working, essentials not available (soap, dishwasher capsules, etc), and bathroom sink is clogged!!!

• Maistoerah (8/5): I will definitely book again should I travel to Milan :) - Clean, neat and welcoming. Comfortable space, with all amenities (except I could not find an iron?). So happy to be able to do our laundry there🩷 Mosquitos! But unavoidable in the heat. Suggestion: Be more specific with directions from the metro, especially for tourists with no internet connection.

• Jak (6/5): Suitable for short break. - Location, had everything we needed. Decent facilities. Clean enough and felt safe. Lots of space. Water pressure in shower terrible, sink tap not working properly, quite dark. Bedding could definitely be updated.
• Lomashvili (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic, close to the main destinations. We do love the apartment, it is very cosy, with an amazing view from the kitchen window. It would be good to have more qualitative bed linens.
• Денислав (8/5): Superb location, comfortable & affordable! - The location is superb - short walking distance from the cathedral plaza. It was clean, the beds were comfortable & the value for money is great. The shower could use some more pressure, and the faucet in the bathroom was kind of weird.

There was a big spider in the bathroom, it was very cold in the apartment and a bit sketchy that we didn't meet any person for check-in. Luckily it went completely fine to collect the keys but not too happy. Shower was in poor condition, hot water on and off.

• Nagio (8/5): Professional Needed - The heating system was excellent in the cold weather and the location was excellent for 15mins walk to Duomo or by tram no 15 just at downstairs few walking steps is the tram station The property owner didn't aware what is the basics needs for the busy traveller, they should provide the tea bags, coffees and wash soaps and shampoo etc. for the stay, they can't expect the traveller to pay the extra cost to buy thoese stuffs and leave for the future customer to finish all the stuffs...

• Zakp58 (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. The location was excellent just a walking distance to all Milan attractions. Getting to the apartment it was not easy as I wasn't received by the host. He tried to communicate using pictures but still wasn't easy. I guess using codes, coded box, signs at least on the door would have made a lot easier.

• Piasanna (10/5): Convenient location and suitable facilities - First thing first, the host was very helpful. He kept constant contact before the arrival which was slightly delayed due to airport issues. He gave us good tips on how to reach the place and about the surroundings. Top notch! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be able to walk to place of interest. Overall was a comfortable staying. If I have to find something maybe a little curtain on the little window behind the toilet would make you feel more comfortable. I know no one is going to look up from the street but would make you feel less self-conscious I think.
