Ev gayet iyi, zaten gezmeye gittiğimiz için evin iyi durumda olması, duş ve banyosunun temiz olması benim için yeterliydi. Son derece beğendik. • Guillemette (8/5): Propre et bien placé - Super emplacement, appartement très propre Le paiement de la taxe de séjour via Paypal comme proposé par Patrizio s'est révélé très compliqué par sa faute et a engendré des frais. Dommage, le reste était très bien. Nous vous conseillons fortement de ne pas utiliser Paypal pour régler la taxe de séjour.
• Dave S (5/5): - No breakfast provided. There were places to put your suitcases. We were given the wrong phone number and had to wait for someone to let us into the unit. The bathroom didn't have a single towel bar or hook for a bathroom serving five people. The common area was small and dark.

• Carmelina (8/5): Appartement bien situé dans le quartier "Navigli" - La situation de l'appartement est top ! Très proche des transports en commun et du quartier "Navigli" très fréquenté le soir. Beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité immédiate. L'appartement est très propre et comporte une machine à laver. La salle à manger n'a pas de fenêtre est donc très sombre. De plus, elle est minuscule et donc très peu adaptée à la préparation de grands repas mais suffisante pour le petit-déjeuner ou un repas sur le pouce. Les rideaux sont trop justes et laissent passer la lumière sur les côtés. Le quartier est très bruyant (tram, bus, voitures, motos) mieux vaut prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir en toute quiètude.
• Rob (9/5): Prima locatie - Vanuit het appartement zijn alle bezienswaardigheden snel te bereiken, Alessandro reageert heel snel op gestelde vragen. We kregen een beschrijving hoe naar het appartement te komen, de sleutel overdracht is goed geregeld. Ik beveel dit appartement aan. Wel wat rumoerig op straat.

• Gillian (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment in a fantastic location - close to the canal, bars, restaurants and the metro. Travelling with adult children - great area for night life with a relaxed vibe. The apartment was spotless, slept 5 very comfortably over two bedrooms. The air-conditioning was excellent. Stayed for 3 nights and would definitely stay here again. Very little noise from the street when windows were closed. The host Alessandro was excellent, available if needed by phone and provided detailed video instructions on how to access the building. I would highly recommend this apartment and this location when visiting Milan. Everything was great - nothing negative about the apartment - you get what you see in the photos - a bright, cheerful, clean place to stay.

• Chanyoung (4/5): If you travel with small kids, don't recommend. pls increase your budget to find better place - location was good to enjoy the restaurant nearby free sparkling wine. 1.On check-in date, power outage happened on 10:45PM. informed to owner but got reply on 00:22AM that there is instruction inside the house about how to turn back the power, but couldn't find the instruction due to darkness. Next morning, found it on the front door and got the power back, even instrucion was not clear enough since there was no clear number '71' on power meter. No power on first night was terrible. if outage is normal, pre-instruction must be done. 2. We, 4 people stayed 7nights and got 4 sets of towels(each set with small,medium,large). So asked if we can get more. Owner replied that it is not a hotel, give one set per person as a courtesy on arrival, however tmr if we want, we can get an additional set for each. so we got additional set. if u stay long, better be ready to do laundry of towels. 3.one bed room has only two small bedlight, even one was out of order, so too dark. don't expect bright room as the photos in the site. 4.boiler was too noisy when hot water or heater was used. really loud, so afraid if another power outage comes or not. 5. other reviews said that the place is noisy due to such as tram, cars, people etc outside. yes it was noisy. I should have listened to other riviews.

• Akos (8/5): Good location, friendly host on a very noisy street in the morning hours. - Central location, perfect for a weekend out. Early morning (5 - 7 am) very noise main street due to very old trams and tramline and street cleaning cars. This is of course nothing that the host can do about, still it prevents guests from a good sleep, even with earplugs in :-).
• Scott (9/5): Superb - Great clean apartment in a great location. Host was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Odd design with lounge in main bedroom so nowhere to really sit and relax together, also bedroom lighting was lacking.
• Bautista (10/5): Exceptional - Really good location. Easy coordination with the host for the keys and quick responses to doubts. He left some coffee capsules which was a nice detail. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was a bit cold but according to the host it was due to Italian law, which does not allow to turn the heating on after spring.
• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location close to the metro and a range of cafes, restaurants, and things to see. Short metro ride to the centre of Milan. Clean, comfortable bedrooms and bathroom (kitchen and dining room weren't really used as we were out most of the time but were well stocked). Easy to arrange pick up and drop off of keys and the host was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions very quickly.
• Neil (10/5): Great apartment, great location - would definitely recommend! - Lovely big apartment in a big old building in the Navigli area, which turns out to be quite a lively place, with a nearby canal and market stalls with plenty of restaurants and bars and close to Porto Genova station for trams and the metro. Only a few metro stops to the city centre for all the sights and shopping. Although it can be busy outside the apartment building, the main door is secure and you feel very safe inside the building. Hosts were very helpful and made the stay very easy. Everything was good - some advice: For parking I would recommend the APCOA underground car park which is a 10 minutes walk (Via Emilio Gola, 16/6, 20143 Milano MI) and costs €15 per day as its difficult to find any free (white zone) street parking areas. Also keep some cash available in order to pay the city tax which you need to leave in the apartment before you leave (its not included in your invoice) €3 per person per night.
