• Dario (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo e funzionale, situato in una zona molto strategica, 30 metri dalla metro Argonne/Dateo da cui si possono raggiungere in treno tutte le varie destinazioni. Gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia costituiscono un valore aggiunto importante. Voto altissimo

• Iveta Ņukša (8/5): - Kluss rajons, apartamenti nodrošināti ar visu nepieciešano, 2 stāvā ērta gulta. Pirmajā stāvā dīvāni priekš gulēšanas bija neērti.
• Fitness (4/5): One night stay - The property was next to the metro which was great coming from the airport and going into the city. The electricity / fuse box kept tripping every few minutes whilst trying to cook chicken! The host was great at messaging us but said it had never happened before. We couldn’t have any lights on or anything else on in the morning to boil the kettle and make eggs otherwise it would trip. The host did cover our tourist tax as an apology which was nice of them but I’m glad we were only staying one night. Sofa beds downstairs aren’t really sofa beds the are lumpy mattresses on the floor.

• Kovalenko (10/5): Review about alternative appartment - Milano like a local - We eventually stayed in different appartment than booked initially - we changed the indicated arrival time (we were coming from another city in Italy) and the appartment we booked was not ready on time. We were offered either to check in later or stay in alternative appartment. We chosed to stay in alternative and we were not dissapointed. The appartment is very fresh, modern, spacious and Ikea-style convenient. We really liked it. The location is inhabited by locals so we experienced more casual Milan, not so flashy and touristic. We really recommend because the public transport is very convenient. City tax is required. We paid it upon booking in our previous accommodation and we knew we have to pay it and send our documents to host. Here we completed those formalities upon arrival while standing on the street. We are young people and it was not a problem for us but it could be a real issue if your Internet is down or you are not used to do things via phone. It would be better if such thinga could be arranged beforehand.

• Maud (7/5): Appartamento ok, pulizia non ci siamo - L’appartamento è confortevole e vicinissimo alla metro. La poca pulizia, a parte il bagno il resto lasciavo molto desiderare. E poi molte luci non funzionavano.

• Erica (10/5): Perfect location, great communication with the host, clean and practical accommodation! - The flat is very close to the nearest metro, surrounded by lots of restaurants, with great playgrounds for kids just round the corner

• Luc (8/5): Nice flat, very close to the metro. - Perfect location, close to the metro station. Loads of space. Good value for money. One big bed and a sofa to sleep on. Very nice shower. More coffee for sure as we were with two people for two nights. Our neighbours were very loud when they came back in the middle of the night, two nights in a row. The communication about the instructions could have been better too.

• Julia (6/5): - The apartment is comfortable, organized, well equipped, and close to the subway that connects to the city center. The cleanliness was not the best. The furniture was dusty and there was dirty dishes in both the cupboard and the dishwasher. Every time we turned on the oven, the lights went out.

• Giannini (9/5): Punto di partenza perfetto per visitare Milano - Vicinanza alla metro (posizione), posizione tranquilla, supermercato e bar vicini, bel loft curato, molto accogliente e pulito. Facilita di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura. Praticamente nulla. Solo un piccolo miglioramento da fare nei due posti letti singoli per i quali sono sicuro che il proprietario sistemerà al più presto.
• Núria (9/5): Ha estat una estança genial, tal i com és veu a les imatges i ben situat. - El Loft esta molt ben situat, és molt maco y està força net, té molts utensilis a la cuina així com rentadora i està tot amb molt bones condicions. Érem tres i sols van deixar dos jocs de tovalloles i el llit individual de la sala no era massa còmode... Ens hauria anat molt bé que hi hagués una torradora també... Però en general molt bé

• Arancha (8/5): Buena, pero debería de mejorar la comunicación el propietario - El alojamiento era muy amplio, todo estaba muy limpio y tenía comodidades para que la estancia fuera agradable La tercera persona tuvo que dormir en una “sofá” que era dos cojines grandes, era un “colchón” muy duro por lo que fue bastante incómodo. El propietario nos llamó pidiendo que pagáramos una noche más porque pensaba que habíamos estado una noche más y no entraba a razones, porque se habían colado otros inquilinos en el piso. Finalmente entró en razón y vio que no habíamos sido nosotros, pero la comunicación fue difícil con él y no se dio cuenta que no éramos nosotros hasta casi que aterrizamos en Milán suponiendo un estrés saber si íbamos a tener o no habitación
• Michele (10/5): - Appartamento molto curato e host super disponibile. L'appartamento è a 200 metri dalla metropolitana, motivo per cui l'abbiamo scelto. E' in una zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio proprio sotto all'appartamento. Abbiamo parcheggiato nelle strisce blu, però pagando 9 € per due giorni, perchè erano a pagamento solo nei giorni feriale nell'orario dalle 8:00 alle 19:00. L'unica cosa leggermente negativa è che i due divani letto erano abbastanza duri, per il resto tutto benissimo.

• vEnzo (7/5): Loft curato vicino alla metro - Loft molto ben decorato, comodo e completo di tutto, in posizione ottima vicino alla metro Argonne. Purtroppo l’insonorizzazione è insufficiente: durante la notte siamo stati svegliati più volte da schiamazzi provenienti dall’appartamento accanto, in particolare tra le 2:00 e le 3:30. Un vero peccato, perché l’alloggio in sé è davvero valido

• Gurgen (7/5): Great comfortable apartment 20-30 minutes away from the center. - Very nice apartment in Loft style with a bedroom lifted upstairs with metal-wood construction. Liked the style and the cleanness. Was very close to metro and tram stations. Was very easy to check in and check out from the apartment.

• Zhongyi (10/5): Good - The hotel is in a loft. very quiet. The room is spacious, the shower facilities are good, and there are basic daily toiletries. The host carefully guided us through the check-in process, making the guests feel at home. It will be a good hotel and I will choose to stay there next time. Conditions are very good in all aspects

• Gintare (10/5): Great stay - Lovely property for a short stay, has all you may need. Interior is lovely and Caesar was great host. The staircase is a bit slippery might consider changing the polish on it.

• Susanna (9/5): Peaceful, stylish studio in a quiet part of Milan with excellent transport links - Tasteful decor, clean, good facilities, good location (which we didn't know). All the communication with Cesare was quick, clear and very helpful. The bed is up a spiral staircase on a mezzanine with the roof quite close above, which was fine for us (and very comfortable) but possibly not for anybody with mobility issues.

• Olena (9/5): It is ok, only some issues - Location, 1 bed and 2 sofas I booked for colleagues. When booking, we couldn't add 3rd person via Booking.com web page, this caused ua additional troubles with financial reporting because ot was business trip and we reported all costs. It was strangez because whrn booking we have chosen 3 people ,but then it appeared 2 when paying. Also the host didn't answer in time when colleagues written that they are ready to check in, we written Whatsapp all of us in panic, because it was late already and no answer, after that the person from the host side came. Everything else was ok. Thanks.
