• michele (4/5): - L'appartamento è spazioso, comodo e ben attrezzato. Non è lontano dalla metro e ben collegato con gli autobus. L'host mi ha inviato un messaggio sulle istruzioni per entrare nell'appartamento e il link a due video, uno per entrare ed uno di guida agli elettrodomestici. Nessun link funzionava. All'arrivo, il portone non si è aperto seguendo le istruzioni. Ho chiamato l'hospitality manager, il quale mi ha promesso di mandare qualcuno. Abbiamo aspettato invano sotto il sole finché una persona è uscita dal portone e così siamo entrati. A parte qualche difficoltà per capire come funziona la keybox a fianco della porta d'ingresso, alla fine siamo entrati. La rete WiFi indicata nel messaggio era sbagliata. Per fortuna dietro il modem era scritta quella giusta e la password. L'aria condizionata esce solo solo da una bocchetta nel disimpegno davanti alla zona notte. Quindi per rinfrescare la casa di notte è necessario tenere aperte le porte. Avremmo voluto alzare la temperatura di notte, ma il termostato non si regolava - si poteva solo accendere o spegnere. Ho chiesto al manutentore come regolare l'aria, ma non lo sapeva. Ci ha assicurato di mandare qualcuno sia per questo, che per darci altre due federe per i cuscini e per risolvere la questione dell'apertura portone, ma nessuno è venuto. Ho mandato anche un messaggio all'host via booking, ma ancora niente. Il risultato è stato che abbiamo dovuto spegnere l'aria di notte, dormire con un solo cuscino anche se in casa ce n'erano altri due, e, se uno usciva, chi rimaneva in casa era costretto a scendere per aprire il portone. Capisco la comodità di affittare un alloggio senza mai entrare in contatto con gli ospiti ma, se qualcosa non funziona come dovrebbe, ci si aspetta che l'host provveda. Per questo motivo, nonostante la struttura sia comoda, spaziosa e pulita, l'esperienza è stata deludente.

• Burlacu (8/5): We liked the location of the apartment. - We appreciated the apartment being on the first floor, spacious, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed but with two twin mattresses, one with twin beds). It is situated in a nice and quiet area, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and close to means of transport (bus, tram, railway, all in an area of 500-1000 m). The rooms are very spacious, and the 2 bathrooms are very ok, both with showers. The communication with the host Rommi was very good, and also Rosa, who greeted us at the apartment helped us with detailed info and was very nice. The apartment looked like it needed a refurbishment a little bit of more attention. The walls were stained, there was dust on the heater grills, and what surprises us was that one of pillow-cases was torn.

• Pâmela (7/5): Good - The house was clean, comfortable bed, well ventilated apartment, easy communication with the staff but one of the bathrooms the toilet did not flush, in the other bathroom the shower had a problem that when we took a shower the water was all out, wetting the entire floor. I arrived on Monday night, I asked them to fix it, but they couldn't, so one bathroom to shower and the other to relieve themselves, we had to share
