• Izabela (8/5): Perfect for a quick trip to Milan - The location for me was perfect as I travelled for a concert at the Forum Assago. The apartment is close to the Famagosta meteo station (which is two stops away from the Forum). The apartment was also nice, the beds were comfortable. As it was mentioned in previous reviews the shower door is broken. However you can carefully move it to close it so for me it was not that big of a problem. And also as mentioned before it was difficult to get in touch with customer service however when I did manage to get through to them they were nice and helpful. Personally at the end of the day, I was not looking for a five star hotel experience. For a quick trip to Milan and to have a place to shower and sleep this place was good enough for me and will definitely be booking again in the future.
• Emre (6/5): It was enough for me - Close to metro station and markets, plenty of space for a solo traveller, clean beddings and bathroom&toilet Shower screen’s sliding door was broken, there are microwave, coffee machine and washing machine in the kitchen but there is no socket around machines to start them. I moved the microwave onto the kitchen floor but it’s plug doesn’t even fit for socket. So they are there just as an accessories. If you are going to stay there with your family or kids don’t do that

• Jolanta (3/5): Poor - Parking We were given another alternative which they said was "better". That was not the case the alternative was way further from the centre. The room did not have body wash, not even hand soap. Judging from the photos this one is much better then we were given.

• Xhemali (1/5): The host was horrible, agressive and not kind at all. Guy called Andrea - Absolutely nothing, was not what was shown in the picture House has no air conditioner, you can barely breathe there.
• Marwa (1/5): Bad - Nothing honestly, the reviews are misguiding, so be careful. As traveler, this was the worst customer service and misguided rev After paying, you get an email of city taxes and extra fees that should be paid if you check in late which means 11 pm or more. Such fees should appear at first. For the same value, I could have stayed in a good hotel. Plus for each additional person, if not added to the booking you should add around 80+. Furthermore, it is not close to city center as described:you need to walk to the metro station, after 8 stops you will reach the center of Milano. There is no AC The kitchen supplies and utensils are very old and very dirty(greasy), and even some of them are rusty. The guy came to take the late check in fees and the extra person fees, once I send him to ask about the postal code, as it was showing invalid to activate Deliveroo, he has never responded, so we slept hungry and thirsty waiting for the next day. Overall experience, the place is below standard and below expectations. The reviews are highly misguiding, Booking.com should be careful, for other users please be honest when you write your review.

• Anonymous (2/5): The stay was disappointing. - The location was good for the money. We had to pay a fee of €45 euros as our train was delayed till past midnight and after saying this no exceptions or cooperations were made. The bedding on the pillows also has a strong odour in which I used a towel to cover as the smell was unbearable to rest on.

• H (1/5): Bad - generally, the apartment is in a deplorable state, robes crawling on me at night, there are also ants. I parked my car right under the window, in which someone tried to steal bicycles at night, only broke the window and went to scare them away, so apart from the dirty apartment, I can add that the neighborhood is not very safe.
• Zoya (7/5): It was good overall and really fair for the price. - Equipped Bed was nearly standing, not so comfortable. The place was a little dusty.

• Sara (1/5): Bad - i ouldnt advise this place at all the location was very bad , and the staff very rude i asked for even 30 mins earlier check out they dodnt accept although the place was ready , and instead the person who was handing over the key came 30 mins late , and more importantly they dont plan to return the 100 euro deposit i called few times and texted few times they didnt respond at all and at the end the booking website returned the deposit not the casa de suite, so i dont afvise it at all!
