• Giorgia (8/5): Appartamento molto bello e comodo e confortevole e molto vicino al centro città. - L’appartamento era molto spazioso e pulito, la posizione perfetta a due passi dalla Pinacoteca di Brera e da altri luoghi di interesse, di notte silenzio, cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata, appartamento molto comodo noi eravamo in 5 e ci siamo trovati molto bene, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, staff gentile e disponibile. Appartamento approvato, interni moderni ampi e spaziosi. Magari migliorerei il divano letto pero appartamento se gli dovessi dare un voto da 1 a 10 darei un bel 8.

• Bilgisan (1/5): Waardeloos !! - Niks !!!!!! Wat een slechte appartement!!! We hebben 2 dagen lang niet kunnen douchen en de verwarming deed het niet!!! We hebben met extra kleren geslapen om warm te worden. Ze zijn 10 keer langsgekomen om de boiler te maken, maar dat ding was gewoon stuk. Na een uur ging die steeds uit. Na 18uur reageren ze niet meer op je berichten, en wanneer ze in de ochtend reageren is dat uren later. Ze sturen een technician elke keer en video hoe de boiler letterlijk dus elke uur gereset moet worden. De knop in de boiler zit helemaal onderaan in de boiler, je moet dus op de grond liggen en goed kijken waar de knop is. Gek dat ze zelf ook denken dat ik een technician ben en elke keer een boiler dat kapot is, moet gaan repareren! Hij hoort het gewoon te doen! Of je stuurt me naar een ander hotel of appartement!! Maar deze mensen vinden dat ze niks verkeerds hebt gedaan! En dat het oké is om in 0 graden te overnachten. De slaapbanken waren ook echt slecht en bij één slaapbank hebben ze geen dekbed gegeven??!!! Ongelofelijk slecht en echt geen respect! ALLESSSSSSS!!!! Ik moest in de winter in 0 graden in een ijskoud appartement verblijven!!! 2 reisgenoten zijn ziek geworden. Ik heb maar in de nacht een ander hotel geboekt. Waardeloos!!!!!!
• Carina (6/5): Precio muy elevado - La ubicación y lo espacioso que era. Nos dejaron jabón para el lavavajillas y el Lavarropas! Y unas cápsulas de café El ingreso . Tuvimos que ir a otra dirección. A buscar la llave. Si no, se pagaba extra.Engorroso. Igual nos cobraron una tasa extra. No entendí porque. La caldera se apagaba constantemente. Cuando nos comunicamos vinieron rápidamente, pero se volvía a apagar una y otra vez. Al lugar le faltaba mantenimiento
• Piotr (5/5): - The apartament is big and comfortable with the exception of kitchen which is tiny. The heating didn’t work, and there was no hot water when we entered. We had to call the host. They made it work the same day, but it stopped working again at night, so… no showers. They fixed it again around noon the next day, and the technician explained to us how to fix it. Restarting the heater meant lying on my back on the balcony, in winter weather, turning off the blue valve, waiting for the gauge to read between 1.5 and 2, then turning the valve back on. No big deal, perhaps, but we are all 60 and not super athletic. We had to do this 7 times! Sometimes late at night, if we wanted to shower… or have heat. The Host politely explained that they can’t have it fixed permanently during our stay because of the holidays. They know this is a recurring issue, as they include a temporary fix in the apartment's instructions, so they basically rely on you to keep fixing it. Additionally, a single set of keys was given: one for the apartment, one for the building, and one for the courtyard. So, in the extreme situation, if you wanted to leave the apartment separately from the other couple, you’d have to ask them to accompany you downstairs to open the front door. And then you would have to make arrangements with the other couple to come back to the apartment at the same time as we did.

• Andrea (8/5): Central stay, could do with a renovation. - The location is perfect, in the heart of Brera. Walking distance from pretty much all you need to see in Milan. The flat could do with a little renovation. The shower is in poor conditions with irregular warm water coming out. Blinds are basically non existent. There is a constant noise (a “diiing dooong) from the underground parking at the back.
• John (10/5): Wonderful Apartment in Milan!!! - We loved our apartment at Brera-Bright and cosy 2 bedroom apt-Solerino. It felt very safe, clean and very close to all the activities that we had to visit.

Never do this place again and never recommend it - The apartment it’s in a very good location but the service it’s so bad, they never turn the heat in autumn we where at 19 c degrees and we talk to them and finally when they turn for a couple of hours the heat we where in 22 then we go back to 19, also it’s not so clean The service it’s the worst, no heat we where freezing we had to sleep with jackets, not so clean
• Enas (4/5): not clean - the design and location was really good it’s not clean, you can find dust in the cabinet and windows and around some areas, kitchen equipment wan not clean, we ask them for new boiler or kittle because it was really old and not clean but they didn’t replace it , the kitchen utensils are not properly organized, it’s not value the many at all
