• Anna PAOLA (10/5): Soggiorno felice! - Ottimo materasso,completo di frigo lavatrice e lavapiatti , stenditore, ferro da stiro , bella tv , doccia ok, termoarredo utilissimo !!! Avere tutto, ben funzionante e comodo in un piccolo spazio , vicino a bicocca village e due supermercati ( lidl e ipercoop) collegato al centro da due linee metro raggiungibili in 10 min a piedi o con due linee bus ... Ho trovato tutto ! DISPONIBILI per ogni necessita'! Luminosissimo di giorno e ben oscurabile di notte. Consigliatissimo!!! Tutto ok.

• Stamen (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean. Only one bed on the second floor was okay, the second one was awful. The table in the kitchen is under the stairs and it is very uncomfortable. The boiler was noisy.
• Amelia (9/5): Superb - The location was very convenient for my purposes of visiting a friend but for someone looking to visit central Milan this might be a less convenient location, but it is still very simple to reach central milan location via the metro station a short walk away. But this booking had everything I needed and more. The host was very responsive and helpful!!
• Jessika (4/5): Better than no roof over the head - The communication with the hosts was good, also the handover of the electronic keys went well. The Space is good for two People, the bed was “ok”. Overall the Loft is inconvenient and sloppily done / maintained. The biggest problem was that we couldn’t use neither the toilet nor the shower for 2,5 days out of 5, since the system was blocked (and the toilet waste came out again in the shower), and it was a business trip, so I had to go to the hairdresser for washing/styling once - and we washed our bodies in the washbasin / used toilets in cafés. Even if the problem was in the building and - as they told us - not in the apartment itself, I expect the money back for at least two nights, since I consider using the toilet and the shower as absolute essentials. Neither the Loft hosts nor booking have reacted since a week, so I am disappointed and cannot recommend the Loft. Also : it’s out of the way, and due to construction work in the street we had to always walk almost a kilometer to the metro. The weather was good and we in a good mood, so we survived, but it’s obvious how here quality and the price don’t go together. Oh, and the wifi didn’t work and no efficient help was given, we used our own hotspots for Video Calls we had to make…
• Paola (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, great location, the bus stops right out front and the subway is a 10 minute walk. Very close to a great mall. Overall good experience. The only negative thing is that there weren't any toiletries, which I wasn't expecting, I had to go buy them last minute.

• Virginia (6/5): high price but poor facilities - the location near the university. there was no soap, coffee capsules or sugar. With the high price of the apartment is the minimum to have. And there were ants.
• Ondřej (7/5): Good - The location of loft is perfectly connected with city centre, and it lays at the area B border which means it can be accesed even with the older vehicle. Also parking was without problems. Flat is well equiped with the stuf that you need for comfortable living. Wifi is great. After we have arived the flor was not properly cleaned, which I find problematic becauce we had a child with us. Also the bathroom sink was almost cloaged, so i had to clean that so we can use it. Also the metal stairs were dusty. Otherwise fine.
• Rosa (2/5): Very poor - Good location and good layout overall The loft is not clean, everything has mould or dust in it. The bed and the dishes were full of hair (along with the sofa). No sounds proof, the stairs are very noisy and there is a weird sound during the night (maybe coming from a neighbour)
• Eglė (5/5): Passable - * Air conditioner worked well, good wifi * Easy to go to metro station if you want to see the city centre but little far away * Good place to stay for very VERY short period * It is not clean inside the apartamens, all the corners have mold, especially in the bathroom. Also the corners has dust and dirt because it’s not cleaned enough. * Hair dryer doesn’t work in the bathroom because the hair dryer plug doesn’t fit the power socket. * Strange layout. Especially if you are taller you’re bumping your head in the kitchen (because there are difference between floor levels). * The place where are the dishwasher have some dirty smell… I didn’t used anything for making food for dirt reasons. * In the night there was some strange sounds from boiler (or from neighbors, I don’t know?), it sounds like something squeals (~ about every 5 minutes). Also you can easily hear the trains, cars and people going outside the apartament. The apartament sound isolation is very bad. I slept with ear plugs all the time…
