• Antil (10/5): Good place - I would recommend this apartment .It was clean. It's very close to the city center. There's a very nice park and bar within 50 meters.

Estrema disponibilità di Andrea (il gestore) per qualsiasi necessità, buon funzionamento del servizio di portineria. 1) non c'è alcun appendino in bagno (per accappatoi, asciugamani da doccia, vestiti...) 2) doccione della doccia non ben funzionante 3) macchia importante di umidità sul soffitto del soggiorno (si sente odore di umidità).

• Jorgelina (9/5): Magnifica ubicacion - Increible ubicacion, inmejorable!! Divino depto con buenas camas y ducha. Tenes cafetera nesspreso y cafecitos listos y parking en la esquina. Wifi muy malo y que la persona de limpieza desde 9.30 nos tocaba el timbre para el checkout. Ya fue avisado el tema.

• Silja (9/5): - Lovely apartment in a very central location. Private street, quiet area. 10-15 minute walk to Duomo. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The walls were made of paper, could hear neighbours very well. No place to hang clothes in the hallway or towels in the bathroom. Some black mould in the shower area, although generally all very clean.
• Yvonne (8/5): - Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend. Zum Dom läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Einige Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist genügend gross und gut ausgestattet. Bequemes Bett und schönes Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, ein Ganzkörperspiegel.

• Laurent (7/5): Stadtreise - War sauber, gross und hatte alles was man/ Frau braucht. Leider gab es irgendwie immer einen kalten Luftzug aus der Klima. Die Klima war gleichzeitig auch die Heizung, wir haben versucht wie beschrieben die Heizung anzuschalten, leider kam nur kalte Luft. was es recht ungemütlich machte. Die Kinder hatten kalt.wie meldeten es dem Portier, leider konnte er das problem such nicht lösen.im Winter wäre das unaushsltbar, trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

• Thenesan (9/5): Top Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung - Lage, Einrichtung, Zimmergrösse, sehr seriöse und sichere Gegend Klimaanlage war zu stark. Keine direkten Parkplätze beim Gebäude. Wir mussten beim naheliegenden öffentlichen Parkhaus parkieren (2min zu Fuss).

• Ahmed (8/5): إقامة رائعة Fabulous Stay - الشقه نظيفه وفي سنتر ميلان قريبه من ساحة الدومو 10 دقائق مشي. تعامل الموظف المسؤول عن الشقه أندريا كان جداً محترم وراقي في التعامل وسمح لنا نجلس في الشقه لحد موعد رحلتنا الساعه 9:50م بدون مبالغ إضافية. The Apartment was so clean and in the center of Milan about 10 minutes walking distance to Dumo Square. Andrea was very respectful and kind person and he allowed us to stay in the apartment till our flight time at 9:50pm without extra charges. الشقه ضيقه نوعا ما لعائله مكونة من 4 أفراد. The apartment is small somehow for a family of 4 members.

• Michel (7/5): Globalement satisfaisant, malgré les incidents décrits ci-dessus. L'emplacement est très appréciable - La rencontre avec l'intervenante a été un peu laborieuse. Nous avons attendu une demi heure devant la porte d'entrée avant de voir arriver la personne dédiée. Plus ennuyeux, il n'y avait pas de rouleau de papier hygiénique dans les toilettes (nous avons dû en acheter, malgré l'avoir signalé tout de suite à l'intervenante, qui l'a vérifié, mais qui n'a pas donné suite). Compte tenu du prix du logement, ça n'est pas acceptable ! ! !

• M_Kaczor81 (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w bardzo ładnym budynku. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za dany pobyt. Przyjazd w innych godzinach niż wskazanych w ofercie wiąże się z dodatkowymi kosztami. Trzeba wskazać konkretną godzinę o której się będzie. W moim przypadku, mimo ciągłego kontaktu i tak musiliśmy czekać pod drzwiami na zewnatrz z walizkami 15 min. Po przyjeździe okazało się że nie ma pilota do telewizora a po zwróceniu uwagi na to, okazało się że mogą go dostarczyć dopiero w poniedziałek (pobyt od soboty) - mimo wiedzy że pilota nie było na wyposażeniu. Dopiero po stanowczej prośbie, został dostarczony w niedzielę po południu. Należy również pamiętać że do 10 należy opuścić lokal - chociaż trzeba oddać to, że nie było problemu z zostawieniem bagażu w apartamencie.
• Attilio (1/5): chiaramente non mettero’ piu’ piede in quell’ appartamento - L’ ubicazione pessima accoglienza e gestione, l’ aria condizionata non funzionava e nessuno ha dato spiegazione per questo, nessuna assistenza in merito, mancava la chiave del portone principale dal mazzo di chiavi consegnatomi, nessuno ha risposto alla mia richiesta d’ aiuto, sono stato delle ore ad aspettare fuori il portone dell’ edificio fino a quando un altro inquilino per caso entrando mi ha aperto il portone, l’appartamento e’ al primo piano ed e’ rumorosissimo

• Katarzyna (7/5): - Kontakt z personelem, ładny zapach mydła pod prysznicem, blisko do centrum. Apartament nie miał 50m jak było napisane w ofercie. Po rozłożeniu kanapy w salonie nie ma się gdzie ruszyć. Kuchnią mega ciasna, do tego bardzo dużo miejsca zabiera kosz na śmieci do segregacji. Jeśli ktoś wybiera się samochodem uwaga na opłaty za wjazd do ZTL w 2024- 7 euro za dzień, do tego parking 40 euro za dzień. Byliśmy koniec listopada w apartamencie bardzo gorąco, mimo wyłączonego ogrzewania spaliśmy przy otwartych oknach, bardzo niekomfortowe to było.

• Madeleine (7/5): Perfect place for a couple of days, the location made the whole journey a lot easier. - It was a lovely apartment with great facilities. Easy to get to and from. Nice and cosy perfect for a group of three or two. Bathroom was clean and had enough room in there to get ready. Lots of wardrobe space. The kitchen facilitates were useful and easy to use. The WiFi connection was very slow so we had to all use mobile data. There was a smart tv again which didn’t load as the wifi was slow.

L’emplacement génial a 5/7 minutes de l’hypercentre de Milan et des plus beaux quartiers, commerces, monuments, restaurants La sécurité et l’environnement du quartier L’insonorisation très sommaire du logement, et notamment la douche du 2 eme logement qui fait un bruit indécent et résonne dans tout l’appartement

• ALICIA (9/5): Alojamiento súper recomendable a 10 minutos del Duomo. - La ubicación muy buena, el barrio me pareció súper agradable y tranquilo. El piso completamente nuevo y decorado con buen gusto. Debo resaltar la inmediata atención que recibí cuando comuniqué que el secador no funcionaba correctamente, pues al momento me llevaron otro secador. Algo pequeño para cuatro personas. Eché en falta percheros y algún espejo a parte del que estaba en el baño.

Apartment is nice, cozy, clean and silent, looking at an inner court with a tree. The area around has limited traffic and a nice little square with an open-air bar. Some additional water glasses would be welcome.
• Faisal (8/5): شقه مناسبه لشخصين - قربها من السنتر الهدوء والاستمتاع بالنوم مدخل خاص ووجود اصنصيل بالعماره حاولت السيده تاخذ معلومات البطاقه الاتمانيه كتأمين بس رفضت. لا يوجد مواقف للشقه بس فيه مواقف قريبه جدا بفلوس .. دفعت تقريبا 39 يورو لليوم. الشقه صغيره لثلاث اشخاص كانت غرفة نوم وصاله

• Amal (8/5): - Well located apartment in a quiet area about 10 minutes walking from the duomo. Clean and safe. Although there was an elevator in the building in order to get to the ground floor we had to climb a few steps they had a small elevator for it but unfortunately we couldn’t use it because they didn’t give us the keys for it. We could hear the noise from the apartment beside us.
