• Michelle (10/5): Cercanía y comodidad - La ubicación, al lado de la Milano Centrale, es fantástica. Cerca de bus y tranvías para llegar al centro sin problema. Todo equipado en la cocina 10/10 No llega uber eats. No funciona muy bien el secador. La ducha es un poco pequeña.

L’ambiente risultava poco curato e non conforme a quanto promesso nell’annuncio. Abbiamo quindi chiesto il rimborso e inizialmente ci era stato assicurato che sarebbe stato effettuato. Purtroppo, dopo quella comunicazione, i proprietari sono spariti senza darci più alcuna risposta. Un comportamento poco serio che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più negativa. tutto

I have no idea why theres a sad face on my review. I had a wonderful time there. Everything about my stay was fantastic

• Hala (6/5): - The location The building does not have a lift, which was not mentioned in the apartment description, so I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor. Additionally, the building is in poor condition, very noisy, and I did not feel safe staying there. The AC was also not working properly; it only functioned on cool mode at a moderate temperature. I was cold and wanted to switch it to heating, but that was not possible.
• Annie (5/5): Malhonnête. A déconseiller !!!!! - Appartement proche de la gare centrale Personne malhonnête et menteuse. Elle n'a pas dit que le logement était au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Climatisation tellement bruyante qu'on ne peut plus se parler ou dormir. Évacuation d'air bruyant et inefficace dans la salle de bain. Elle accuse ses clients de voler les clés afin de leur soutirer 300€ pour soi-disant changer la serrure, de laisser l'appartement encombré avec des vêtements et valise qui ne vous appartiennent pas. Elle m'a harcelée sur WhatsApp (messages et appels vocaux). J'ai été obligée de contacter Booking pour que ses agissements cessent. Si vous allez dans son logement, prenez des photos pour prouver votre bonne foi. Comportement lamentable à la limite de l'escroquerie !!!!
• Gökhan (5/5): Poor value for the price. - The location and cleanliess of the apartment were good. There was a full kitchen at the apartment. Air condition cooling klima was not working properly and creating noise while working. The building is rather old and squalid. Mostly indian immigrants are living there. Some residents were making some noise even at night in the courtyard of the building. Towels in the apartment were small.

• Karena (1/5): Would not recommend even with proximity to train station - Proximity to the train station Apartment block felt extremely unsafe, smelt horrible and trash everywhere. The building is extremely dilapidated, dirt everywhere, people hanging around the bottom making you feel uncomfortable as you walk in. Apartment itself was alright, bathroom and shower was dirty.

Getting up the stairs with two suitcases by myself was a bit tricky. The room door was not numbered which made it stressful to find. No host or staff on site to assist with general immediate issues.

Then once you’re in… you realize you should have booked a hotel because of how disgusting the place is. Horrible experience never again. Nothing about this property was nice. • Daniel (7/5): Good - Very helpful staff, great location, good bed. Easy self check in/out at all times which is very good if you arrive late or have to check out early. The AC was very noisy no matter how long I ran it. The building is quite worn down (but apartment is fresh). No elevator with apartment on third floor, and very dark in the stairs by night.

As a solo female traveller arriving after dark the entry to the building was dark limited lighting and did not feel safe. Was hard to find the room too.

Room has everything you need including washing machine, microwave even coffee 😀 5 minutes walk from main train station. Room is a little bit smelly. Building seems not safe at first sight but there was no problem about security. No elevator, you have carry you luggage 3 floors.

• Johannes (6/5): Pleasant - A convenient location for departures from Milano Centrale. There’s a stale smell of cigarettes all around the flat even though you’re not allowed to smoke in there. The shower only had cold water running which wasn’t great.
• Maria (1/5): An awful experience - The accomodation is within walking distance of the main train station and close to airport buses. As a single female traveller, this was one experience I would have preferred to avoid. Cleaning was only done superficially, i.e. on surfaces. I was naive (and icked out) enough to clean what I saw myself so I had no "proof" it hadn't been cleaned properly later when I found the "highlight": Several stains in the middle of the bedsheet which looked like ejaculate. Needless to say, this was one place I was not going to remain. I left the next morning, as I didn't know where to go in the middle of the night. What followed was a hard-to-believe reaction by the proprietor. At first, I was asked to come back to the apartment to observe cleaning in the afternoon. Then I was offered lunch (???). Next thing, they were willing to cancel my stay for the remaining four nights. It turned out this was only meant to sound conciliatory. It never happened. They confirmed four times to me and twice to Booking that they agreed to cancel my stay. Booking confirmed this twice to me. They reneged each time and refuted anything had been amiss. I ended up paying for a hotel for the rest of my stay and haven't received any kind of compensation. Turns out you book at your own peril. If things don't work out, you're on your own. ---- The locale: - the building is in a bad state - the building is unlocked at night - there was a strong smell of smoke in the apartment Cleanliness: - dirty, wet dishes in the cabinets (some items had little chunks sticking to them) - an orange-y goo around every button you could push (toilet, light switches) and in several crevices (e.g.

It was really hard carrying my luggage 3 floors! But the cleaning person the next day helped me get them down so that was very nice! The room was very clean. However, when I entered there was a dusty smell, and it felt like the room hadn't been aired for quiet a long time. I wished there was coffee in the kitchen and some extra tools Also the neighbors were noisy in the evening and the early morning, but not after 11 pm
