• Francesca (10/5): Ottimo - Appartamento arredato a nuovo e con gusto, posizione molto comoda a 5’ a piedi dalla stazione di Milano Lambrate. Peccato per il materasso (il mio ragazzo che è più pesante ha percepito le molle), aggiungerei un cuscino in più (erano solo 3 e molto sottili, avremmo gradito averne due a testa, oppure uno solo ma più consistente). La pulizia delle mensole potrebbe essere migliorata, ma a noi non ha dato fastidio.

• Guest (9/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - La propreté, le confort, qualité du lit et équipement salle de bain. Petites attentions :café, thé, biscotte, confiture... Le chauffage impeccable, très apprécié en période hivernal. Facilité pour se garer tout proche gratuitement.Quartier secure Proche d'une station de métro et trains, magasins à proximité Arrivée et départ autonome, explications très claires pour accéder à l'appartement. Manque de matériel dans la cuisine :torchons, égouttoir, cuisine aménagée mais tiroirs vides et pas de micro-ondes. Effectivement, on entendait beaucoup le bruit de la rue, une fenêtre plus insonorisée serait appréciée. Informations pour accéder à l'appartement arrivaient tardivement alors qu'il était indiqué qu'on les recevrait par mail la veille. Stressant quand on a beaucoup de route à faire.

• Naftali (9/5): Very good value for money, but our expectations were different than what we encountered. - Communication with the host was easy as he contacted me through Whatsup and I was able to contact him directly. Self check in which is quite convenient and was well explained (although front door did not open as expected). The kitchen in the room is convenient. I expected an apartment, while it's even not a studio. The property is a hotel room size but equipped with a kitchen. Also, the parking is on the street, so no one guarantees that it'll be nearby the property, and you do need luck to find any nearby. My impression was that the free parking belongs to the property, so I believe that it could be fair for other guests to declare specifically what is the free parking. Finally, the front door did not open by a phone call as was described in the instructions, maybe it works differently with international sim card? Since we have a direct contact with the owner we could send him a message and ask him to open the door for us, but eventually one of the neighbors have just left the building and we could come in.
