Marcello is very responsive and Laura is kind and understanding, coming all the way to help us when we were locked out by mistakes. Overall stay was very comfortable with the air-conditioning, especially since we were here during this unexpected heat dome effect on Europe. Nothing.

• VasylSokal (9/5): - Everything is good 👍 When check out you have to leave the keys on the table at the apartment. But without that key you are not able to unlock the outside entrance door. So you have to wait for someone randomly entering the territory.

• Diana (10/5): The apartment is very clean and spacious, perfect for families with children. Getting around is easy thanks to the metro - I liked that it was very close to the metro, three stops from Milan Central Station and six metro stops away from the Duomo. -

• Stanley (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix mais un peu galère pour se garer et récupérer les clés - L'appartement est très bien, très pratique, très propre. L'hôte est super réactif. Par contre ce n'est pas idéal pour se garer mais il y a un parking public à 300m. Enfin, c'est un peu difficile pour récupérer les clés mais les indications sont claires et on y arrive finalement. Attention il faut payer la taxe d'habitation en laissant du cash en partant. Il faut donc penser à retirer de l'argent. C'est de la charge mentale.

• Andrei (9/5): Raport calitate-pret bun - Zona exceptionala, 20 min mers pe jos de la gara milano centrale, supermarket nonstop aproape, statie de metrou, tramvai, autobuz. Apartament mare, dotat cu toate cele necesare. Caldura setata la 20.5 gr C
• AMAIA (9/5): - Estaba todo limpio. Camas cómodas. Barrio seguro. Había cápsulas para el lavavajillas, la lavadora y también de café. Cada habitación tiene su propia TV. Está un poco lejos del centro.
• Rosalía (9/5): Un apartamento estupendo - El apartamento está muy bien situado, muy cerca de una linea de metro, que te conecta con los lugares de interés. Alrededor tiene restaurantes, y al lado, un supermercado Carrefour. Es amplio, muy limpio, acondicionado para el frio, y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento, nos mandó instrucciones muy claras de cómo hacer el auto-checking, e información necesaria sobre cómo llegar al apartamento. La cama del dormitorio más grande, el colchón estaba hundido por uno de los lados.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the communication with the host was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

I highly recommend Farini apartment. - Spacious apartment located on the 6th floor in a residential complex, about 3 minutes from the Maciachini metro station and 5 minutes from the Carrefour and Aldis supermarkets. Everything looks impeccable, very clean exactly as in the photos. Communication with Marcello was excellent, we received all the necessary instructions and information. Please note that there is an additional tax, imposed by the Milan authorities, which you must pay at the end of your stay. Otherwise I have nothing negative to report.

• Philippe (9/5): Chouette appartement pour découvrir Milan en quelques jours. - Appartement fonctionnel et propre pour 4 personnes. Emplacement très pratique avec possibilité de parking gratuit dans la rue ou payant sécurisé. A 2 minutes du métro ou du tram. A 1 min du supermarché. De plus, il y avait à disposition le kit de toilette complet, idem pour la vaisselle et le lave-vaisselle et quelques café et thés. Et toutes les instructions ont été données par Marcello avant d'arriver avec des plans et des photos pour l'accès à l'appartement et aux différentes possibilités de parking. Bref, super organisation et pas de mauvaise surprises à l'arrivée. Et Marcello à répondu tout de suite à nos quelques questions par WhatsApp. Bref une très bonne adresse. Rien. Ah si, ma femme était déçue que certaines boutiques soient fermées le dimanche !

Multi-cultural area with some restaurants and 24h opened super market. Good located to reach doumo and other Must See. Good and efficient communication with rental manager. • Marek (10/5): Nemáme absolutně co vytknout! - Lokalita - velmi bezpečné místo, metro asi 2 min chůze, 1 min chůze nonstop Carrefour Postele - pohodlné matrace + kvalitní polštář (většinou máme problém, že si člověk na polštář lehne a jako by pod sebou ani nic neměl, tady pěkný "hutný" polštář Vybavení - na bytu najdete snad vše, na co pomyslíte - myčka (i kapsle), pračka (i kapsle), sušák na prádlo, žehličku, fén na vlasy, vybavenou kuchyň, kávovar, toustovač (i čaje a káva k dispozici). V každém pokoji je TV (možnost Netflixu, Skylink, OnePlay...), klimatizace a také venkovní rolety. Velkým plusem pro nás také bylo to, že ubytování má dva samostatné pokoje s manželskou postelí. Když jsme hledali ubytování pro 4 osoby, tak velké množství apartmánů mělou pouze jeden pokoj + rozkládací gauč. V poměru cena/ výkon snad ani nejde nic lepšího najít a pokud bychom se vraceli do Milána, tak určitě znovu sem. Ještě musím zmínit přístup majitele, který byl také skvělý, bezproblémová komunikace přes WhatsApp, přesné instrukce pro self check-in, takže nebyl problém s nástupem na ubytování (měli jsme vlivem počasí 4h zpoždění).

It is spacious enough for a family of four, has all the amenities one could possibly need, it is clean, well connected with a Metro station few minutes away, offers a parking space to additionally book, with clear self-check in instructions and responsive host. Well equipped kitchen - even managed to cook a full roast dinner. Host was easy to contact by what's app and responded quickly. The only downside was that there was no sofa/lounge area to relax in.
• Maria (9/5): Great convenient location in a quiet, secure modern apartment complex. Comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. - Very close to grocery store for food supplies if eating in. Secure car park for a reasonable daily cost but with public transport at less than 8 Euro a day and Milan sights only 15-30 min away didn’t need to use the car. Lift to 6th floor made bringing luggage to rooms easy. Building very secure. Essential supplies provided. Washing machine was very handy. Very comfortable beds and loved the shutters to block out light and got great sleep. Locks to the doors and gates made it a little cumbersome to lock and unlock but understandable as a security measure. No sitting area to relax as a group but there was a dining table and chairs when we decided to stay in at night for a meal. Didn’t meet host with all check-in done remotely but some people may prefer that.
• Hanh (8/5): Very please with the place. My friends came first so I did not have to get the keys etc to check in - No breakfast. Location was great with 2 supermarkets and the metro station nearby. Seems to be a safe area. Has washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove and oven.

Apartment is well equiped and realy clean. Owner was very nice and helpful. Overall we can say only good things about this premises and we will surley be back.

There is parking (street, undercover, security), a metro line, trams, a supermarket, restaurants, and gelatos nearby. Marcello, the host, was super helpful and responsive to any question or request.

Every supplement was provided in the facility, included the soap for the laundry. The air conditioner in each Bedroom works perfectly.

The apartment has all that you need like pots and pans, neat and tidy bedsheets, a washing machine, and a dishwasher all in working condition. it was very easy to adjust for me and my family. • Carlos (8/5): Very good - Very close to subway, although not in the center of Milano (that's why the price). So quality/price is really good. You have a Carrefour very close, but not many restaurant/bar options around the neighborhood. - They left only one kitchen rag, only 4 coffe capsules (7 days 4 persons). Extra towels only upon request, handling the dirty ones. - Received a lot of written instructions (English and Italian) on how to use the apartment, no host at check-in and out. If that's your thing, then go ahead, but if you feel is complicated maybe is not the option for you.

Two bedrooms in the apartment both a great size and it’s really nicely furnished and has great art work on the walls. Close to the underground metro. The possibility of private secure and paid parking. Barking dog next door. Well, it only barked for 4 hours at one occasion during a weeks stay, but annoying anyway. No ventilation in bathroom.

• Josip (9/5): Well equipped apartment on a good location at a fair price. - Well equipped and spacious, kind host, good location and good connections to the city center, fair price, possible to park free of charge behind the building on a public area, variety of shops nearby. Kranky sofa bed, no table and chairs on the balcony. No private parking was available although it was indicated in the ad as a possibility upon reservation.
