Terrible experience, absolutely nothing like the photos!
We were extremely disappointed with our stay in these apartments.
🔧 Condition of the apartment:
• Many things are broken: shutters don’t work, there is no overhead shower — just a pipe sticking out of the wall; the fan is broken; the shower door won’t close because the lock has been completely ripped out.
• The sofa is torn, with stuffing coming out.
• The kitchen shutter, which should close for safety, doesn’t work.
• The air conditioning does not cool at all: it is locked at 23°C and works more like a fan. You cannot adjust the airflow or the temperature.
🧹 Cleanliness:
• When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty:
• Dirty water stains near the coffee machine,
• The electric kettle doesn’t work,
• Chairs around the table were covered in crumbs, clearly not cleaned after previous guests,
• Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher,
• The floors were filthy and obviously cleaned very poorly.
When we complained at reception, they sent a woman to “clean,” but she was extremely rude and unprofessional:
• She told us we “paid pennies,”
• Claimed there were “6 people” staying (even though it was just me and my two children),
• When I said I didn’t understand Italian, she rudely insisted that I “understood everything.”
This behavior was unacceptable and very unpleasant.

The photos on Booking show completely different apartments — the ones across the hall, which are not even being rented out. The actual apartment has very low sloped ceilings — even at my short height, I kept hitting my head. None of this is shown in the photos.

Termostat pokazywał 22 stopnie a w pokoju było tak naprawdę 17 stopni. Mimo licznych prób uruchomienia ogrzewania nie chciało grzać. Cały czas leciało praktycznie zimne powietrze. - karina (1/5): Horrible - Llegamos a las 16 de la tarde y estaba el apartamento con todas las ventanas abiertas a0 grados y las camas sin hacer, cuando solicitamos por favor el cambio de sábanas, nos cambiaron bajeras y fundas, sin embargo el foro del edredón lo pusiste ron tal cual, con manchas de sangre y todo, el agua caliente no funcionaba, no nos pudimos duchar, y la noche horrible ya que la cale cuando llegaba a 22 se paraba y te tenías que levantar a volver a ponerla.
Pusimos una reclamación a través del correo ya que teníamos que volver otro día a pasar la noche y como viajábamos con niñas, pedimos porfavor que nos dieran otro apartamento, llegamos a las 21 de la noche he y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en la calle, esperando a una supuesta persona que nos entregaría las llaves, después de una hora, nos mandaron un whats que las llaves estaban en el apartamento y la puerta abierta 😳.para hacer resumen, el agua caliente funcionaba, pero dormimos con la CHAQUETA PUESTA.
HORRIBLE, no volvería ni gratis.
- Laziza (1/5): Schlecht - Die Größe Wir haben online Check in bereits gemacht bevor wir angereist sind, es kam weder eine Rückmeldung noch eine Antwort von Unterkunft. Wir mussten selber finden wo der Rezeption ist (war 2 km entfernt von Unterkunft, wir wussten das nicht, wir haben zufällig jemanden getroffen an der Unterkunft, der uns gesagt hat, wo Rezeption ist) wir haben versucht anzurufen, war nicht erfolgreich.
Die Größe der Unterkunft war sehr gut aber die Temperatur des Hotels niedrig, es gab kein Warmes Wasser.

Il était également difficile de joindre le personnel. Dommage, car ce problème a clairement impacté mon expérience. Je pense que ce point devrait être réglé avant d’accueillir de nouveaux clients.

- Georgi (10/5): - Локацията е добра. Има метро, автобусна спирка и трабвай на 10 минути пеша. Има хранителни магазини и ресторанти в близост до апартамента. Има нужда от ремонт. Диванът е неудобен, нямаше достатъчно спално бельо. Комуникацията с хоста е много трудна.
- Nesim (6/5): gute Lage. schlechte, defekte Ausstattung. freundlicher Kontakt. - Die Unterkunft bot ein großes Wohnzimmer mit schicker Kochinsel.
Es gab einen großen Abstellraum und ausreichend Schränke. Die Einrichtung war modern. Bedauerlicherweise hatte die Ausstattung erhebliche Mängel:
- Die Ausstattung der Küche (besonderes Töpfe und Pfannen) waren extrem abgenutzt und daher als unhygienisch zu bewerten
- so etwas wie Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Spülmittel, Küchentücher oder Müllbeutel etc. seh ich persönlich in einem Apartment mit Küche als Selbstverständlich. Nichts davon war allerdings vorhanden und musste von uns gekauft werden
- das Schloss der Badezimmertür war defekt und lies sich nicht abschließen
- die Armatur in der Dusche war defekt und lies sich nicht richtig betätigen
- die Belüftung/Klima im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, was ebenfalls sehr unangenehm war
- die Herdplatten in der Küche heizten nicht richtig
- bei der Tür zum Flur (Richtung Schlafzimmer) war der Griff lose
- die Kaffeemaschine (Pads) funktioniert nicht richtig
So ungern ich schlechte Bewertungen schreibe, vor allem wenn der Kontakt immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, aber das Apartement und die Ausstattung weist erhebliche Mängel auf, die dringend beseitigt werden müssen!
Ebenfalls sind die Dachschrägen sehr grenzwertig und schränken einen sehr ein.
- von einem Balkon sollte hier nicht die Rede sein. Mehr von einem Mauerwerk, ohne Aussicht, das nach oben hin offen war.
Ich möchte trotz aller Mängel dennoch das Haus als eher positiv bewerten, da es sauber, der Kontakt freundlich und hilfsbereit war und die Lage in Ordnung ist (Metro Richtung innenstadt gut zu erreichen).

However, I was extremely disappointed to find the toilet had not been properly cleaned there were leftover feces, which is completely unacceptable, especially since we booked weeks in advance and basic hygiene should have been ensured. On top of this, the place had a mosquito issue. I entered with no bites and left with several on my arms and legs. These issues really affected what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay. The property looked nice at first glance and was fairly clean overall, but there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The toilet was not cleaned upon arrival, which is unacceptable. The iron in the apartment didn’t work, so I had to collect one from their office, which was inconvenient. In addition, the BATHROOM DID NOT LOCK. I was travelling with family so it wasn’t a major issue this time, but if staying with friends or other guests this would definitely be a concern.

- Richard (3/5): Photos look nice but don’t be fooled. - Shower was nice. Washing machine and tumble dryer were new. Didn’t receive any check in instructions so spent 30 mins outside the property, contact numbers didn’t work. Got a call from the company eventually stating that I needed to go to reception which was a 5 min drive away. No parking at the property, despite a picture of a garage. Charged €10 a night for cot hire, even though there was no mention of this at all during booking. Kitchen was not clean upon arrival, and the dishwasher had not been emptied and smelt terrible. No cleaning products in the property so no washing up could be done. No dishwasher tablets etc. There was a kettle in the property but it had an Australian plug so couldn’t be used and it leaked. air con units in each room which were good, but all were dirty and smelt funny. Roof blinds in one room didn’t open, so the room had very little light. In the main room the blind didn’t go down, so the sun was blinding on a morning. All in all, very disappointing for the price, there is evidently no care taken in this property, it seems to be only focussed on making money rather than making the property pleasant place to stay.

- Klaudia (7/5): Good - It was quite and alright for the price. They left some coffe capsules for us which was nice of them. Getting the keys was complecated.They aked for online check-in which we did and then they said I will get more information after I complete my payment and online check-in, three different person called me from the same number the day that my filight landed,they sent me an adress where to pick up the keys,but every person said a different thing where to go and what to do.So it was a bit confusing. But after that everything was fine.
- Kristiana (4/5): It was a good apartment with a decent location, however due to the bad communication with the host I wouldn’t recommend. - It was well decorated, clean. Impossible communication with the managing company. We accidentally paid the tourist fee twice to the company and they still haven’t issued a refund and won’t properly respond to my emails / calls. No cleaning products left in the kitchen or bathroom, you can’t even wash your dishes as there is no dish soap. There was a leakage in the kitchen sink and during our stay some workers came to check it out without us being warned by the managing company. We were in the apartment at the time but I wonder if they would’ve just walked in if we weren’t?

A key would have been useful as someone locked the main entrance during the night and we had to call and wake someone up from the building to let us in. They didn’t answered to my messages and it’s a torture to contact them via phone.

After several call that would go straight to voicemail, even at some points the phone would get answered and put down on our face.

My entire vacation was ruined because I’ve had no internet to relay on the property wile it should be included with my booking.

Close to metro station
Quiet I’m giving a low score:
1. When booking the 2 apartments no one mentioned about any deposit, they only sent me an email that they want 400 euros as a deposit (first time when I hear about requesting a deposit for a property - is like I’m “driving” the property outside and it’s exposed to risks)
2. No waits you at the property, I was sitting in front of the building for more than half an hour with my 1 year old daughter to receive a bloody email with details on how to enter the building
3. The instructions were wrong and not explicit to enter the building- correct way was to press key sign + code ( they gave me the code first + bell code fyi what the hell is bell code 😒) so I had to figure it out myself
4. For the second apartment they gave me again the wrong code to enter, the last digit was wrong and again I figured it out myself
5. The check in is for 3PM , I succeeded to enter about 4 pm the cleaning services were still in the flats to clean

We spent about an hour on the phone with the call center before they were able to find out where the locker with the keys was located (on another building) to navigate us.
- Kelvin (8/5): It was really good wish I had more days. - I loved the bedrooms they were proper nice Some of the plugs were small so my adapter was useless sometimes and the fact that it isn’t an early check in and the check out is early I didn’t like
- Selimir (9/5): Comfortable, metro 5 min. from suite and easy to travel all around Milan with metro - Comortable apatment, stores and restaurants, metor are close by. With metro lines is easy and fast to transport from suite to Duomo, Fiera Milano and other intresting points make deal for garage in sturday and explain that I will pay in monday but in traveling don't have net on mobile and can't confirm reservation becouse need to receive transaction on card what writhe them but they reserve garage to other guest.
Luckily all Italians park on sidewalk and we act like Italians :)

Nicely decorated, good for three persons. Has all main amenities. Once we enter the apartment, the door handle drop on my hand. The mechanism was broken, so made it difficult entering and leaving the apartment. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The wi-fi connection had an issue, all we were unable to connect, even after we mentioned the problem, it was never fixed.

And the check in tooked me 40 minutes for 6 persons.
- Badger (9/5): It was excellent. - The property was a great setting and price for the money. It was perfect for a group of friends. There isn’t much to complain about other than no soaps which I knew going into it.

In the living room there was sofa not prepared for guest . Actually we slept there only 2 nights because the guy from the staff was asking for money so he can gave us the keys. Our flight was delayed and he started with 60 eur and every one hour he raised the price for 15 eur

There was a café in the street that served as our coffee spot which was nice. The hosts are unreachable. They sent us an message saying that we had to pay extra for a late checkout or checkout at 10AM. We wanted to checkout later and asked for it (because we had a late flight) and got no reply, then at 1PM the cleaning people came and we got kicked out which upset our travelling plans...
