• Divine (5/5): Notre séjour s’est très bien passé malgré quelques manques. - Tout d’abord, j’ai apprécié le fait que l’appartement était près du métro. Ensuite, le lit et le canapé étaient confortables. L’appartement était propre. Malheureusement pour la télé, il n’avait presque pas de chaînes françaises ! De plus, il est regrettable qu’il y ait peu d’ustensiles dans la cuisine (casserole, éplucheur, etc…)

• Musca (10/5): Excelent! - Locația excelentă. Foarte aproape de stația de autobuz și de cea de tramvai. La maxim 10 minute de mers pe jos spre metrou. Ușor de ajuns la obiectivele turistice, gară. Magazinul Carrefour este la 3 minute de mers pe jos, iar Lidl la cinci minute. Apartamentele sunt spațioase și dotate cu plită cu inducție, mașină de spălat, aparat de cafea, veselă. Nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost foarte bine. Ni s-a părut un pic rece noaptea, dar am rugat gazda să crească temperatura și s-a rezolvat imediat. Chiar nu am ce să reproșez.

Има ресторантчета с вкусна италианска храна и денонощен магазин на Карфур. Достъпа до апартамента беше лесен. Получихме предварителни указания на имейл. Домакинът беше внимателен и коректен с всяка информация. Апартаментът беше чист. Имаше хигиенни материали и домакински съдове. Нашият престой беше през м. декември 2025 г. За много кратко време се пускаше инсталацията за топлина сутрин и вечер. Имам препоръка, ако може вечер инсталацията за топлина да работи до 22:00 часа, за да бъде по-комфортно и топло в апартамента, защото беше по-хладно.

There was no bottle opener when we arrived, but the host delivered one within the hour which was unexpected and much appreciated. The were large groups of men hanging around on the street corner which made us feel uneasy but nothing happened.

Appreciated the coffee machine also. Other facilities were great, and location is good for both Metro and Tram links. Neighbourhood is fairly quiet so we slept very well.

• Emil (8/5): A family visit to Milan - The apartmet is very nice and has all the amenities for a family of 5. It is 5 min walk from M3 Maciachini subway staytion from which you reach the whole city. The apartment is also 5 min walk from ATM Maciachini Parking where we left our car for almost 3 full days paying 19€. All the information provided from the host was very correct and useful. The neighbourhod is multiethnical and felt very calm and safe. Nearby there are lots of restaurants and 24/7 Carrefour supermarket. The bed in the ground floor bedroom was very soft, but this personal opinion.
• Jelena (10/5): - It was easy to check in and find the apartment. We didn't have a key, only a code for the door. The apartment has two rooms and a living room. It is a great option. Hosts were kind and helpful. Location is also great! Metro station is on 3min walk so you can get anywhere. There were two bedrooms with queen size beds so I had to sleep in the same bed with my friend.

Firstly, the location was situated perfectly - with a supermarket just across the street, plenty of eateries and cafes around and the metro, bus and tram station a 2 minuet walk away, you simply couldn’t ask for anything better. The apartment itself held 4 people very comfortably, and gave everyone the space they needed. The kitchen facilities were very handy for a self catering trip, if we didn’t fancy going out into town every night. The bathroom was spacious and even had shampoo, body wash and a hairdryer which was very helpful. A TV in every room was a nice addition, as we could all have a bit of our own time if needed.

• Maksim (8/5): - Good location, reasonable price. The beds were quite comfortable. We could leave our luggage for a few hours before and after our stay. The apartment was on the ground floor, so there was a lot of noise from the street and the neighbours. The ventilation wasn't good, the air felt really heavy. Two of three bedrooms had only small windows to the hallway.

• Adrian (10/5): Excelent. - Very spacious, clean, AC every room. The area very close to supermarket open 24/7. Very quiet area. Coffee shop right in front of the building. Overall was excelent. The apartment is very nice and clean, big living room. I will come back. No changes the towels and also the towels was smelly, the closed space smell, not dirty. We should have more coffee capsule for the espresso machine and ice. These are just details.

• Angela (9/5): Spacious and conveniently located near the train, this apartment was perfect for our family of 5 - We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—just a short and easy walk to the train station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations in terms of space. As a family of five, we had more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable, which can be hard to find when traveling. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families or groups visiting the area.

• Riccardo (4/5): Disappointing - Street-level noisy rooms. You can hear lot of external noises in the night such as metro/tram, noisy people in the street. Very difficult to sleep here.
• Xu (9/5): Superb - We booked two apartments for our family for 6 nights right before Christmas: Apartment 2 and Apartment 3, both located on the ground floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Maciachini metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, and the No. 3 metro line is very convenient for reaching the central station and the Duomo. There are several supermarkets nearby, including Carrefour, Esselunga, and Aldi. In Apartment 2, the living room windows are set quite high, so the view is only accessible from the second floor of the apartment. However, this wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment 2 also provide one umbrella, which was super useful! The landlord also give us welcome candies and cookies, and lots of information about surrounding restaurants which is super nice! We were unsure about the heater in the apartment, as it was sometimes hot and other times cold, which made the room a bit chilly at times. However, this was not a big issue for us.

The location is excellent—close to key landmarks, public transport, and within easy reach of shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and clean. The decor was stylish and contemporary, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, allowing me to prepare meals when I wanted a break from dining out. The living space was well-designed, with ample room to relax after a long day exploring Milan. While Future Apartments Milan had a great location and modern design, I was quite disappointed with lack of regular cleaning. For an extended stay, I expected housekeeping services to be more frequent, but the apartment wasn't cleaned regularly, and I had to request fresh towels and it was chargeable. Another inconvenience was that they didn’t provide complimentary water bottles everyday.

• Myriam (9/5): Superb - The apartment was exactly as in the photos on Booking. It was big, large rooms, very well divided on two levels, on the upper level was the children's room. It has a big kitchen and eating area, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and shower with washing machine. The apartment was sparkling clean! The host, Vitaly, was incredibly kind, I've seen a lot of kind hosts during my travels, but he's something else, in a good way of course: everything is very modern, the entry to the apartment was via an application, nobody needs to come at late hours to let you in the apartment, everything was automatic. Every time I asked a question, Vitaly answered quickly and kindly. He also sent us recommendations on what to visit and good restaurants/pizzas/coffee shops etc, everything that one needs to get around and he gave us the feeling of being really welcomed. I really recommend the place! It's also very well located, very close to a non-stop supermarket, with some nice restaurants in the area and close to subway to get to the center. Don't have anything to write here :)

It was clean and neat. The area where the flat is a bit uncomfortable. A lot of weird people hanging around. The apartment is barely accommodating the 5 of us with our luggage. One bathroom is not very practical. Not enough sockets around the apartments to charge devices.
