• Rebeca (9/5): - En un viaje familiar alquilamos dos de los apartamentos, uno de 6 y otro de 3 personas. Estaban en el mismo edificio en diferentes plantas. Eran muy modernos y cómodos y, además, estaban en una muy buena zona, cerca de la estación Central y Porta Garibaldi. También estaba muy cerca del centro, a unos 15-20 minutos andando. Tanto el check-in como el check-out se hacen a través de internet y son muy cómodos Absolutamente nada, lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquier persona que viaje a Milán.

• Terence (10/5): From booking through to arriving at this property everything was seamless. - The property was excellent in all aspects, it was exceptionally clean, quiet and the location was superb! Communication was also very good. An online Dashboard made everything very easy , covering all instructions and information. Really can not think of anything to dislike.

Isınma ve sıcak su merkezi sistemden geldiği için arıza yada başka bir nedenden yoktu. Kimse duş falan alamadı. Bu bizi zorladı. 😔

• Arben (8/5): Good but overpriced. - It was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The electricity went out and I had to go into the electrical room to reset the switches. It was a bit far of a walk to the center.

On our first night we checked in very late at night and couldn’t work out the heater so we were freezing. I texted the host late at night and they responded early morning tomorrow. Comfortable stay Unfortunately the elevator was under maintenance during our whole stay. We had to carry 3 checked baggages 3 floors up through the narrow stairs :)

• Lucinda (8/5): Great location and great size. A few maintence updates needed but its a great apartment - The apartment was a great size with comfortable beds and in a great location. Communication was great with a portal to access everything with remote door access set up with codes. Whatsapp communication was very quick. Would definitely stay again with a few tweaks. There was mould in the bathrooms, the aircon in master bedroom wouldnt work as needed a filter clean. Shower rain head wouldn't work. Walls could do with a wipe down and master ensuite door lock wasn't working. Having coat hooks would be a good addition.

• Elena (7/5): Хотелось бы предложить добавить больше освещения на кухне и в обеденной зонн, нас очень не хватало. Освежить ремонт, вид - Хорошее расположение, удобная онлайн система электронного чекина. Все понятно и доступно. Довольно чисто, хорошо оборудована квартира. Быстрое реагирование персонала, Готовность решать проблемы, которые по видимому возникают часто Цена/качество. За оплаченную сумму хотелось бы получать более качественные услуги проживания. Были недочеты, которые мешали комфортному пребыванию. Например, неисправный тостер, из за которого с утра у нас выключился свет, выбило трансформаторы, которые находятся в подвале, от которого у нас не было ключа. Соответсвенно мы не вышли вовремя из дома, а занимались поисками решения починить себе электричество. Так же оказалась неисправной посудомоечная машина и почему то на все дни пребывание была выделена 1 капсула для нее. Сотрудники конечно довольно быстро выходили на связь, консультировали по телефону. Но не было предоставлено никакого комплемента за все неудобства. И очень очень шумно с раннего утра с улицы, будте готовы проснуться в 5:30-6 утра от сильного грохота спецтехники обслуживающей улицы.

• Electra Iris (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of Milan - Our stay at Sweett Moscova was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped — they truly thought of everything. The location is ideal — quiet, yet right in the heart of Milan. The self check-in was super convenient, especially for our late arrival, with clear and easy instructions. We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again!

Air-conditioner were there, all the cutlery was there. The location is also very good. We really had amazing time at this stay. Usually I love to criticise even small detail. • Ana (7/5): Disappointing - The apartment was spacious and nice to have two bathrooms. Building felt safe and mostly quiet. Overall, it was rundown and appeared uncared for. Seems like it’s run by an agency with little personal investment. Most places I’ve stayed throughout Europe have been family owned and operated where pride in ownership is evident. This place seemed heavily used with quick turnover and little attention to detail. The walls were scuffed everywhere, the sad and overused couch looked like it was found a dorm room, the rug was torn, the kitchen was not equipped for use (random pots and pans thrown in a cabinet too high to reach), the shower didn’t drain, the AC did not work properly, things were broken, curtains stuck to not be able to block the sun, etc. I expected more for the price. Cleanliness is top priority to me and there were food crumbs left on the seat, hair on the vanity, and mold in the shower. No thank you.
• Ahmed (1/5): Poor host. - Very disappointed. Checked in with my family, including a 1-year-old, only to find the A/C not working in 27°C heat. None of the provided contact numbers worked – I could only reach them through the booking platform. After a long apology, they suggested I complete my stay with the understanding that the first night would be refunded (If you prefer to vacate the apartment tomorrow, we will refund you for the unused nights. Alternatively, if you choose to continue your stay, we can offer a partial refund for the inconvenience). The next day, (o clarify, there is no refund being processed or reviewed. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we are offering you a €40 compensation for the inconvenience) they denied agreeing to a refund and only offered €40, which I declined. Unacceptable service – we spent half our stay without A/C.

Communication with the hosts regarding the apartment was friendly and efficient. Access was clear and easy. All in all we had a great stay – I would highly recommend. Personally, I found the mattress a bit harder than I'm used to so in my case, a mattress topper would have been appreciated.

• Mayya (5/5): Passable - There are a lot of useful facilities - hair dryer, iron, shampoo and conditioner, etc. I was mainly disappointed by the fact that the phone number, given here does not work! Also, I ordered a crib and it was confirmed that it will be there, but when we arrived it was missing. During the night there was no hot water (I was with my baby son and this was important to me). When using the oven and one of the stoves, the power goes off.

• Alejandra (8/5): Comfortable flat with only short distance to the center. - Very cosy apartment. The location was very good, close to the centre in 20 minutes and we had a supermarket around the corner. It was a little bit noisy after 11pm with people next door and above the flat around 6am.

• Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - I like the design of apartment. It is not huge, but super well organised: place for sleeping, working, eating, chilling on the coach and watching TV/Amazon/Netflix. Area is super nice, a lot of restaurants around and nice bakery around the corner. Very clean place. Host is super attentive, all questions were covered fast and clear.
• Mariana (9/5): Superb - The location is great, near the Moscova metro station and a short walk to Sforza castel. We had a wonderful walk to Duomo too. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook your meals. I would only recommend to change the pan, it is too worn out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment, specially if you have a big family, because it has two bathrooms, and this was very important to us. Thank you!
