C'est la première fois que je reserve une chambre à 1'200 € pour 2 nuits et que j'ai comme produit d'accueil, une paire des boules quies pour le sommeil. Le bruit avec les fenêtres fermés étaient infernale. Les voitures, les scooters, le tram qui s'arrêtait à 2h00 du matin et démarrait à 5h00. Même avec les boules quies, j'ai très mal dormir. Si vosu payez 200€ la nuit éventuellement mais à 600€ la nuit c'est du vol

We greatly appreciated the lift as we were on the fourth floor. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the quality of the bathroom products and linen/towels. The bed was in a loft. It was extremely comfortable and the skylight closed to keep out the morning light. We chose to leave our luggage downstairs and just slept in the loft, which worked well.

STELLA (9/5): Je suis très satisfaite de ce séjour en tous points - Tout était parfait, l’appartement est fonctionnel, propre, agréable et plutôt spacieux. Les équipements sont ok et on peut apprécier la présence de deux bouteilles d’eau offertes ainsi que des kits d’accessoires de toilette (shower cap, brosse à dents et mini dentifrice, pochette démaquillante) . Un reception desk 24/24 qui peut aussi garder les bagages. Le personnel joignable via WhatsApp très serviable. Je suggère simplement de bien mettre à jour les codes du wifi sur le tableau affiché sur la porte afin que l’on puisse en bénéficier y compris en dehors des heures ouvrables sans attendre la réponse du personnel.

Kovalska (1/5): Very poor experience, not recommended - Nothing that would justify staying here Extremely negative experience. I was allowed into the apartment about 40 minutes before the standard check-in time, even though I had not requested early access. However, the apartment was completely unprepared: the bed was unmade, used towels were left in the room, and there were clear signs of previous guests. It was obvious that no cleaning had been done. It is completely unclear why guests are allowed into an apartment that is not ready. A 40-minute difference cannot justify such a condition. The photos in the listing do not reflect reality. The actual condition of the apartment is significantly worse and misleading at the time of booking. The noise level is critical: a tram runs directly under the windows, and there is essentially no sound insulation — it feels like being on the street. I immediately refused to stay and left the apartment without checking in. Despite this, no refund was issued. This is the worst apartment experience I have had in all my travels across Europe. I cannot recommend this property.

Poppie (10/5): Amazing location and comfortable safe area. - Perfect lay out for us three girls we enjoyed everything. The beds are so comfy and the balcony/ windows made it, slept with them open and the breeze was so nice. We loved how the location was so perfect it felt very safe and almost like a “ posh “ area. So perfect. We struggled to open the doors which was very funny but think because we are from London and not used to the Italian doors!! So not really a dislike but just a funny thing to be made aware of 😂

Martin (9/5): Reibungslose Abwicklung, schönes Appartement, perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber. - Buchung, Check in haben reibungslos funktioniert! Sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet! Kommunikation per WhatsApp freundlich und zielführend professionell. Leider ist das Appartment sehr laut (Straßenlärm, Straßenbahn direkt unter dem Fenster, 1. Stock) Bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Bei geöffnetem schon! Leider war die Heizung sehr warm eingestellt und der Regler funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. -> Schwierig, eine kühlere Temperatur herzustellen. Fenster auf...?

S (10/5): - Actually room was clean. Just one feedback, I noticed a large black spider on the floor, which was concerning. The room needs a bit more attention during cleaning. Also, during housekeeping, the used towels were not replaced. Instead, they were folded and placed back on the rack as if they were fresh.
Belén (9/5): - La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento, la facilidad y comunicación del acceso. Nos dijeron que podíamos hacer el check in sobre mas 13h y al llegar al apartamento todavía no habían pasado a limpiar, así que tuvimos que esperar a que nos dieran el OK para entrar, sobre las 16h.
NIcolas (8/5): Sin aire acondicionado - Ubicación y limpieza La publicación decía que tenia Aire acondicionado pero no era asi. Al consultar me dijeron que solo en temporada, pero hacia mucho calor y abrir las ventanas era imposible por lo ruidoso.
