• karen (10/5): The perfect base for Milan - Location was ideal, on a quiet side street but near the hustle and bustle of normal life. Peaceful at night, all you could hear was cars driving over the cobblestones. The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and details. The shower was clean, hot and had good pressure (I know some reviews complain about the shower not having the ability to fasten higher up, but that’s normal in many European apartments/homes). We were a party of 3 adults and there was enough space for us all. I managed to lock myself out of the apartment on a Saturday night, and the manager was kind enough to take my call to help me get in. Nothing.

• Kitti (6/5): Megfelelő, de kis javításokkal tökéletes lenne. - Város központjában volt. Tökéletes helyen,minden könnyen sétatávra szinte megközelíthető volt. Az ablakhoz csatlakoztatott gép miatt vagy lehet hogy egyébként is borzasztó hangosak voltak az éjszakák. Konkrétan olyan, mintha az utcán a járókelők ,bulizók között feküdtünk volna. A fürdőben egy db akasztón kívül nincs semmi polc és semmi, ahová az alap fürdőszobai saját kellékeket lehetett volna letenni vagy a törölközőt a fürdés előtt! vizes törölközőt sem lehetett sehova kiteríteni.

• philvincent (5/5): - The location Great location, but lacks character and disappointing service The apartment’s main strength is its location. It’s right in the center of Milan, which makes it extremely convenient, especially during events like the Salone del Mobile. However, the interior was a real disappointment. While the apartment is spacious, it completely lacks charm or personality. The decoration is very basic, with no attention to detail, giving the place a cold and impersonal feeling. Cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable dust inside the wardrobes, which is not acceptable at this price level. In terms of amenities, it’s really the bare minimum. For example, just a small plastic sachet of shower gel was provided, with no effort to offer a more comfortable or welcoming experience. The most frustrating part was the communication and customer service. When booking through Booking.com, the apartment was presented as suitable for two people. However, I was later charged an additional €50 for a second guest, without this being clearly stated during the booking process. The response from the management team was very rigid and purely business-oriented, with no goodwill gesture or sense of customer care, despite the already high price (around €320 per night, excluding the extra charge, during a busy period). Overall: an excellent location, but a disappointing experience. At this price point, you expect much more attention to detail, comfort, and customer service.

Tout était prêt pour nous accueillir, café, thé,serviettes, savons et gel douche à disposition. Ce qui fait vraiment plaisir. Notre arrivé et le récupération des clés s'est très bien passé avec une très bonne explication de l'hôte. Le manque d'équipement, heureusement nous ne restions qu'une nuit. C'est vraiment LE point négatif. Ne correspond pas aux photos. Moins grand. Moins moderne peut être, bon ça nous a pas embêté plus que ça mais c'est bien de le préciser. Un rideau pour la baignoire serai vraiment un plus. Jeune on s'accroupit, plus vieux c'est compliqué.

• Muriel (8/5): Un très bon emplacement - Un emplacement central près de la pinacothèque, dans un bel immeuble. L'appartement est spacieux, et pourvu de nombreux rangements . Malgré une superbe cuisine équipée on peut déplorer le peu de couverts ( 1 seule petite cuillère, un seul verre à pied ), pas d'égouttoir ni de produit pour faire la vaisselle. La chambre est assez mal insonorisée malgré un lit très confortable les bruits de rue sont très présents

Si pagas por un apartamento con sofá cama que menos que tenga la ropa. Faltan utensilios de cocina vasos mínimo .

• Nathalie (8/5): Good size flat in Brera. - Good size flat in an excellent location for activities in Brera. Easy drop-off /pick-up just in front of the door. The flat is confortable and functional but has no soul, bare walls, bare floors, minimalist furniture. It would require very little to make it much more pleasant (like on the picture).

Поселення було легким завдяки чітким інструкціям. - Мені сподобалися апартаменти тим, що вони мали кухню, електричну плитку, кавову машину, чайник і інше приладдя. Хазяїн постачав каву, чай і цукор. Зранку можна було приготувати каву і легкий сніданок. Прибирання номера було кожного дня із заміною рушників. Готель розташований у зручному місці. Поряд багато кафе і ресторанів. В пішій доступності знаходяться основні історичні місця. Зовсім поруч галерея Брера. Спальня виходила на площу, і вночі було шумно через автомобільний трафік. Ще в номері проблема із бойлером — він протікає, і ніхто цим не займається. Довелося самим винаходити спосіб збору води.

The host was responsive, the building was quiet, and I also appreciated that the apartment was cleaned daily. Since it is a loft, it is not possible to take a full shower standing up, which was a bit inconvenient.

Umbuchung auf einen Tag später war möglich, allerdings erst auf intensives Nachfragen und Drängen. Heizung war nicht an - und das im Februar. Wir mussten selbständig die Gasheizung anschalten, welche aber nicht leicht zu finden war. Internet hat nicht mit QR Code funktioniert
