• Laura (1/5): Esperienza terribile - Purtroppo i due ospiti non hanno potuto soggiornare nell’appartamento, in quanto completamente allagato e privo di corrente elettrica. Il supporto da parte della struttura è stato inesistente: venerdì sera alle 23 ci siamo trovati a dover gestire autonomamente la situazione, affrontando oltre due ore di telefonate e tutti i disagi conseguenti, per trovare una sistemazione alternativa. Abbiamo inoltre dovuto insistere per ottenere un rimborso per l’inconveniente. Senza un supporto diretto sul territorio, non è chiaro come gli ospiti avrebbero potuto gestire una situazione del genere.

• Alan (9/5): - Beautiful apartment with everything you need and in a good location 10 min walk from the main canal area . The prints of Steve McQueen made it just pop perfect . Would highly recommend .

• Peter Jeun Ho (9/5): Large apartment within Milan - The apartment is huge, which you don't get a sense of from the photos - especially the large terrace that we were not expecting. The apartment is easy to get to and had all the amenities that we needed. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours talking / going to the bathroom, which is fine if you are not in the apartment all day but the Italians like to stay up late ... there needs to be better sound proofing the flat.

• Marriott (9/5): Great stay in lovely location - Great location near a canal that has a great atmosphere for apperitivo, drinks or dinner. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious! It was complicated getting into the building when we first arrived as some of the instructions did not work for us. However, once we were in the rest was simple and had no issues.

• Anna (1/5): It's not about the apartments, it's about those who serve them - Good location. If the apartments were not so dirty, then it would be quite comfortable. It was difficult for us to find the right apartment in the house, the instructions were given with errors. The apartments were very dirty, there were dirty floors, plumbing, refrigerator, there was a broken crib with dirty bedding (we requested a crib in advance). Only the linens on the beds were clean. We contacted support, there were many apologies and a cleaning fee refund was offered and within an hour a cleaning man came to us. The person cleaned up, and we never got a refund for the cleaning, despite all their promises and messages that the refund was supposedly made, but they didn’t send confirmation, then they just stopped responding. In general, it was very frustrating to face such a scam and such a dirty apartment after a long trip with a baby.

• Maria (10/5): wonderful stay - We travelled as a family of 3 with our 7 year old. The apartment was specious, comfortable and we’ve had everything that we needed to make our stay pleasant. It’s in a residential area with great connections to Central areas as well as travelling further; the location was incredibly quiet so a perfect way of exploring all day and having a restful time in the apartment. lots of great bars, restaurants and convenient mini market 2 mins away. We loved it and the area, and if we are ever back in Milan, we will book Easylife for sure. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating.
