A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Early check-ins are allowed (before 3pm) if the calendar is available - the additional cost to be paid is € 15 (modalities will be communicated). All check-ins are managed automatically through the Vikey app. In case of appointments on site for the delivery of the keys, the payment of Euro 25 will be required, to be paid to the person in charge for arrivals up to 20pm; all arrivals after 20pm are subject to a surcharge, which is € 20 until 11pm and € 40 after 11pm.

Silvia (6/5): Average for one night only - Location was good Communication with the agency is really, really, really bad. Tried booking chat, emailed them, called them and whatsapp. Nothing worked. Bridge is very load. Sofa bed is not super comfortable. Not a lot of natural light. Check-in was fairly easy, BUT, you still need the phone to access the apartment every single time. If you run out of battery, you are in trouble. They keys they give you only open the street door. But not the actual appartment door, so we were in constant fear with our phone batteries.
Samette (1/5): Don't go there, no bed, no day light... old and dirty, dangerous because of old electricity - DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE ... The place is super depressing... No day light : you cannot even open the window or the shutters because there are some works in the entire building, and the shutters are totally closed. This is awful, there is NO BED !! even if it is written Bed, this is a bad sofa, super old, super dirty, and really uncomfortable. Very expensive, and a total shame to rent this type of place very disappointing... I asked a reimbursement several times, and the owner did not reimburse anything, I felt stolen. - depressing place - no bed !!! terrible sofa instead - no day light AT ALL - dirty and old flat, old paint on the walls - electricity is super old, and even dangerous; actually the day before you arrive you even receive a video of what to do when the electricity shut down! and you have to go to a basement in case you don't have light anymore.. crazy

Reodavinci (9/5): Superb - large and quiet room compared with a hotel room; kitchen facility; close to subway; within 30 min walking distance to important sightseeing spots at first it was not easy to learn how to get into the apartment based on the email message. You need to be connected to internet every time you close or open the room door.
