• Chloe (10/5): Great location, very clean and comfortable! - Location was great walking distance to the centre. Clean apartment and smelt amazing. Comfortable bed (best sleep of our Italy trip) apartment very well organised and had a lovely shower too! Host left a list of helpful notes for nearby shops & restaurants, best way to travel etc :) We tried the local Italian restaurant for pasta which was very nice! Great 2 night stay in Milan <3 Nothing

• An (10/5): Leuk en proper appartement op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden! - Proper en netjes appartement op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement ligt op een binnenkoer en daardoor ervaar je ook alle rust midden in de stad. Het appartement heeft airconditioning en alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede douche, goed bed. Een aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug!

• Annie (10/5): Excellent séjour, logement parfait et très bon relationnel avec le propriétaire ! - Logement très propre, agréable, fonctionnel et confortable dans un immeuble de style italien très bien entretenu. Très bien situé avec les bus, trams et taxi à 2mn de celui-ci (Place Giornate) et à environ 10mn en bus du Duomo. Restaurants et bars à proximité. Le système de clé virtuelle fonctionne très bien. Très bon relationnel avec Bernardo le propriétaire qui répond instantanément aux questions posées. Neant.

• Jaroslaw (10/5): Cozy, well-equipped apartment in a quiet area with great access to the city. - Located in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is accessed through a beautiful courtyard. Well-equipped, clean, and cozy – perfect for a few days in the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and for a real feast I recommend Nassar Food & Life. Great choice for 3–4 people, but also perfect for a couple. Convenient tram connection to Milano Centrale, and the metro is also within easy reach.

• Vitória (10/5): Perfect - The apartment is perfect, super cozy, cleaned, smelling good and super well located. It was also pretty easy to contact the owner when needed, he let us check in early and even asked if we would need to check out later. The bathroom was spotless, the shower was working perfectly, and the bed was pretty comfortable. I definitely will be staying there when I come to Milano again. I liked everything
• Azadeh (10/5): Highly recommend and great communication - Great has everything you need. We have been traveling around Europe for a month now and by far this has been the most comfortable stay & bed. Only suggestion is a pedestal fan for the bedroom would be good.
• Marko (10/5): Enjoyable visit - Good location. There are several shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Less than twenty minutes of walking and you're in the city center. Take the trams from the nearby stations and you can get directly to the central train station, the Navigli district or the Duomo. Slightly less than 1.5 hours to Malpensa through tram-metro-train connections via Cadorna. There might be quicker ways. We enjoyed the AC during the hot summer days. There was the fridge, coffee and cooking oil for our breakfasts. Plenty of storage to unpack your clothes into. The host was very kind to offer late checkout even though we did not need it. The apartment door lock itself took a little bit of figuring out at first but no issues after that.
• Lulu (10/5): Great - This apartment in Milan has an excellent location and is very well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave. The check-in experience was great — the electronic lock made it easy to go out without worrying about keys. The host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milan.

• Kamenev_spb (6/5): Pleasant - Construction (renovation) of a neighboring house. Work starts at 7 am (even on Saturday). It is impossible to sleep after this. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, it is very stuffy to sleep. Pillows are not comfortable
• Evgeny (9/5): Authentic Milanese experience - very pleasant and clear communication with the host we were allowed to stay additional couple of hours after check out which we really appreciated since we were traveling with a dog parking in Milan for reasonable money is a challenge but I can highly recommend the one we were satisfied with just 2 minutes away on foot - Garage Morosini (25 eur per day) the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom bedroom window faces a construction site and since the early morning it is very noisy (not the host's fault obviously) the sofa in the living room is not comfortable to sit on cleanliness in the kitchen area could be a little improved

Excellent communication with the owner. Bernardo was very helpful, he had a very friendly English speaking young man meet us on arrival (we were late due to delayed flight and Milano traffic). The apartment was very clean, had a lift (it is on first floor) and was quiet - we stayed over a weekend although there is building work at the property next door.
• Spiteri (10/5): Exceptional - I had an excellent stay at this apartment! It was in impeccable condition, conveniently located close to the city center with bus stops and the metro nearby. Bernardo was incredibly helpful, and all transactions were handled smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! Nothing. All good!

Don´t book this apartment if you would like to sleep longer than to 7 AM. At 6.55 the construction in the next building started just next to the window in the bedroom. Also when I booked the room I asked to have the sofa bed ready for the second guest - it was not ready. The owner texted me and called me multiple times before arrival and was pushing me to take a taxi to the apartment to get there more quickly. Not nice at all! I felt stressed and not happy about my holiday.

Not a good position requires a lot of walking for tourist spots and use of public transport noisey-bar next door and construction site next door
