• Sonia (7/5): Good location. - The location very good. The apartment is well equipped even thouhg there wasn't a single little spoon. The bathroon needs a deeper cleaning and It should be updated.
• Ales (8/5): Great location, needs more love (and investment) - The location is absolutely amazing. Right next to a park and two metro stations. We loved the neighborhood. The apartment is huge but could use some upgrades. The walls could use a fresh coat, there are paintings that used to hang on the walls, and now they are just sitting on the counters, there is a bit of mold in the bathroom, missing handles on the shower door, etc. It is all just a bit sticky. And the carpet in the bedroom had dog hair all over. The whole place also has a weird smell.
• Sie (7/5): Good - Overall place was clean and walking distance to the metro and tram. Kitchen utensils etc were provided if you want to cook. It doesn't seems to have security around, but this is small issue.

• Ludek (8/5): Very good - Well located and clean apartment in the (elevated) first floor of the old house. Perfect location close by the metro line M2 as well as several tram stations. Grocery store behind the corner. View to the park, good for morning jogging! Free Nespresso coffee, thanks! With opened window in the night a little noisy due to trams. Sink in the shower not working well - water leaking on the floor. A chaotic self check-in instructions, and many repeated useless emails from BnButler. Finally self explanatory and all working well.

• Darren (8/5): Very good - The apartment door lock was a concern. We locked the door each time we left but on a few occasions when we returned the door was unlocked and the lock had been moved. It was like someone entered the apartment when we were not there.

• Jolanta (1/5): Overall, it was an unpleasant experience that I do not recommend to others. - Absolutely nothing I recently stayed at BnButler Coni Zugna- Parco Solari in Milan, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The conditions of the apartment were shocking and fell far below acceptable standards. Upon arriving at midnight, I immediately noticed that the apartment was cold, damp, and had a pervasive smell of mold. Despite the outside temperature being 8 degrees Celsius, there was no heating available, making it nearly impossible to stay comfortably. The bed was damp, which made it uncomfortable and unsuitable for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the advertised amenities, such as air conditioning, were either non-functional or unusable, adding to the discomfort. The air conditioning display was glued shut, preventing any adjustment or use. These conditions not only led to physical discomfort but also caused health issues, as I developed a cough and felt unwell during my short stay. I spent a significant amount of time confined to bed, which affected my overall experience in Milan. Furthermore, despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue and request a refund, I have yet to receive any response or refund for the subpar accommodation provided. I filed a complaint with Booking.com, but the issue remains unresolved. I am hopeful that I will receive a refund soon, as the lack of accountability and responsiveness from both the management and Booking.com further adds to my disappointment. In addition to the unsatisfactory accommodation, I incurred significant losses due to the need to find alternative accommodation, arrange taxi transport to a new hotel, purchase medication for my health issues, and endure the challenges of battling sickness while confined to bed. I left the apartment before 10 am due to the unbearable conditions. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a stay at BnButler Coni Zugna- Parco Solari, as the conditions are unacceptable and do not align with the advertised standards.

• Anita (10/5): Very good! - Nice spacious, comfortable. The bed is very comfortable.The equipment can also be said to be very good.Metro is very close, which you can use to get anywhere. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Overall, I really liked it! Really not much, but basic things. There is no mop on the floor, which would have been necessary, because the water came out of the shower cabin. The iron and hair dryer are not exactly modern.The hair dryer is very weak. (A kettle would have been nice.)

• Manuel (7/5): Poor heat system and hard matreses, near the metro station - The apartment was close to the metro stations and some shops, the host did arrive at the set time for the checkin and was a self checkout propriety. The heat was done using vetilation sistem which did not make the rooms warm enough, the matreses of the beds were very hard, not so clean couch, the TV was small.
