The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

- Joanne (5/5): Glad we didn’t pay the full price I was quoted before I cancelled and re booked this apartment, as I would have complain - Location The apartment was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, without suitable bed lining on (no proper suit covers or fitted sheets just sheets covering quilt and mattress) We had bites off the beds. Lacked proper cups and glasses in kitchen.

- Ana (1/5): Worst experience ever - Ubicación Our worst experience ever. Broken bed (in another comment is also photographed), microwave not working, TV not working, coat rack and hallway lights not working, shower screens broken but remain to make the fix, broken kitchen shutter, no gel or shampoo (they leave you two bars of hand soap) and above all an extreme dirt, filthy sheets with stains and hairs, showers without cleaning, with soap and cream on the walls and stains on the floor and furniture up to 10 centimeters, and not the dirt accumulated even on the walls but not even remove these stains. We requested relocation at the time of checkin and the accommodation has been responding with answers to gain time, times that are normal to the "procedure", they have been giving us long talking about a supposed refund until our checkout, when they tell us that they have decided not to. You feel cheated from the beginning to the end. It is a shame that such accommodations are allowed on this platform.

The walls had noticeable wear, and there was a slight odd smell in the bathroom, though nothing too disturbing.

- Gayle (1/5): Left to fend for ourselves in the dark during heat wave. Terrible - steer clear! - The lady who came to clean the apartment this morning was friendly and kind. The location was central. Don’t know where to start…rude custodian verbally accosting my elderly parents, no electricity, not able to use washing machine, unhelpful operations centre, faulty earth leakage in the apparent, plug in the main bathroom didn’t work properly, showers were awful - hot and cold, shower handle didn’t work. Ultimately, the support system was severely lacking, and for a space that purports to be family friendly this is a huge let-down. The managing agents of this apartment should be fired.
