• Heiko (8/5): Wenn wir wieder nach Mailand kommen mieten wir gerne wieder die Wohnung. - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekt sind die zwei Bäder. Vorteilhaft ist auch der abgeschlossene Tiefgaragenstellplatz, ein Parkplatz auf der Straße ist nur schwer zu finden. Alles sehr sauber und gute Betten. Leider ist die Lärmbelästigung durch Verkehr und die Bahn ziemlich hoch.
• Ioana Sabina (7/5): - Good location, though the street seems not the safest one. First of all, an odd smell in the apartment when you enter. Sofa is not very clean, seemz quite stinky. Towels in one of the bedrooms were not packed, they were just left on a stander like used and probably forgotten to be changed. Apartment is at 5th floor and elevator is very sensitive (according to instructios received), when we arrived was blocked and did not work the entire period we stayed. So we had to take all bagagges on stairs when arrived and left for 5 floors. One extensible bed in one of the bedroom is horible, seems a bit broken and is very inconfortable. The check out instructions are not so clear (how to lock the door, that same code should be used like at check in). Check out instructions mention that guests should do dishes or run the dishwasher machine. I do not consider it is hygienical option for guests to wash dishes by themselves and leave them to next guests. Traffic noise in the night, but honestly this was the smallest issue for us, considering the above

• Wojtek (8/5): Było wspaniale, mieszkanie genialne, lecz problem z wieczornym zameldowaniem - W dniu przyjazdu (w nocy po 24) nie otworzono nam drzwi wejściowych za pomocą domofonu, jak było przekazane w instrukcji. Po prawie godzinnym oczekiwaniu jeden z sąsiadów z okna otworzył nam drzwi do bloku, po czym dopiero wtedy dostaliśmy się do mieszkania, gdzie klucze już znajdowały się w skrytce. Gdyby nie ten moment stresu wyjazd uznał bym za wręcz perfekcyjny. Mieszkanie wygląda jak penthouse.

• Manuel (3/5): Si no te gusta dormir y te gusta el frio extremo... - Cercania estacion tren Limpieza, tuvimos que mover una cama para recuperar un objeto, salieron pelusas mas grandes que mi gato, discos desmaquillantes, cubre cepillos de dientes, pinzas pelo....solo se limpia lo que se ve, pasamos dos dias sin gas, asi que no pudimos ni ducharnos, para colmo, dispone de maquinas de aire acondicionado, pero los mandos??? Eso ya es otro tema, no existen, tenia que subir en cada habitacion en una escalera para poder ponerlos manualmente, igualmente apagarlos o regularlos, muy divertido todo, ya que sin gas, los radiadores no funcionaban....una de las camas, que es un sofa-cama, esta muy mal, y tienes la sensacion que te vuelcas toda la noche, debido a la inclinacion que tiene, y ventanas que insonorizan muy poco, minimo 5 veces te despiertas cada noche debido a ambulancias y tuvimos suerte que hasta de bomberos disfrutamos.

• fabrizio (9/5): Appartamento ampio, accogliente, funzionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. - Spaziosità, doppi servizi e box auto. Un po’ rumore dal traffico. Divano letto non molto comodo.
• Jose Alberto (10/5): Amplio, cómodo y perfecto para familias o grupos. - Me gustó que es muy amplio, ideal para compartir. Éramos 6 personas y casi ni nos cruzábamos de lo grande que es. La ubicación también es excelente, muy cerca de la estación Centrale y bien comunicada con todo. Perfecto para grupos o familias, volveríamos sin dudarlo. Eché de menos un edredón, por las noches refresca bastante. Además, al hacer el pago final añadí un extra de 10 € por ropa de cama adicional, que no estaba, tampoco lo reclame.

• Maksim (8/5): - The location was great, very close to the central station. The bathrooms were really good, and the washing machine worked well (including drying). Good value for the money. The floor was very cold. Dishwasher had dirty dishes left by the previous guests. No Nespresso machine, only small old Bialetti and Turkish coffee. The ventilation wasn't good. The stay policy was a bit too strict. The check-in form had to be submitted several business days before arrival, and required too much information, more than for any other host we had in Italy before. Check-out was early, at 10:00, and late check-out could be arranged only at least one business day before departure. We were notified about this on the evening before the departure.

• Shannon (10/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment was so large and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very close to local transport and only took 20 minutes from the apartment to the Duomo.
• Raissa (10/5): Love it here - It was very spacious and walking distance from the train station. The apartment is also very clean and it has washing machine and dyer. 2 Bathrooms perfect for groups. We are 6pax so its really amazing. Its fully air conditioned which is essential during summer. Unfortunately you can hear the noises from the apartment above. Also you can also hear the train especially at night.

Easy check in & good location as only a short walk to the train station/metro. Great having 3 separate bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, made our stay much more enjoyable. Very clean property which made a great base for our stay in Milan. It was a bit tricky to find at first but not too much of a bother. One of the pull out beds seemed a bit unsteady but any problems or concerns we had were addressed very quickly.

Estaría bien poner antimosquitos en los enchufes porque en verano los mosquitos nos cosieron. Las camas, bien. Las persianas, eléctricas. Reservas un apartamento de 3 habitaciones, pero como somos 4 personas, te preparan solo 2 habitaciones. Lo reclamas por mail, y no te contestan. Llegas al apartamento y te tienes que hacer tú la cama. Y entonces descubres que las lamas del somier están rotas y el colchón está sucio. En la otra habitación, el mueble con las cajoneras rotas. El lavavajillas lleno, sin vaciar. No había gel de cortesía al llegar. Ni servilletas.

• Rakesh (10/5): Excellent. We wanted to extend our stay there but the plan didn’t allow us to do that. - Enough space, all facilities of kitchen and washrooms. The only irritant that we realised was that the main door was not openable even from inside. We realised this while we were checking out on the last day as I had to go up again to get the keys to open the main gate. Another members guarded the opened door while I went up again to leave the keys in the designated box outside the apartment.
• Yu (10/5): Exceptional - The self check-in process was more convenient than expected. As long as you fill out the form and pay the city tax properly before your stay, I don't think check-in will be a problem at all. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's very close to the central station, and there are many restaurants nearby. There was definitely some traffic noise, especially from heavy motorcycles. However, it significantly improved after about 10 PM, so it didn't pose too much of a problem for me.

• Rukhsana (4/5): Disappointing - They apartment location was good problems with making contact out of hours no urgent contact number for over the weekend as you have to email them the message is in Italian which is a difficulty for travellers also I booked on the basis it had an elevator but it was used once then broke no one came to fix it so the stairs is 5 floors really struggled when ordering food or coming in and out had to constantly keep going up with shopping ect. and having a problem with my leg it was terrible There was problem gaining access on the last day after a few attempts managed to get in lighting was off for a while maybe on a timer or something so no lighting no WiFi took a while to come back on had no number to call as can only email had to call booking.com who could do nothing either so other than good apartment clean location good rest of it not good at all they need to have contact details even if lift is not their responsibility something needs to be in place as if you are in a country we're you do not know the language and have kids it is a worry as the area is a bit run down so I am sorry but was not a good stay The fact is no contact only email, no response to messages lift broken weekend stays would not reccomend no idea what weekdays are like as again only office hours number no number for after hours cannot contact staff they do not reply to your messages either very slow shame really as I do try to take consideration about supporting properties in giving good feedback but in this case I really cannot

The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downsides were the old-fashioned elevator that fits only two people at a time, and the fact that there was only one set of keys, which required coordination when going out separately.
• Vedrusss (1/5): Keep away from this apartment - Clean front door Dirty sofa, apparently with traces of sperm. TV does not work. Furniture is partially broken. The most important thing is problems with turning on the hot water (the mixer is broken). The owner takes extra money for bed linen (which is not specified on the booking page). He did not respond to questions about hot water. Smell was bad in the apartment.

• Miruna (9/5): Very good - The apartment is very useful divided and furnished with quality furniture. A clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located right behind the Milan Central Station and very close to the tourist attractions if you use the metro. There were frequent problems with the hot water. It was very slow to come on, and if you turned it off you had to wait quite a while for it to come back on. One solution was to not turn it off, but this should be fixed. It's not a recommended area for a girls’ trip because you can feel unsafe because of the people on the street that sometimes appear. I didn't have any unpleasant incidents, but next time I would only come back accompanied by a man

The lockbox and self check in is very efficient. The only problem was that the hot water was turned off and we didn’t have any hot water for two days because the office was closed on the weekend and we didn’t get any help till Monday.

That doorbell was not an option. When we called it took 45 min. to get someone to open the door and after that we were able to get in to het the keys. The instructions on where to park the car were confusing as well. They did not follow the instructions. Very tight parking space in the garage area.

• Kumar (1/5): Terrible experience - Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathrooms were good too. Closer to train station. I am sharing a horrible experience with this airbnb. This flat is located on the 5th floor of an apartment complex. It has a lift facility by which we were told only two persons were able to get inside at once. I had my carry on luggage and so I took 1 bag with me at a time. On reaching the 5th floor I got stuck inside the lift and nobody could help me. We tried calling the host and they told it was a Friday and they could do nothing to help us. Host only available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6 pm. If something goes wrong there are no one to help you. My wife and two young kids started panicking and crying seeing my plight and I remained stuck inside for about an hour and suddenly my wife pulled the door hard to open it safely. No proper hot water in bathrooms.Water gets cold suddenly. We couldn't take bath properly during our entire 3 days of stay Kitchen doesn't have any basic ingredients like salt oil or spices. One of the cabinet doors just fell over us when we tried opening it. Luckily no-one was hurt. Late evenings doesn't feel safe. Be cautious with the surroundings. This was the worst property I have stayed in Milan. It shouldn't be rented out if it compromises the safety of the tenants. BEWARE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS. YOUR VACATION CAN BE A NIGHTMARE.

Being close to the central station, the streets didn't always *feel* safe and smelled terrible. We had no real incident but it's something to consider.

The property was about a 5-to-6-minute walk to the metro station. We were even able to find an Aldi - went grocery shopping and used the items on the property. We were even able to wash clothes during our stay. There was a problem with the hot water. Although staff responded immediately. We had to reset the hot water twice. The issue actually started early into our stay. However, once I brought it to their attention, it was addressed. Also, I thought I read that they would supply additional blankets. It got a little cold at night. I did not see any blankets. Nevertheless, I would still recommend the property.
