- Mikael (1/5): Bad..... - We woke up around 07:20 every morning by construction workers putting car hammers and impact drill machines into the outer wall about 1m from the head ends of our beds. The whole area was a construction site where they were obviously renovating the facade. The entire building was surrounded by debris and covered in webbing. We had to run away to the nearest café where breakfast was taken. With such extensive renovation work, this apartment should never have been rented out.
No Internet was available as neither we nor the company representative could log into the Wifi router upon arrival. We were promised that he would come back at 7pm with a new router and bed linen that was missing. At 21:15, another guy came with bedding, but he had no information about any router. The next day in the afternoon, I received an SMS stating that someone had been inside the apartment and that the problem now had been fixed. When we came back in the evening the login still didn't work and the router was the same.
There was no heating in the apartment so it got cold at night. We were careful to book an accommodation that advertised that it had heating. When we complained repeatedly, they replied that they could not control heating as it was the property owner's responsibility. However, there were no elements in the apartment. The only heater was an air conditioner on the wall. I already know that these can also heat the air. However, it was impossible to start this as the remote control had obviously been tampered with.
The stove could not be started.
In the ad, the apartment was supposed to have both a double bed and a sofa bed. The "sofa bed" consisted of a regular sofa where you could fold the backrest. Our eldest son and I had to squeeze each other into that couch.
We already pointed out on arrival that we wanted to change apartments. Casa da Suite Essenza promised to investigate the possibilities but never came back.
- Lorenzo (5/5): Definitely not recommended - The location For sure the communication with the agency managing the apartment was the worst aspect (no feedback, late at the check in appointment, not answering questions during the stay, miscommunication for the check out), then the misleading ad referring the private parking, ultimately the status of the property (the pictures are NOT showing the current status)
