• rajeev (2/5): Not so good with the amount we paid - Location Bathroom , kitchen and bathroom aminities were missing . The bathroom was stinking , despite telling the host about the problem , it wasn’t fixed , and the bathroom was stinking , the basic detergent for washing clothes , tablets for dish washer , wasn’t there , not even the basic hand wash , location is amazing but basic necessities were missing .

• SeongHyuk (8/5): 밀라노 숙소 후기 - 깔끔한 숙소입니다. 방 2개 화장실 1개 주방겸 거실이 있구요! 좀 희생하면 4인가족도 충분히 잘 수 있어요! 가성비 좋고, 걸어서 5분 거리에 중앙역이 있습니다. 3분거리엔 마트도 있구요! 그라운드 층, 즉 1층이었던 점이 조금 아쉽습니다. 그래서 거의 매일 창을 닫고 커튼을 치고 있었던거 같아요! 때때로 환기를 하기는 했지만, 집이 너무 보여서 조금 부담스러웠습니다.
• Kristyl Paula (10/5): Spacious & clean apartment, fantastic location!! Perfect fit for for 6 adults - We stayed at the Minerva 2-Bedroom Apartment during our trip to Milan and absolutely loved it. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of five (4 adults, 1 Child) with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic — just 2 minutes’ walk from the tram and 5 minutes’ walk from Milan Centrale Station, which made getting around the city and traveling to other destinations super convenient. Despite being close to major transport links, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and check-in was smooth. We were very thankful that they allowed us to check in early at 10 AM, which was a huge help after our long journey. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location in Milan! Small issue at the shower area, there is No Space Or place to put toiletries so we Need to put it on the floor.
• Laura (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación, al lado de la Estación Central de Milán y a 4 minutos de supermercado. El apartamento estaba limpio, tenía aire acondicionado, buena conexión Wi-Fi, lavadora, plancha, secador de pelo... Dentro de una urbanización tranquila. Había poco menaje para 5 personas.

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, steps from Milan Central station and Metro. Grocery store 5 minute walk from apartment. Extra set of keys would be good. If one person went out and took the keys with them and the other person stayed in the apartment instead of going out, the person who stayed behind they were trapped in the apartment. You need a key to be able to open the door to leave the apartment.

Apartment was small but modern, clean and met our needs. Warm and cosy. Would recommend Apartment was small but I guess this is to be expected being so near train station. So not really a problem.

Apartment is great, good for 5 person. Couldn't ask for more. Host is accommodating, early check-in , ease of key collection. Clear instruction to find the apartment. Nothing to comment on.

• Ujjwal (7/5): COMFORTABLE STAY - - Location is excellent, being a couple of minutes walk from Milano Centrale and also a few minutes to Metro stations. - Grocery store is nearby, a pizzeria right opposite. - Ground floor apartment, easy to access. - Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, cooking range, few vessels, crockery, cutlery, - WiFi is good all across the apartment - Owner was quick to respond to message to assist in understanding the cooking range controls (for someone not resident in EU, it was a bit difficult to figure out) 1. Key handover cost me 30 Euro, because it was after 8 pm. With flight arrival time not in my control, there was no choice. Since the person did not have to wait from afternoon for me, I think this fee is really unwarranted. I had agreed because there was no choice. 2. Bathroom has no hooks to hang clothes or a towel. 3. Small soap given - but no soap dish inside the shower - so where is it to be placed when having a shower? Basic fittings required in the bathroom as mentioned above.

The apartment had everything you could need for a stay in Milan and was so close to Centrale that it made getting around really easy. The only thing that would make this place better is access to a small outside area. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

• Anne-marie (8/5): Good location for train and metro. - I liked the location close to Centrale but still in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants nearby. The kitchen is not very well stocked with glasses, and the floors were not clean.

Rooms was very clean. 100% safe place, I really loved this apartment and I recommend it to you guys :) it is a silly thing but the place Need more wastebaskets in each bedroom and the toilet

It was not as clean as we would have expected it to be . Example- the toilet bowl was not spotless a result of not being washed properly.

• Tomasz (9/5): Great stay. We will definitely come back - Great location of the apartment. You can easily reach Milan by bus, e.g. Terravision. Buses from Milan Malpensa and Milan Bergamo airports stop next to Milan Centrale Station, 200 meters from the apartment. The entrance to the metro is also a few hundred meters from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Opposite the apartment there is a recommendable restaurant "Pane e Tulipani". The proximity of the station allowed us to make a one-day trip to St. Moritz. The person giving us the keys is a real ambassador of the company. The lady is very helpful and nice. We send her warm regards. A little thing. The refrigerator door should open in the other direction. Just tighten the hinges on the other side of the refrigerator and you have full ergonomics.
• Damian (9/5): 6 day stay in Milan - Fantastic location to Centrale Station. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, and it also had an iron and ironing board, which should be listed on the facilities. It felt very secure in the building. The power did cut out twice, but it is not a big deal to reset the breaker. The communication with the owners and agent was excellent. I would definitely recommend this apartment to people. I will book this again when I am in Milano. A second key for the front door would be helpful. The top bunk needs a permanent security rail. A small safe would be great for passports.

• Claudia (10/5): Great apartment in Milan - The apartment was fantastic with all the facilities, beds were comfortable and it was really clean . It was very convenient because the central station was only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Everything was ok, except that they charged us 30€ extra because we arrived near 10 pm, which was a lot of money .

• Sonja (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and spacious :) Very comfortable and the location is ideal especially if you plan on any day trips a little far out (we were able to catch our train to switzerland for a day with ease). Staff was very pleasant, and helpful. They contacted us in advance to make sure check-in went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend. I would definitely rent this property again. Wifi was slightly patchy at times. A knife or two in the kitchen would have been useful. Honestly can’t complain. It was great

• Jelle (9/5): We had a realy great stay at the apartment during our city trip to Milan. - The place is amazing for 4 people visiting Milan. The location of this apartment is amazing. Just 200 meters from the Main train station and has more than enough restaurants and super market in the neighborhood to get your necessities. The apartment offers more than enough room for everybody. 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds to sleep in. The kitchen and bathroom looked really nice and provided enough comfort. The lighting and installation worked fine. The WiFi worked great and was easy to access. The hostess that greeted us was really friendly and helpful. The percolator didn't work with the induction cooking plate. So we had to make do to make coffee. Also there were no separate bins for the different kinds of waste.
