• Luca (3/5): - Alloggio scandaloso. L’acqua calda è stata completamente assente per l’intero soggiorno, nonostante ripetuti solleciti. Il proprietario ha ignorato ogni richiesta, mostrando totale disinteresse verso il disagio degli ospiti. Lavarsi con l’acqua gelida ogni giorno dopo una giornata di lavoro con temperature alte,non è solo scomodo: è umiliante, soprattutto quando si paga per un servizio che dovrebbe essere garantito. Come se non bastasse, nella zona giorno (dove dormivano alcuni di noi) c’è un frigorifero vecchio e rumorosissimo che fa un rumore assordante, simile a un compressore industriale. Impossibile chiudere occhio: una vera tortura notturna. Un alloggio così non dovrebbe nemmeno essere messo in affitto. Totale mancanza di rispetto per gli ospiti. Non ci tornerei nemmeno gratis. Sconsigliato con forza.

• Ze (2/5): very bad experience to stay here as I don’t even get a simple basic facilities! - Nothing. 1. Poor Customer Service: They are unresponsive and only reply when they want to. 2. Dirty Bedsheets: There were blood stains on them! I complained, but the customer service told me to just take another sheet. However, there were no more available! I had to sleep in the cold! 3. Limited Hot Water: This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable! We paid for basic facilities, and limiting hot water is insane! Our group of 7 had only 3 people able to shower in the morning. The other 4 waited for 2 hours, but still no hot water! When we complained, the customer service just told us to wait with no further assistance. 4. Check-In and Check-Out Instructions: The instructions were a huge problem! We couldn’t find the location because the video they provided showed another property. How were we supposed to find our apartment? Additionally, during check-out, they locked the instructions, preventing us from knowing the padlock password!

• F (7/5): Overall it was a good stay in a nice clean apartment. But we shouldn't have needed to complain. Should have been che - All amenities available including iron, hairdryer, kettle, cups and bowls. Little things like dish cloth, dish tray for drying washed dishes were missing. The coffee machine didn't work and no batteries in the remote controls for tv and AC. But the batteries were replaced when we complained.

• Annie (10/5): Exceptional - We came to Milan for holidays and then we saw this house, It seems a little bit expensive first but when u come there u directly remarked that the price is justified. We had a very good stay, we had some facilities for the transport because it wasn’t far from the center of the city. The house was very comfortable and perfect for a group of 9 or 10 persons like us. And the owner was so helpful and kind. I wanted to stay more than 2 nights but we had to move to Venizia. I suggest… None
• Vivian (4/5): I hope they can improve the basic such as cleanliness. - The location from public transportation pretty fair. The space for 5 feels ok. The check in process also smooth, the admin provide clear information. The property promise to give a compensation regarding some complain that we made. The cleanliness need special attention, for the entire room and bed. We have been provided a very minimum quantity for cleaning product (for cloths and dishware). There is mold in the bathroom. And the water disposal need repair.

• Elvis (10/5): We were 9 people and although we only stayed 1 night because of flight cancellations we really enjoyed. The staff was v - The property was great. very comfortable and it very good condition The coffee express was broke
• Elena (4/5): Nice location and cozy - but not very welcoming people and important details not mentioned... - A nice comfortable location We warned in advance that we will be 3 adults and 3 kids of different gender, that need different beds and blankets and sleep in different rooms. We come and there are 3 queen beds made (2 in the same room), with no separate blankets, and some pillows have no covers. When we contact the lady, she in a slightly rude fashion tells us we have everything needed for 6 people and anything else is for pay. After 20 min of us insisting, she says - ok, but we will only bring it tomorrow. So one person ended up sleeping dressed on the sofa... First time we meet such attitude, be in in Booking or AirBnb apartments. :( Also: the flat would really benefit from at least one working table) and the owner doesn't warn that it is in the basement floor (not much windows). Also beware: there is only 1 set of keys - with 5 gates to come out! - so whenever someone needs to go out he needs to be accompanied, and it is impossible to leave/arrive at different times.
