So quiet with the doors closed even though it’s in the middle of everything! Just beautiful. Would highly recommend. I couldn’t really fault. We couldn’t get the air con working but I also didn’t request help. There was a fan which was amazing in the heat wave!

• Jose Carlos Piazza (5/5): Falta de respeito com o cliente , Péssima comunicação e apto bom, mas sujeito a problema falta luz. - A acomodação é bem localizada e muito boa, embora no segundo dia a chave de luz caiu e nós deixou no escuro. Tive que deixar a chave da máquina de lavar desligada (embora nem tinha utilizado), mas estava em curto e fazia a rede cair. Da péssima comunicação dos funcionários e falta de respeito ao deixar o hóspede esperando 1:h14 minutos em pé no prédio para entrar na acomodação. Isso que foi a única acomodação em 30 dias de viagem na Itália que tive que pagar antes de entrar no apto a taxa de turismo. Um descaso total com o cliente. NÃO VOLTARIA JAMAIS. Eles dão aula de como maltratar o cliente.

Needed some more silverware, dishes, cups/glasses, dish soap, a few more dishwasher tabs, a dish towel, laundry detergent and a shower curtain in the bathroom would have been helpful. The WiFi name was also one letter/number different.

• Daniel (5/5): You can find better options - It was an spacious apartment for the living room, bedroom and bathroom however it has a small kitchen - The kitchen was not very clean, the fridge had that kind of smell that you hesitate to store your food inside - The kitchen didn't have enough dishes and glasses - The water was stagnating in the bathtub, not nice experience taking a shower with the water covering your feet - In front of the apartment there's a very noisy bar, they could have thicker windows to isolate better, at least the bedroom. - Finally, we had many problems during the check-in, they compel people to do an online check-in where you have to submit and upload very sensitive data, without knowing how they handle this information, for how much time they keep it, not specifying explicitly that it won't be shared or how it will be used, either the security level to store it. This is the kind of information that should be told to people before booking the property to have a transparent communication.

• Petra (8/5): Rund um gelungen, jederzeit wieder! - Eine sehr schöne Lage, von wo man überall sehr gut zu Fuß hinkommt. Mehrere U-Bahn Linien sind auch direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und geräumig. Der kleine Balkon lädt auch zum verweilen ein. Einrichtung modern und Clean. Viele Restaurants und Bars direkt in der Nähe. Leider gibt es keinen Duschvorhang oder Abtrennung , deswegen Haare waschen nur schwer möglich.

• Maria Silvina (9/5): Lindo apartamento en Barrio de Brera. De los más lindos de Milán - Excelente ubicación. El apartamento es completo. Muy lindo y amplio. Tiene todo perfecto. La entrada al apartamento al no haber ninguna persona, es un tema. Se puede lograr pero es algo impersonal Las escaleras de la entrada. Al subir hay una escalera eléctrica. Al bajar no. Así que con las valijas es un tema para personas mayores o con capacidad reducida
• Christine (8/5): Charmantes Appartement mit kleinen Abstrichen - Das Appartement ist schön geräumig und ideal für zwei Personen, ergänzt durch einen praktischen Balkon, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Jalousien / Rollläden an den Fenstern, die für eine gute Verdunklung und Privatsphäre sorgten. Die Lage ist für uns optimal gewesen: es befindet sich in einer tollen Nachbarschaft im Stadtteil Brera, die mit vielen lokalen Restaurants zum Essen und Trinken einlädt - ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe und ein Parkhaus nur eine Gehminute entfernt. In die Mailänder Innenstadt sind wir gemütlich in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß spaziert. Gut gefallen hat uns zudem die Zugangsbeschreibung mit Videoanleitung, so dass wir das Appartement in dieser großen Anlage schnell gefunden haben. Der Küchenvorrat war sehr einfach gehalten, mit nur wenigen Gläsern, Tassen oder Besteck. Auch das Fehlen eines Eisfachs im Kühlschrank war bei sommerlicher Hitze etwas unpraktisch. Eine kleine Herausforderung stellten die zahlreichen Lichtschalter dar, die nicht schlüssig angeordnet waren und deren Funktion teils unklar blieb. Besonders bei hohen Temperaturen über 35 Grad Celsius stieß die Klimaanlage an ihre Grenzen und konnte die Räume leider nicht mehr ausreichend kühlen. Hier wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung sehr hilfreich gewesen.

• Mariam (8/5): Good apartment near to centeral part, but super noisy. - It was clean and comfortable. Near to the center of city. From bedroom it was okay but for people who slept at the sofa it was terrible noisy. There is a pub in front of leaving room window which is closing at 1:30. And it was impossible to sleep.

• Gary (8/5): Very good - What breakfast? The location. Two or three sets of towels. One set is not enough for a stay of one werk. Instructions on which outlets worked for recharging devices. A number for a reliable taxi service. Instructions to turn on the heat.
• Arlene (7/5): Good - The apartment is beautifully furnished in a great area of Milan close to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there, it was very comfortable. Unfortunately we had no hot water for our stay and so had cold showers. Also were confusing instructions on how to enter the apartment.
• Jianhua (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment in excellent location. The most delightful part of the Brera is one block away from the apartment complex. Owner very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend!
• Grzesznik (9/5): Great - The location was wonderful a block away from Brera restaurants and very close to the historical Sforza castle. Love the street market on Monday morning on Via San Marco. The apartment is very luxurious and comfortable. It would be nice if it had a pull out sofa as there is enough space for family of 3-4. The instructions to get in after hours were unclear, but luckily the property manager was close by to help.
• Ernestina (1/5): By far the worst apartment experience at an outrageous nightly price in the noisiest of locations - NA This was by far the worst stay ever in an apartment. Cleanliness very questionable, finding the apartment entrance was hard as not well indicated in the instructions. I reached out to the lady who sent me a what's app who helped me but sounded very dry and annoyed. The apartment was big but really poorly decorated, the walls dirty, the wifi inexistant at the indicated router had to connect to another one which was continuously dropping. No blanket on the bed, 4 towels only over 3 days, barely any kitchen equipment, but the ever worst was the soundproof as the apartment was right by a club open all night long so noisy I could not catch any sleep. Had I had a chance to move out I would have done it straight forward, but I was there on business and did not want to lose extra money but should ask for reimbursement to booking.com and easylife for putting on sales such a shame. Shame on you! If you ever see easylife in your apartment search I warn you to remember of this comment or you'll regret forever. Luckily 3 nights went by quickly.

• Francesca (8/5): Nice spacious apartment. - It was a nice spacious apartment for 2 people. The bath tub. The washing machine. The balcony. Blinds/shutters on windows. The dressing room. The location was good for us, very close by supermarket and neighbourhood with eateries. We got into central Milan by good 20 minute walk. It could be cleaner. The floor was very dusty etc- easily fixed with better cleaning. The kitchen stock is very basic with only 2 water glasses but that’s no real problem. So many switches and unclear what they do! The bed and pillows wasn’t the most comfortable for Us but this is personal preference so may suit others. Staff were helpful but no niceties! The alarm was sounding due to low battery and the response took 22 minutes to respond. Overall it was good but some simple things as above could improve and make it worth the higher price compared to some other equally good apartments.

• Dirk (8/5): Very nice apartment in great location - Very nice apartment, everything is new, feels bright and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. climate control system works well. Great location in Brera district with lots of places to eat out and easy walk to sights. Easy communication - even late at night when we had trouble with the keys. Missing some simple things like dish soap and paper towels in the kitchen, and a soap dish in the bathroom. Has electric metal shutters, but they don’t completely block the noise from nearby bars. Two single mattresses on a queen size bed frame. No flexibility on checkout time, no luggage storage.
