• Peerasin (9/5): A well-located, well-equipped apartment with a responsive host — a great base for exploring Milan in - The apartment was perfectly located between two Metro stations with a supermarket nearby, making it easy to get around the city. It was spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms plus a large sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for six — ideal for a group. The host was super responsive via Email and WhatsApp, and the keyless check-in system made arrival effortless. The water heater broke down during our stay, so I had to take a cold shower one morning. The host got it fixed the same morning, so it was resolved quickly.

• MARISA (10/5): - El lugar estaba muy limpio, la ropa blanca impecable e incluía un par de pantuflas que agradecimos tener en el regreso de cada paseo. La cocina bien equipada con todo lo necesario y mas. Un adicional que nos encantó y que hace la diferencia, encontrar distintos sobres con capsulas de café, te, sal y hasta bombones, un verdadero mimo llegar y no tener que salir al super para poder desayunar, en nuestro caso, teniendo todo a mano. Andrea nos dio la posibilidad de poder realizar el check in antes de lo previsto y es algo que valoramos mucho por llegar muy cansados del vuelo. Sin lugar dudas volvería a elegir este hospedaje. • Zaya (10/5): Make your stay an exceptional experience in this cozy and comfortable apartment! - The property was located amidst restaurants and grocery shops which is a walking distance to metro station. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and comfortable. From the welcoming drinks, coffee capsules to detergents and cooking necessities I could feel the Italian hospitality and friendly nature. Nothing so far

• Doris (9/5): Eine super freundliche Gastgeberin die sich toll um un gekümmert hat. DANKE - Das App für die Türöffnung wäre generell toll gewesen. Leider war es dann doch komplizierter mit dem Verschliessen der Türe. Obwohl eine Anleitung vor Ort war, mussten wir per Handy Call im Beisein der Gastgeberin , die Türe das erste mal schliessen. Dies war def. ein wenig kompliziert.

• VIMAR (10/5): Excelente - Todo muy bien, limpio, buena ubicación, atención del personal. Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, cocina completa, tiene todo lo necesario. Nos gustó el detalle de dejar agua y capsulas de cafe como sobres con algunas cosas útiles para la estancia. Un poco difícil abrir la puerta.
• tsamplakou (10/5): - Η διαμονή ήταν τέλεια. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά , άνετα και πολυ ζεστά. Είχαμε περισσότερες πετσέτες από όσες χρειαζομασταν και επιπλεον μαξιλάρια σεντόνια και παπλώματα. Κουζινα με ολες τις ανεσεις και αφθονες κάψουλες καφέ . Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή. Το μέτρο σε 3 λεπτά αλλά και γύρω μας είχε τα πάντα. Εστιατορια μπαρ σούπερ μάρκετ πιτσαρίες. Γειτονιά γεμάτη ζωή χωρίς όμως να είσαι μέσα στην κίνηση του κέντρου. Η ανταπόκριση των διαχειριστών σε κάποιες διευκρινήσεις που χρειαζόμαστε ήταν αμεσοτατη. Και τηλεφωνικά και με μέιλ. Όλα τέλεια!!

• Boris Bekman (9/5): - In advance coordination with the accommodation, we received approval for early check-in, about two hours before the official time, great! The WhatsApp communication was good and efficient. The building has 4 residential floors, with an external elevator. Entry to the building complex is via a key or an electronic/electric lock with remote control. This provides a certain sense of privacy, as strangers cannot enter the complex. The interior of the apartment seems to have undergone a thorough renovation. The dining table and the 6 chairs are very comfortable. The variety of products and accessories provided offered good value: a toaster, a washing machine (including capsules), a dishwasher (including capsules), an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, an espresso machine (including capsules), and a vacuum cleaner, kitchenware with cutlery, and more. The apartment has two showers, and there is a significant step, approximately 15 centimeters high, leading into each one, which does not appear in the pictures or promotional photographs.

• Quoc Trung (8/5): Fair stay in Milan with supportive host but a few facilities were faulty - Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Location was great there are 2 nearby subway stations. a few supermarkets to choose. Host was quite friendly and supportive to help us when we had problems with the apartment. They also offered partial refund for some faulty facilities. Air con not working well during our stay and the host sent technician to fix it 2 times. Washing machine was also faulty (quite old model) and it was difficult for us to get back our clothes in this faulty machine

• Fiona (9/5): Ciao Milano - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The two bathrooms were a bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was nice and quiet even although it was in a central area. There were plenty bars and restaurants on the doorstep and also a metro station nearby. The key lock arrangement to enter the flat was a pain, what's wrong with using a key? The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well but that was maybe our fault as we are not used to using air conditioning ( it's central heating for us in Scotland) Maybe a folder with details of how to use the appliances would be useful.

Two bathrooms. the kitchen has all necessary dishes, pots, coffee machine, microwave oven. There is also a washing machine and detergent for one use, an iron and an ironing board. Is big and comfortable for 5 people The elevator was not working and we was with pregnant and sick women and I tried to tell them but nothing change , they just open it for us in the checkout for the bags when I said sorry I can’t take it down!! . The cleaner come inside the room without asking when I wasn’t inside the room and she did weird move throw my wedding dress and put on the top of the dress a lot of bags of towels I cried when I saw the situation literally , I show the one come to check the room what happened,I called the call center about it ,it will be nice if they just said sorry!

It was terrible experience to receive "property access code" and there was no one to help. 2. email notification is not received for web-checkin instructions and access code. 3. there should be an option who has booked apartment and do not have WiFi before enter in property.

• Vojtěch (7/5): Good location near the city center - Apartment came up to our expectations. The accommodation is very well designed for a group, so if you travel with friends, you don't have to worry about privacy. The rooms are separated by a door and the apartment has two bathrooms, which we appreciated as five people. Although we didn't meet the owner directly, he actively communicated with us and was very accommodating. We had a problem during check-in, when the code for the entrance door to the inner block didn't work. We arrived about 2am, so at a time when the contact line is no longer available. After a while some man returning home opened the door for us. The another code (code for the apartment) then worked without a problem. Everything was fine except for this complication. The next day, the owner informed us about the system failure, so it is probably an unpleasant coincidence. It wouldn't be bad to prepare for such system failure in the future. We were looking for accommodation mainly for an overnight stay, because we spent most of our time in the city. The Best Rent fulfilled our requirements and I can recommend it to everyone with a similar intention.
