• Adriana (8/5): Bom preço qualidade, perfeito para uma estadia curta. - Bastante perto do metro, a 30 minutos do centro a pé. A cama era bastante confortável. Tem cozinha e utensílios caso precise de cozinhar. Não tinha água para beber, acho que faria a diferença na estadia.

Iar gazda primitoare si mereu îți vine în întâmpinare cu orice dificultăți întâmpini. Locația e la 15 min de Central statione și la 30 min de centru pe jos.. Merita sa va cazați aici 🙏♥️

• Franco (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - La casa è molto carina e pulita. La posizione è davvero ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro e circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che passo a Milano. Grazie di tutto Francesca!

• Yuriy (2/5): Not good for mental health. - Location We checked in because we had no choice. Part of the money was not returned, which I think was unfair! Also, the floor was cold, and the apartment is on the ground floor and completely dark, the windows do not open. The floor was cold, and when we asked for a rug or slippers since we have a small child, the landlady said she could not provide them. Also bed is uncomfortable. There were some problems with the air conditioning - I turn it on and it turns off, although everything works on the remote control. We decided to leave on December 31st on New Year's Eve for a hotel, and we notified the landlady about it and explained that the apartment was in poor condition. She did not take any action to ensure our satisfaction. We left angry and with a big loss of mood and money. I do not recommend this hotel.

E’ un pian terreno nel cortile buio. Una truffa. Personale scortese, mi ha lasciato fuori con le valigie al freddo di notte.
• Vivien (7/5): - The apartman was close to metro station and train station. Shops, restaurants, bars can be found nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful! The apartman is on the ground floor and the window is next to the street so it can be noisy especially at night.

Muito bem localizada (300m de uma estação de metrô) e a dois quarteirões de uma avenida cheia de opções de excelentes lojas e restaurantes. Anfitriã muito atenciosa! Quem tem sensibilidade a ruído pode ter algum desconforto com ruído da rua, mas nada que desabone a acomodação.

A note that there are 2 reverse-cycle heaters which may struggle to keep the apartment warm when the weather gets very cold.

• Beverly (4/5): Very disappointed, extremely noisy and cheap looking but paid $$ - I thought it was going to be in a good place, close to amenity and transport ( rail) but not so. Very very noisy from traffic and people walking and talking loudly as our room had no sound proofing as many accommodations do. Very cheap furniture and fixtures, lamp on a floor and a locker in the kitchen. Asked to move and told they have many apartments but all full. No personal contact at all, only communication is via WhatsApp. Very disappointed for the price of $ 770 for 3 nights

The WiFi and password were not obvious. In many places I’ve stayed, I’ve found it helpful to have resources listed for the WiFi, restaurants, grocery stores and locations of metro stations and bus stops or a website where this info could be located.

• Poyiadji (7/5): Great location for a few days in Milan - The location was excellent. A few meters from Lima Metro station and surrounded with shops and restaurants. Francesca was very friendly and arranged to meet us when we checked-in. She also gave us a lot of information of the area and restaurant recommendations. The building is old and the apartment looks renovated but probably many years ago. From the photos in Booking you think that the apartment is brand new! There are a few broken tiles, a broken drawer in the closet and the shower is not working properly. The drains need to be cleared. Kitchen space can be used better and even have some chairs instead of high stools. A small sofa in the bedroom would be a plus.

Could do with a plumber to clear the drains. Kitchen space could be used better. Would be better to have a queen size bed and more room to move in the bedroom. King size bed too big for the space.

Great host who spent time with us showing us how to get around Milan to all the attractions. A little noisy with people walking past on Saturday night....but hey we are in Milan!

• Molly (10/5): Beautiful and absolute perfection - It was in a perfect location just a 10 minute walk from Milano centrale station and had restaurants located all over, Francesca was so helpful and lovely and texted me throughout so I always knew I was safe and not lost, the apartment was very practical and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved my stay :)

Very tidy, neat, modern apartment. About 20-30min walk from the city center, however it is a very nice walk along Buenos Aires street which is full of shops etc. Safe area to walk. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by (but also full kitchen facilities if you wanted to cook). Also has a washing machine. Ground floor apartment - no stairs! Would definitely stay again. Nothing -everything was great. Maybe a little far for some people from the city centre but not a big deal for me and my partner as we really enjoyed walking around Milan and didn't take any public transport to get around
